They sold me a vehicle in March 2025 in which was reported for Odomoter fraud and is a crime in Massachusetts and also under federal law. I had to run a carfax report myself after i was unsuccessful in registering the vehicle twice with the RMV due to the TItle having different mileage than the vehicle. They said there would be no issues to register the vehicle and they were wrong. I notified them right away and have been chasing them for a refund since. The owner is Jonathan DaSilva and Fernando Semedo and neither have stepped up to respond to the 30 day demand letter i have sent in regards to a refund. It was one of the salesman whom listed and sold this vehicle and yet they take no ownership to the misrepresentation. This dealership will be reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General (Consumer Protection Division) for malpractice and misrepresentation to customers. Stay away!

We contacted Clean Slate based on the positive Yelp reviews and their proximity. Jon responded to our email and provided an estimate range within a day, and then came over with an assistant 2 -3 business days later and removed everything we had tagged as well as a whole lot of miscellaneous items we identified in the 2 - 3 hours they were here. Notwithstanding the stuff we had added along the way, his price came in middle of the range he had provided since he explained that disassembling the piano went smoothly. Jon is a true professional -- friendly, efficient, careful, and customer-focused. We don't usually remember to do Yelp reviews but Jon and his colleague were above and beyond expectations. And he even sent us a handwritten thank-you note afterward (who does that?). Great local small business. We'd use him again in a heartbeat! Jack F.
