Oh my gosh, we were out this way, without much breakfast had, so looking for brunch-ish? Ronny's was outstanding! We missed the lunch rush I think, more were leaving than coming in, but I'd say they do a good lunch, or people wouldn't be there. Did I mention they are out of the way a bit? Don't let that deter you, go there, and you'll be like us, will find a way to decide, we need to go to Maple Ridge! I love the interior with a splash of Italia, but decor is full of understanding what the purpose is. It's about feeding people in the traditional sense. You can eat in, take away ready, or take it home warm it up and feed your family. How refreshing it is for us that love the old world mindset. K's Chef's Special with fries was so good. The fries remained hot until the last one was devoured, how do they do that? She ate half the sandwich and had to box the other half. My borscht side with my Turkey BL sandwich was so good I also brought a half sandwich home. I could have finished it, but we would have had to stop for a nap prior to getting all the way home. This was our second visit at this place for a late lunch and was happy with our experienced. Was not busy at that time so we got seated right away and ordering and serving time was quick. I had the Bad Guy Burger and was very very good. Juicy beef patty and very tasty. Very flavorful in the mouth too and the delicious dressing keeps on dripping. I had been wanting to go to Ronny's Bistro for a while from all the good things I heard from reviews. When I came on a Sunday, I received a table upon arrival. The establishment had an excellent aesthetic with its biker-hangout theme. The interior was decorated with lots of funny plaques, old portraits and some nice traditional furniture. I ordered the Beef Pastrami Benedict with coffee. Now the coffee was okay, however it gave me no reason to ask for more. The benedict was great with the pastrami being very succulent in flavour with the mozzarella having a nice, melted consistency on it. The hollandaise sauce was good and helped complete the meal. The hashbrowns that came with them were solid good, as they were crunchy and had the right amount of seasoning on them. The service was great and tended to me as often as possible. They even asked if I wanted my eggs benedict with scrambled eggs and I said yes. The second time I came, I ordered the daily special that was the Risotto Allo Zafferano Con Spalla Di Maiale with a Cappuccino. The entrée came with garlic bread that was very good. The risotto had so much flavour in it, thanks to the Grana Padano cheese and gravy included. The shoulder pork was very succulent, tasty and cooked to perfection. The Cappuccino was better than the coffee I had before. Overall, I love going to Ronny's Bistro for their unique menu choices and debonaire countenance of the restaurant. I would recommend this place to everyone who enjoys Breakfast and Italian food. read more

I really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the food quality was on point for the price. We had two beef burgers and an order of the French toast. All of which was great portions were generous. The servers were attentive and seemed to keep an eye on the whole restaurant. We were there during the lunch rush everybody was happy. read more

She wasn't the problem it was clearly a regular staff member who not only acknowledged the wrong table (beside us) got our food and came 10 minutes after us, but they gave them 10% off! We went to Ronny's for the first time this morning and we still keep turning to each other and saying "remember breakfast?" with huge smiles. I ordered the French toast with whipping cream (made fresh in house) and my husband had the fried egg and bacon sandwich on a croissant. Both meals came with hot and VERY tasty hashbrowns. It was easily the best brunch/breakfast I've had in maple ridge and - without question - the best French toast I've ever had at a restaurant. The bread was a super fluffy thick cut white bread and it was *chefs kiss* and topped with the house made whipped cream which was super thick and luscious - I would eat it every day if I could. I'd be ginormous but it would be worth it! Shoutout also to our server who was exactly as attentive as you want your server to be without being annoying or coming around when your mouth is full. 12/10 stars. read more

I was at the maple ridge winter club and really needed something to eat. This place was the closest that was open. It's kind of off the beaten path but I was starving so I got the glutton. Three eggs corn beef bacon fried onions and peppers, with a nice sour dough. I asked if they keep the bbq sauce separate as sometimes it's over powering in a hash. This was one of the best breakfast I have ever had and I am a huge breakfast fan. The combination of the flavours and the eggs were cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a nice little breakfast spot in maple ridge this one is it. They had other things on the menus that also sounded really good. read more
