We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault.
