Absolutely delicious ! Our bartenders name was Sam I believe and he made an amazing Hugo spritz for me ! I didn't care for their lemon drop mojito with pineapple and st germain it just tasted like a glass of ice and canned pineapple juice. I didn't taste the st germain at all. The pear old fashioned was delicious though. I forgot to take pictures of the food but the house bread was delicious the entire party was in love we all wanted the recipe. The house salad was good regular but still good and worth getting. The steak rolls are an absolute 12/10 they are so good and I could come here just for the bread and the steak rolls. I had the 14oz ribeye and it was okay. I probably would not get it again it was underseasoned and underwhelming. Maybe I need to try them Again when it is not a party of 20+ people.

We had a pleasant, if not outstanding, meal here. The hostess stand was organized even on a busy night and the wait staff was attentive. The calamari, wedge salad, mushrooms, and lamb chops were all stars of the evening. Sadly, the rest of the food was kind of bland, including the steaks and most of the vegetable and potato sides. However, the steaks were all cooked to the proper temperature. We tried three deserts - the chocolate cake, creme brûlée, and cheesecake, and they were enormous, and tasty, but also a little lackluster. Overall, there was nothing really wrong with this meal, but it wasn't quite right either.

This was my first time. Dining here. It's located outside of Annapolis Mall. I met up with two of my child hood girlfriends. We really had fun talking about the good Ole days. Especially in this trying times right now. Anyways back to the review. Our wait staff I forgot his name. He checked on us regularly but he forgot to mention the specials of the day which was on a different menu. I found out after ordering by looking at an additional menu. That was a bit disappointing because I love Snapper fish as well. Now my Salmon was delicious. Cooked perfectly with a nice crunch. So no complaints there. Oh and the rolls they bring to your table was very satisfying. I enjoyed my meal and I ordered the carrot cake to go. So delicious and just what I needed. It's a nice size so I will be enjoying that for a few days. Very nice visit.

This is the oil and vinegar for your salad. So good.

Ambiance: This is a relaxed place. I like that they don't jam in a table for every square inch of space available. It gives the place a more exclusive and unencumbered feeling. Service: Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. No complaints. She was easy to talk to and listened to what we needed. I was the problem child because I am on a carnivore diet, but everything work out well. Food: Really really good. I didn't feel the steak egg rolls were my favorite (I just ate the inside steak and cheese) but my daughter loved them. The Coffee cured steak was so tender. You get a 10oz steak. I think filet? Anyway, it practically melts in your mouth. Some may find the coffee flavor will overwhelm the steak flavor. If you are NOT a big coffee fan, do not get this steak. I was there so I had to try once. I love coffee so I had to at least try. Overall, pretty good place. We will be back.

I went to Stoney River for my birthday and had no idea it was tucked around the back of Annapolis Mall. Me and my friend sat at the bar, where they also had high-top tables with full service. I'm not sure what the bartender's name was, but he was just okay. Service could have been a little better with more check-ins and making sure we got everything we asked for. Now the food? So good. Those steak egg rolls might be the best I've ever had. They were packed with steak and not overloaded with cheese, which I loved. I ordered the ribeye and paired it with the cauliflower for my veggie. I also tried their loaded one-pound baked potato and it did not disappoint. I like that all their steaks come with some kind of potato automatically. The ribeye itself was flavorful, but I wish it had that melt-in-your-mouth feel. I ordered it medium rare, but the texture wasn't quite hitting like I wanted. The drinks were decent, but the real star was that complimentary bread. It gave sweet doughnut vibes and tasted amazing with the butter. The dress code was more casual than I expected too, which made the vibe feel even more laid-back and comfortable. Even though the service was just okay, the food and overall vibe made it a solid birthday dinner. I would go back to try more.

I love Stoney river. It's a classic spot in the Towson area. Everything is always so delicious and flavorful. The black cherry margarita was one of the best I've had!!!

Met former work buddies for after XMAS lunch. This establishment is top notch as soon as you walk in the door. The hosts and servers were excellent. My buddies opted for the smash burger and meatloaf burger with fries. They both gave it a 10. I opted for the French onion soup and Bistro Chicken (mash and broccoli). Special shout out to server Ben who was excellent. Highly recommend this establishment!

Came here with my sisters who raved about this place. Unfortunately, as someone who doesn't eat beef or pork I found the menu to be limited. The chicken option I went with was just okay. Nevertheless, the star of the menu is the carrot cake dessert. It is absolutely amazing and one of the best I have ever had. I literally have stopped her just for desert because the cake slice is massive and hella good.

Had an impromptu dinner date here with friends as they recommended the location given the proximity to where I was staying and the fact that it was a steakhouse chain they've had before. First impression walking in was that it had the right buzz for a steakhouse on a Saturday... crowded with lots of chatter and laughter and the aromas in the air made my tummy ready to eat. We had a reservation and were seated a few minutes after the scheduled time. Our server immediately greeted us and asked if we would like to place beverage orders and then ran through the daily specials (which sounded delicious). We ordered cocktails and appetizers both of which were delivered in the perfect amount of time and both of which were really good with the cheesesteak egg rolls and my lemon drop martini being the best ! I went with the coffee crusted filet and creamed spinach for my entree and while the filet was cooked perfectly, the coffee crust left the filet feeling and tasting a bit like beef jerky ... and while it wasn't a bad thing it wasn't what I expected but I wasn't too sure on whether that's what it should've tasted like. The creamed spinach was really cheesy and well seasoned. My friends e hired their entrees overall and we even opted to share a slice of lemon cheesecake for dessert which was sooooo good! Overall a nice dinner experience and I would probably keep Stoney River in my mind as an option should I ever run across one again.

Celebrated my birthday at Stoney River in Annapolis. I'd been looking forward to trying this spot, and it didn't disappoint. The food was great! Service was a bit slow at times, but overall, I had a really good experience. Our server, Grant, did a solid job taking care of our party of 10. The steak and cheese eggrolls were the absolute highlight, seriously a must-try. The rockfish was also incredible: flavorful, flaky, and perfectly cooked. I'll definitely be back!

Michelle L.

The service was excellent and the food was decent. I would not return to this restaurant. I would prefer trying something else.

We had a wonderful experience at the old faithful Stoney River for my niece's 18th bday last Sunday. As much as she frequents Annapolis Mall it was her 1st time there and she loved it! The Steak Rolls and Stacked Cheeseburger were both juicy and the burger was truly stacked! The burger doesn't even need all the fixins. The Rockfish was buttery, lemony and flaky. Sky was our server & was outstanding! She knew the menu well, was very courteous, and hilarious and it was only her 1st day at the Annapolis location when she hails from Towson. The 5 stars, STILL!

This is the "medium" cooked ribeye which I brought home.

This was my second time at this location. The first time being a while ago. The ambiance hasn't changed much, but the quality of the food and service has. My most recent experience most definitely cannot compare to the first time I was there. In my opinion, things have gone down. The quality of my ribeye was subpar. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was definitely medium rare at best. The flavor lacked the depth and richness that I look for in a good ribeye. It was presented in two medallion pieces with no sear. However, the au gratin potatoes were the star of my plate. Perfectly sliced & seasoned with the perfect balance of creamy richness. I told my husband, they could've been my meal with the house salad I ordered. He had the sea bass, which appeared well cooked on a bed of sautéed spinach and rice. He enjoyed it, just felt they could've given more of the accompaniments. Let me say, our actual server was extremely pleasant and attentive but the food runners had this way of sliding our plates on the table while never slowing down or stopping. I felt as if our food was being "dealt". It was unlike anything I've experienced before. I feel like it was an off night for them because I know their potential so I'll be back. Give them a try if you've never been here and let me know what you think.

The area crab lovers like myself have been to Mike's, Cantlers and Harris' across the Bay Bridge but for some reason "The Point" had missed my radar. Luckily, there was an open bar pub table that just vacated so the crab Gods were working in our favor!! Lol :)) The pub tables are attached to the bar so you have to order from the bar.. No big deal for me but she didn't care for it.. Lol. I was amazed at how reasonable the prices were for XL Crabs and was wondering if they really were XL for $140 a dozen? I'm thrilled to report, these were the best crabs I've had in memory. Big, meaty and sweet.. Omg!!! West End Grill, Naptown -- Unforgiven Edition…read more It's a hell of a thing, killing a plate of green beans. West End happy hour. Adam behind the bar slinging John Dalys for $6.75 like Little Bill forgot to outlaw liquor in Big Whiskey. Then dinner rode into town. Chicken Cordon Bleu: 4.5/5. Moist as hell, ham and cheese doing exactly what God and France intended. Only crime? Needed more sauce. Not enough to hang the cook, but enough to knock half a star off the bounty. Then came the risotto. I believe it was forged somewhere beneath the earth's crust. One million degrees. Molten fucking steel. I tried to approach it. It threatened my family. No rating. By the time that thing reaches an edible temperature, Clint Eastwood will be smiling in a movie. But those slow-cooked green beans? Jesus. Sweet onions, what tasted like some ham-hock sorcery, cooked down until everything knew everybody else's name. I hit them with a dash of Tabasco and suddenly we weren't eating a side anymore. We were settling a score. Top-five green beans I've ever eaten. And understand something: I come from the South. Green beans aren't vegetables down there. They're a competitive sport. I ordered a second damn bowl. Adam kept the John Dalys coming, the happy-hour price stayed ridiculous, and when I asked his favorite movie? Unforgiven. Well, Adam... "Deserve's got nothing to do with it." Except tonight it does. Those green beans deserve five stars, a second order, and their own goddamn horse. Fork around and find out, Naptown.
