30 year customer ,taken over by windriver was quoted a price of 339 for pumping , charged 439 took a week to get an explanation told their is a fee of 58 dollars for gas for the truck and 6 dollar for environmental fee was never told of this and it was not on my bill,i guess this is the way windriver treatd it's SENIOR CITIZENS. read more

Heritage was there in time of need. Friendly, courteous customer service and most helpful. My call to Heritage was my 3rd call, all 3 in a panic. The 2 other companies (one of which I used for 47 years), told me there would be a $100 "emergency charge" for same day service. Aren't most septic problems an emergency? Heritage was there in about 3-4 hours. No "emergency charge" and very reasonable. The service agent did an excellent job pumping and also cleaned the filters in record time. Well it's another home run for Heritage. We called for a concern with our septic system. Of course we thought the worst possible scenario. Within the next day, a friendly knowledgeable gentleman arrived explaining it was a broken clogged filter which needed replacing. He did promptly and efficiently. Reliable and reasonably priced septic pumping company. Service person was polite and worked efficiently to pump my septic tank.

I scheduled my septic tank pumping 2 weeks ago for today. They asked me to remove all soil from the tank lid, which I did. I also moved my car from the driveway, so the truck can take it all. Waited almost the whole day. The truck didn't showed up. Called the office just to learn that they misplaced my order and nobody will come today. They can't do it tomorrow either. Next available date is a week from now. I will need to put all the soil back to avoid water accumulation in the pit. Very poor service, not recommending to anyone. read more

We bought a house with a septic tank, and the previous owners had no idea when it was last pumped, so I decided to get it pumped. I went with Heritage based on the reviews and was not disappointed. I called and the representative took my info, explained their fees for locating and digging out the lid (fortunately I knew where the lid was). I got an appointment for the following week. The technician arrived pretty much right in the middle of the scheduled appointment window, and pumped and backflushed the tank. He answered all my questions (among other things, my system has a leeching pit, not a field), and recommended an 18 month follow-up based on how full the tank was, at which point they can give me a more accurate pumping schedule. It was very affordable, and the technician even went through all the discounts they offer to see if I was eligible for any of them. This was during COVID, and the technician also wore a mask at all times when talking with me, which I appreciated. I will definitely call them for the next pumping. read more

I requested an early pumping and Steve was here right at 7am. He got right to the task at hand and explained things as he went along. My septic system also has a pump chamber. He could have easily pumped that chamber at my expense. Steve told me that the contents of the tank was without a ton of scum and toilet paper thus he felt there was no reason to go over to the pump chamber. To me that shows his expertise and understands good business practices. read more
