ALWAYS delicious! Worth the wait for anything from Wrap Shack. They might be small, but they are mighty...good!

Papa Joe's Wrap Shack has some of the best wraps in Bristol. They have delicious and fresh food. I love the different types of wraps and food selections they have, everyone in the family will enjoy something at this restaurant. I have heard the pizza is good, but I have never tried it. The Kung Pao Chicken wrap was also delicious and that is normally my go to wrap. But, I was ready to try something new! The Bristolian was a delicious wrap that had all the crunchiness of fried calamari you can expect. I have been wanting to try this wrap for a while and finally tried it. This wrap did not disappoint at all! The wrap was crunchy with a little spice! This wrap made a perfect lunch. It was hearty and filling but it was worth every bite!

Can get crowded during the busy lunch and dinner times because the place is tiny with only about 15 seats.

I have been coming here for ages. I bring my kids here regularly for their wraps and pizzas. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. The key thing to know is that everything is made to order in a small so it can take a bit longer during the busy times. The wrap names need translations because the names are not obvious as to what's in them. The Bristolian is my favorite (fried calamari wrap), followed by Harley Quinn (steak and rice wrap), and then perhaps the Med (artichoke heart, olives, etc., Mediterranean inspired wrap) is also excellent. The decor has not changed much since it opened more than 10 years ago with funky, eclectic collection of Star Trek, heavy metal, Arnold Schwarzenegger clippings all over the walls. Sort of a throw back to the 80's and 90's.

Slow down and stop the ending flurry of superlatives. Good food but don't be in a hurry.

They make fantastic fresh wraps and the pizza is one Bristol's best kept secrets! Caesar and Buffalo wraps are the best!

Horrible service. Overcharged., sandwiches were not that good. Especially for the price they charge.

Stopped here before heading to colt state park for a little picnic and I'm so glad we did. Wraps were absolutely delish.

Best cheese pizza in Bristol. Good price for a pretty damn good New York style pizza. Lasagna and Bristolian wraps are always good too!

Waitress did not check in to see how we liked our food after it was delivered, but otherwise gave great service with a smile. Menu is small and very meat and seafood centric - not especially ideal for picky eaters or vegetarians/vegans. The Thai wrap appetizer tasted exactly like the Asian salad you can buy in a bag at the grocery store for $3. They were not really 'wraps' but this pre-made salad tossed upon some leaves of lettuce, difficult to eat, and had only the smallest dallop of peanut sauce on them (which was the best part!) My partner's General Al's Chicken took you on a journey from savory to sweet to spicy flavor-wise, but there was something off about the taste that he did not care for (and I've never seen him dislike food at a restaurant. Ever.) My side salad was lettuce only doused in the same aforementioned Asian salad grocery store mix dressing, with lots of wilted/old lettuce that I had to pick out. My entree was good but tasted generic, like something I've had at other chain restaurants a million times before with no unique twist put on it. It had a sauce but it had little to no flavor - couldn't figure out what it even was and didn't remember it being on the menu - so it added nothing to the dish. There are lots of rave reviews here, but we just don't get it. We've ordered takeout from here before and that time, too, we were not overwhelmed with joy, just kind of 'whelmed.' Very 'meh,' and with so many other incredible food establishments within a 25 minute drive in Providence or in between, or even great local spots in town, this place just doesn't hold a candle. Not worth going back. It felt like a very novice chef was at the helm and dishes lacked inspiration and new, exciting flavors that we haven't seen before.

It is difficult to quantify the nutritional value you can expect here due to its dependence on the consumer. And lets be real for a moment, choosing this establishment is a thinly veiled excuse to project health conscious behavior and not be guilted into managing your colesterol by your significant other. You're going to get the meatball sub, then you're going to ask for extra steak and when they say " are you sure?" your fierce glare provokes immediate action in your now subordinate fast food employee. As their actions begin to speak for your will, they begin to "ranch it up", extruding coarse layers of dilled mayonnaise onto your sandwich. Researchers have speculated that this is the point where a mass of processed food becomes sentient, capable of thought and complex motor function. It declares its autonomy and leaves the store, it may look young but again, academics have prevailed and pinned down a neonatal sandwiches life being the equivalent of roughly 36 human years. There is no legislation for how or how not a sandwich may behave, only the variations of its structural anatomy have been accepted and it is best confronted with the assumption to cause bodily and psychological harm. Your newborn meatball looks at your car, your wife is sitting in the passengers seat, absorbed in the opportunity to not hear you discuss politics and enjoy silence. Her attention is redirected, however, to the floating itallian sub now in the divers seat. In desperation she cries, "Get out of my car!" To which the sandwich replies, "Property is theft." One of its meatballs rolls toward her thigh, warmly resting on its inner aspect. She begins to look as if she were choking, eyes narrowed, provoked by a slow deep inhale which draws her deep into the passenger seat. Her lust at this moment is palpable and you predict the shame of removing her marinara stained blouse in the evening. So yeah, this restaurant meets my very high and incredibly refined standards for food-as-punishment, primarily due to the fact that it has no drive thru. It demands you to show intent toward your actions. Then it humiliates you by requesting 12 dollars for the privilege of eating gas station quality food. It provides mysticism in a world which we may feel lacks it. There is power in its creation of faith within the consumer. There must be an equal but opposite force in the universe keeping our planar existences from folding inward and collapsing. Subway, eat fresh, or don't, whatever.
