Seasalt is a great addition to the Annapolis dining scene. A dining scene that I personally have felt is been in decline for a while. It's sits in a fun part of Annapolis that is easy to get to, park, dine and then get on the road. Not the usually parking hassle like you have on main street. The restaraunt itself gorgeous inside, large glass windows let some light in, very open, your not eating on top of someone like other restaurants. I do have to tell you it does have some weird oyster bar in the corner that doesn't match the vibe or decor of the rest of the restaurant which I found very odd. It is also quite loud with the music which takes away from the whole feel... Service is damm near perfect, the staff is some of the nicest people you will meet. They really elevated the whole experience. They are beyond helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. They have an extremely strong cocktail program. I would say easily the best in the city. The food is the star (for the most part). The oyster selection is great, and super fresh. The hamachi crisp and tuna tartare are a must order!! The seafood chowder wasn't for me. The bartender explain the use a cauliflower brother verse a seafood broth. Gives it a real earthy taste. Not bad, just not for me. All in all a good experience. I will be back, hopefully the music is turned down.

We went for Valentine's Day and loved every minute. They offered complimentary entry bites, an amuse-bouche and chocolates. We had the warm bread served with cumin butter which was very unique and delicious as well as the ceviche to start. The drinks were delicious too! For mains, the scallops and seafood pasta were great. We will definitely be back.

I came here while visiting Annapolis and had a 5:30pm reservation on a Wednesday. I was seated right away, which was nice My server, Chelsea, was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. For appetizers, I tried the salty bread (so good!) and the marinated octopus, which had a great mix of flavors. My main dish was the Ora King Salmon which was perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned.. For dessert, I ordered the apple crisp and it was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is modern, stylish, and spacious with great decor. Portions were just right, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. I did not drive so I can't comment on parking. They do take reservations, which is always a plus. One of the owners, John, personally came by my table to check in. His friendly and personable, which added a welcoming touch to the entire experience. Overall, everything was excellent -- I'll be back for sure on my next trip to Annapolis!

A tad expensive but it's Annapolis so it's to be expected. The inside is very beautiful and feels like an upscale restaurant. We sat at the bar the staff were very friendly. The bartender made me a delicious old fashioned which I love. We had mussels and the bread and butter it was all delicious. We will definitely come back on a date when we're more comfortable spending the money on what a full meal and drinks would cost. Maybe a special occasion but they do have happy hour.

We just sat at the bar at a high top and had a sensational round of 4 different types of oysters. The house made butter bread is a must. Also had their deep fried soft shell crab... wonderful. Some of the most creative and sensational cocktails I have ever seen. Great service. Grear vibe all around!

Seasalt is a class act, and one of the best restaurants I've visited over the past year. My server Chelsea quickly felt like an old friend, as she steered me toward the house made salty bread with butter compounded daily. Chelsea explained the wine menu changes constantly, as the staff keep trying different options from their wholesalers. The gruner veltliner I tried will probably be replaced by some other delight next month. I appreciated that Chelsea put my oyster order into the system so that the oysters would be served in geographic order; a little metal fork delineated where the next oyster variety started. Nice touch. I also tried the tuna belly ceviche and the Parisienne gnocchi, which was tossed with brown butter, kale, a variety of mushrooms, and piles of fresh-grated Parmesan. Hells yeah. Next time I'll try one of the desserts, I just didn't have room last night. Smart menu, enthusiastic and knowledgeable servers, and a management team that pays attention to the little things. The staff, from back to front, is very strong. Only one year in, this new gem has my attention.

Wow, it's a big new for this town! If you came here before, you wont know it's the same place. Boisterous is the vibe, it loud (sorry PPP) but the upbeat vibe is sweet. Primarily seafood, not a surprise, we loved the oysters to start. Service is amazing and the just opened!

We went to Seasalt after dinner in Annapolis! The vibe was really relaxed and cute. It definitely had a lot of photo-ops! The service was so accommodating and friendly. The chef came over to speak to us which was nice. We didn't really eat much since we just went for drinks, but we did have oysters which were delicious. I would go again for dinner!

This was my second visit to Seasalt. My first experience was just okay, and I might not have gone back if family and friends hadn't encouraged me to give it another try--so glad I didn't write them off! My second visit was absolutely awesome. I went on Monday Lobster Night and ordered the lobster, salty bread, and the shrimp dinner. The lobster was grilled to perfection, paired with melted butter and an amazing sauce. The shrimp dish was excellent as well. We were seated with a view of the kitchen, which was such a joy to watch--great energy and attention to detail. I also loved the décor and overall atmosphere. Even the margarita was spot-on. Seasalt definitely redeemed itself, and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

It was my first visit to this brand-new establishment, and what an incredible experience it was! If you're ever craving fresh fish, shellfish, and a perfectly cooked and seasoned ribeye, this is the place for you! The warm and inviting atmosphere the moment you walk in is enough to make you forget all the stress of your workday. Our server Chelsea was AH-mazing!! Looking forward to many Anchovy Hour in the near future!!

Bartender was great and service was fast. Ordered a couple of beers and for food, we opted for the Honey Old Bay Wings, the Crab Cake Grilled Cheese and the Slammin' Salmon. Everything came out fairly quickly. The wings were amazing! Very tender and hot and the Honey Old Bay Ratio was perfect. I loved my Slammin' Salmon sandwich and the Crab Cake Grilled Cheese was also good. The portions were large and we had a great time here. Would definitely recommend coming!

It's supposed to be a wine bar, I guess, and the wine is their main focus, though they are also apparently well known for their pizzas. Despite it being busy, we were seated pretty quickly in the back area, and were served quickly. Our waitress was great, and offered a lot of good drink and food suggestions. I love the way the wine is broken down. They've got three categories, which are snarky grouping by price. I am drawing a blank on the names of the categories, and they're not on the website, so .... they were something like, "Wallet Friendly Wines," "I can splurge a little," and "Money is no object to wine!" Theirs were probably better and more creative -- dock me one star as a reviewer for not remembering. :) The wines were good. I tried two different ones, including an unusual "orange" wine, which is a white wine left to contact the skins. It was a little fruitier than I usually like in a white wine, but it was good still. The food for me was where it fell down. I ordered a charcuterie plate, which was honestly kind of skimpy for the price. I also got a burrata, which is served with "harissa roasted carrots." The harissa was incredibly spice forward, and... burrata is a delicious, but delicate cheese. The carrots and harissa basically contaminated it and overpowered it. They might as well have dipped it in coriander and cumin. That's fine if you want to eat coriander and cumin, but not if you want burrata. My pizza was the biggest let down. It's a "rustic" style pizza, but it frankly translates to "poorly made." It's a good size, roughly oval pizza, with very thin, crispy crust. Like a giant cracker. It's then cut into 16 pieces (give or take, don't quote me). Some of those pieces had /nothing/ on them. Like, just crust. No cheese. No sauce. No toppings. Others had just sauce. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but when I eat it, I expect every piece to have sauce, cheese, and toppings on it... if I wanted to eat just crust, I'd just ask for a pile of aperitif crackers. Great atmosphere, good drinks, fair price, but ... terrible food. If I lived nearby, I'd stop by for a drink now and again, but I wouldn't eat there.

I wanted to make sure I got a wine that paired well with our meal so the server recommended I order the wine after the food so she could give me a recommendation. We ordered a charcuterie board, glazed carrots with burrata, and the spotted pig pizza. The server recommended a Sangiovese to pair, and it was an excellent choice. It tasted really good with everything. The charcuterie board was good but honestly a little skimpy on the bread and apples so not every bite was evenly distributed. I enjoyed the burrata - it was a really interesting mix of Italian and Indian/Middle Eastern flavors that was unique and different. The pizza was also good but like the charcuterie board, the toppings were not evenly distributed so there were some bites with everything, and some bites that only had sauce or cheese. It is thin crust so if you do not like thin crust, you may not be a fan. I am a thin crust fan, so I enjoyed it overall!
