I had a hard time getting out from my parking spot at the junkyard to because the police were there arresting someone who works there I'm not sure what what or why it was for, but it was a huge inconvenience for me because I had to wait till the cops left in order to back out my car. I on the bright side I had taken my 1999 Volvo there. Which was a great decision on my part because if I took my BMW there I would not be surprised to come out of the junkyard and have parts missing from my car. There was oil spill all over the ground. There was noting that was worth while buying there at all. Absolutely nothing. Do not was your time going to this place. [Update] I contacted the owner and told him about the syringe needles lying around. He told me there are no needles lying around in his junkyard. I told him that I saw one on the path right when you walk in. He then proceeded by calling me a "f***king lying junkie" and hung up the phone.

Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

They helped me navigate all the red tape with the insurance company and also helped coordinate a rental for the time that the repair would take. I had zero hassle and my car looked better than new when I went to pick it up! I was able to leave my rental through Enterprise with them and they returned it for me that afternoon. 5 stars from me. They truly helped to minimize the frustration that occurs following a car accident. I will most certainly be a returning customer (due to normal wear & tear and not another accident hopefully!!). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair estimate followed by fantastic work.
