A waitress came by, took our order for drinks and app. She was very nice and cheery. We hoped to get her as the waitress. So far, so good right? We were sat and our nachos came out just as we just settled in which was good. I was disappointed that expediter didn't bother to get us plates or recognize that we needed them. She left before I could say anything so I had to flag her down for them. She did get them quickly. For some reason, the waitresses were all over the back table of loud girls. It appeared they were showering them with attention going back and forth all different waitresses. The place is incredibly loud, it was tough to have a conversation with my girlfriend while we. We tried several times to make any sort of eye contact with the staff to let them know we needed drinks and failed. Eventually, we stood up, walked over and asked a waitress for some waters. A waitress came to the table and gave us waters and asked if we wanted drinks but let her know we had already put them in. She seemed annoyed by us, even though we didn't do anything other than tell her we already had drinks in and that we may order some other things soon. Nobody ever came by to check on us even though they came every 2 minutes to gab with the back table. My girlfriend and I didn't really like the nachos. She felt the chili was burnt and I thought it was too salty. We were still hungry and going to ask for entrees, but we were so annoyed with feeling neglected that we decided to go elsewhere. I asked for a box for my food and the waitress said she'd be back and went and talked with the other table again for what seemed like an eternity. At that point we just wanted to leave and eat somewhere else. When she came back after a while I was like... Oh! There you are! And she took my payment. I hate not leaving tips, but I was aggravated. We shouldn't have to get up and ask for what we need. This was upsetting.

I was due change of $7.02 but only received $7.00. I asked about the 2 cents and he said "WE DON'T HAVE PENNIES ANYMORE". This is pretty pathetic, but I asked for a nickel change instead of my 2 cents. He appeared confused at such a request and needed to call the manager. She came to his register with a scowl on her face when she heard the reason. She opened the register and Devon gave me a nickel. He added, "We don't normally do this, ya know", as if that was supposed to impress me? I was not impressed by his remark. I wonder how many other customers have lost up to 4 cents change because this Burger King doesn't bother with pennies?? They've got quite a scam going there.

My first visit to this location included a small order mix-up, but the staff was friendly, helpful and quick to make it right. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book.
