I had heard that this is the best sandwich for a chain. It's certainly better than Subway. It really can't compete with any of the local places though. It was easy to use the app. It wasn't busy when I went in there so I was able to pick my sandwich up very quickly, but as far as the food goes out, would probably give it a three. While eating my sub I noticed a spot on the bread that resembled mold. I went back to the counter just so an employee could look at it and possibly reassure me that it wasn't or have it remade. Instead I was just told " no it's not" and was walked away from. I asked the employee if he could take a look at it and was offered half of a bread roll, which was placed on the counter without a paper, not even handed to me. My hubby and I were so excited to see Jersey Mike's pop up in our area. They are consistently fresh and delicious in every state we've had them. We ordered for the first time since they opened a few weeks ago and as usual...they delivered! We like the classic Italian sub... it has plenty of meat, soft white bread, thinly sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce, oregano and just the right amount of oil and vinegar. Wow! I had to try it for myself. I have sampled takeout from Jersey Mike's but I had to go and pay $9 for an 8" sandwich. I got the #5 The Super Sub with provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. You see that and think prosciutto and cappicola ham. NOT! Processed, formed, frankencoldcuts! Disappointed because there are 2 places on the way home that will give you prosciutto and cappicola on a $9 sandwich. There wasn't a lot of processed meat in my sandwich. It was about 75% lettuce. I saw other sandwiches being made, and there wasn't much tuna in one, and not much deli in another. Not worth the money and the quality of the deli is shameful read more

This location is great. I used to order from the North Providence one when I lived up there. This location seems to put a lot more meat on their subs. I have ordered delivery a few times, curbside, and pick up. Each time the sandwiches were made exactly as I ordered them and were fantastic. The prices are definitely a lot more than other sandwich places but it's nice to splurge every once in a while. The roast beef with provolone is probably my favorite. I had left an unflattering review several days ago based on a disappointing experience. Al reached out to me and offered to rectify the situation if I would give them another chance. This evening my wife and I ordered the Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak and the Portabello Cheese Steak subs which did not disappoint. Melt in your mouth delicious! Ready within 15 minutes. July 12th @8:17pm: I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm hangry and this is the second night in a row that I'm met with a 2 minute wait for someone to even answer the phone, only to be answered by someone who sounds miserable and annoyed that I'm even calling! She(?) also told me that they ran out of bread...again. 2 nights in a row with "no bread". It feels like they were lying and are just someone who's lazy with a poor work ethic, -that also thinks they're clever. Not a good combo. I wonder how many people got turned away these past couple of days, never mind the past month! I'll do my best not to assume the worst, but I'm all set. You definitely need better employees who actually care about customer service and the business as a whole. I love Jersey Mike's. I have been a customer for years at their two Warwick locations. This is specific to my experience with the seekonk branch My wife picked up our food on her way home. Ordered my Buffalo chicken wrap with no cheese. There was cheese. The chicken meat resembles canned dog food. Couldn't tell if it was chicken or ground beef. It didn't taste like Buffalo at All.
