As I told them I moved the safe in myself, and I wasn't going to move it out myself as it was about 600 lbs and I barely got it in myself. The three of them made it look easy moving it out and did an excellent job in the process. They made absolutely certain that my safe was secure during the entire process, they wrapped the entire safe as well as the door to make sure the electronics didn't get damaged at all. And then at the end of the move they made certain that the safe opened and closed as it should properly. My parents used Kilroy Brother's moving a little over 30 years ago, and they did a great job then. I can say they continue to do a great job now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. I have no intentions to move out of my house that I just purchased anytime soon, but I can say when the time does come for me to move, I will definitely be contacting Kilroy to move not only my safe but also my entire house. They were very reasonable in the pricing, and I shopped around prior to selecting a company to move my safe. They were very responsive when I reached out to them as well. I personally spoke with the owner prior to the move to find out what information they needed and when I told him the weight of the safe he didn't hesitate to say that they could move it and didn't upcharge me like other companies did because it was "over weight." While I do agree it was certainly very heavy, I don't' think that it was too unreasonable to ask to have professional's move. As I said, I truly can't say enough good things about Tim, Wayne, and Jasyin and Kilroy Bothers as a whole. The three of them did a great job, and I'll definitely be contacting them again when the time comes again for another move.

Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. We paid for the service and the insurance, yet all they do is ignore the delays, the broken items, and the damage they caused. We left voicemails, emailed multiple times, and submitted messages through the portal's help section, and still nothing. At this point, we need to escalate this because almost everything they moved or stored came back lost, broken, or damaged. We're not letting them get away with this.
