The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the rice was cooked perfectly with just the right hint of sweetness, and the shaved Brussels sprouts with pickled onions and jalapeños added the perfect crunch and contrast. They have a different profile than what I grew up with; a little less bready, more chouriço forward, and the clam flavor takes a back seat.
