It's so calming and welcoming with artist painting displayed on the wall. I had a group of 6 people (always large group for me) and Servers were very responsive and attentive to our table quickly. I have to say the menu has way too many choices and combo that Gordan Ramsey would definitely ask them to scale back in order to eliminate confusion or mistakes. Despite the case, all our orders were made correctly. Dishes were served super fast and IG photogenic. They even have high tea but you need to reserve your table 2 days ahead. The actually croffles were soft, flaky and filling as it is a croissant-waffle. My friend got the crunch chicken Benedict which he shared with us and that chicken was so good. Very well-seasoned. Service was alright. We got the ol' overlapping service where one waitress gets our drink orders, and another comes for the same thing a minute later. This place is consistently solid. The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff are some of the friendliest around. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, I've never left disappointed. I usually get the omelette or eggs benny (both are top-tier), but everything I've tried hits the spot. Coffee's always hot, service is fast even when it's packed, and the place has that classic, no-frills, homey vibe that's harder and harder to find these days. It's one of those spots where you feel like they actually care -- about the food and the people. Just good energy all around. So yeah... consider this my official recommendation. Roadrunner's a gem.
