The 2 other companies (one of which I used for 47 years), told me there would be a $100 "emergency charge" for same day service. Aren't most septic problems an emergency? Heritage was there in about 3-4 hours. No "emergency charge" and very reasonable. The service agent did an excellent job pumping and also cleaned the filters in record time. Heritage is now my go-to company. Thank you. You saved the day!

I can't recommend Simmons and especially Derek any higher. He is meticulous in laying out and building the system layer by layer. We have a 1500 gal septic tank thru one distribution box into a 20'x40' leaching field. Watching him use the excavator to clear , level , lay rocks, and leeching pipe is a sight to behold. It's like an extension of his hands. Lastly the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. It's amazing how wide the range was. We have a 3 bedroom split level with 1.5 baths. If you want the job done well and at a fair price hire Simmons (and Grady )

I called over to WFS and they had an employee meet with me at the shop to purchase the equipment I needed after normal business hours. They gave me instructions on what I needed to do, and we had water back on in a few hours. A few weeks later my filter/ softener system failed. I had installed this unit nine years prior purchased from Home Depot. WFS came out to my house, tested the water and in a few days had a new kit system custom built and ready for me to install. They have a great inventory of parts, so I didn't need to shop around for fittings and glad for the well pump they recommend, our water pressure has increased. Tom and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. I was really surprised by the service and follow up call I received from them.

Culligan was recommended to us by several plumbers after we encountered some issues due to hard…read morewater. Like many in the area, we get our water from a well on our property. The process: -After calling you inquire about an appointment, a local representative followed up and promptly scheduled a home visit. After testing our water and explaining what the results meant, he presented us with a menu of options. Importantly, he did not try to sell us on more of a system than we needed. He also checked out where our water line entered the house and made some recommendations regarding how to configure the area in the event we purchased their product. He simply left us with quotes for several options and contact information to reconnect with him and his colleagues once we had time to discuss our options as a family. After some consideration and an evaluation of other options, we quickly settled on the system that was right for us. The staff we reached out to to schedule the install were responsive and helpful, finding a date and time that aligned with our schedules. When the installation day arrived, the technician called to confirm location, arrived on time, and installed the system quickly and with minimal disruption to our home routine-including a friendly but somewhat needy dog. Before leaving, he checked to make sure everything was in working order and walked us through what to expect, including the weekly purging of the filtration tanks that happens in the early morning hours. We could not be more satisfied by this customer experience.
