Such an adorable spot for brunch! The dinner felt a little too pricey for me, but brunch was great for a special occasion. There aren't reservations, but you can join the online waitlist really easily on their website. The decor was modern and elegant, and all the food and drinks were excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I added myself to the waitlist too early and they had our table ready before we had even left the house, so I called and explained and they said it was no problem, and that I'd be at the front of the queue once I got there. We'll absolutely be coming back!
Exquisite. Excellent. Top notch. These are truly the words that came to mind as we were being served, ate and left. The decor was elegant, modern and inviting. Lots of seat. Everything was attention to detail - from the cutlery, to the flowers, bathroom, etc. Service was top notch. Friendly, polite and warm. Servers weren't rushing us or made us feel like we needed to be baby-sat. The food. Oh the food. Incredible! The flavour profile in every bite was unforgettable. Delicate hollandaise sauce on the bennys, one of the best we've had! Crispy potato hash on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Eggs cooked to perfection. So much attention to detail and love in their food. The portions were way too generous; I couldn't finish the dutch baby but mother half devoured his beef bulgogi, both of which were excellent! Their bathroom was spotless; I took longer than I needed! We bought a Tiramisu and Black forest desert to take home. We left a nice tip and will definitely be back soon! Thank you for such a beautiful brunch experience.
I don't drive to Langley very often, but was very intrigued to try this Asian inspired brunch spot that my friend raves about-- I get the hype! Their dishes are creative and delicious all in one! My bulgulgi pasta wasn't insanely delicious, and I loved that it came in a bread box. It was so flavourful and not as messy as I thought it would be to eat! I loved the entire vibe of the restaurant. It was clean and modern inside-- though a little cramped. Some other dishes on the table include eggs bennies and other breakfast platters. Portions were very good for their price and everything was instagram worthy!! They get really packed, especially on the weekends, so remember to get on their waitlist beforehand!! they also sell a plethora of bakery items and different drinks! I heard they have brunch specials on weekdays, so if you're near by and free, definitely check it out! I'm looking forward to coming back already.
This little restaurant is in the Mountain View Plaza and is convenient when shopping for a coffee or lunch or treat while in the plaza. Open for dinner (still not know) but it was a very good pesto last and I had the Otreat burger and fries. Very nice staff and good quality food.
I kept seeing this aesthetic brunch spot on Instagram and it was definitely worth the drive from Vancouver. I added our name to the online waitlist when we were almost there and we waited around 15 minutes for a table on a Sunday morning. The cream croissants, along with other pastries, were on display and there were so many tempting flavours. We started off with an earl grey cream croissant and it was so fresh and filled with so much cream. I'm definitely coming back to try their other flavours. The raspberry lattes are usually caffeine free, but we added a shot of espresso and it was the perfect pick me up. I recommend the bulgogi benny. I love eggs benny and this was a unique twist on the dish and the bulgogi had so much flavour. The hollandaise sauce was thick and so delicious. The only thing I would change would be the eggs...I ordered soft poached and only one of the eggs was runny.
I've had this spot in my list for a while now and I now understand the hype around it. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a minimalist aesthetic. The ambiance felt warm, relaxing, and inviting. The tables were completely filled (it was busy that I had to wait around 20 minutes in their waitlist system to get a table) but it was not that loud inside the restaurant and the surrounding still felt calming when I was seated. I came for brunch at around 11am on a Saturday, and had their bulgogi pasta (that came in a bread cube). Despite the cheesy overload, the taste was not overwhelmingly creamy and heavy. The subtle garlic flavour and sweetness from the bulgogi helped make the dish feel less greasy (from the creaminess). I also ordered a glass of iced spanish latte. It had a bold espresso flavour with a sweet creamy touch from the condensed milk. I appreciate how the staff was knowledgeable about their coffee and their dishes. She was approachable and sensible in explaining the menu. The staff was friendly and attentive without hovering and without making me feel rushed. Definitely coming back to try their brunch menu (and maybe try to arrive earlier to avoid longer wait times). Highly recommend!
We were at a dollar store in the mall across the street, when I decided to check what was nearby for Lunch. Otreat popped up as highly rated, and since it was so close, I immediately put myself on the wait list, and drove over. It was a busy Saturday, so we still had to wait 20 min before getting a seat. First off - it's a very nice space. It's simple, but feels like upscale dining. We had nice placemats, cloth napkins, and a fresh cut flower in a vase on the table. After reviewing the menu, we ordered the following: - Bacon Cheese Fries - Good. Came out piping hot and fresh. - Classic Dutch Baby - Very good. Beautiful presentation. Eggs, bacon and hash were all good. Greens were good for balance. Sausage was sliced neatly, but was quite salty. - Cream Dynamite Toast - Very good. So simple, but they clearly put effort in making sure each piece of fruit is cut perfectly, the brulee on the banana, and plating the dish. Service was friendly, and food came out quickly. She came by to refill water more often that most places, but at other times, they at other times seemed to completely disappear when we wanted to pack and up and get our bill. Overall, still a great visit. Such a elegant space, and such good care taken in making the dishes. Such a nice surprise.
Pretty awesome place A very different twist on breakfast and I LOVE it ! The bulogi benedict was awesome and my wife loved her dish also Long wait because they are so great but worth it
Holy yum! Tried out Otreat for the first time and everything was delish! I ordered the Bulgolgi benedict and the meat was so flavourful! Loved the toast it came with in lieu of the English muffin because all the gooey egg yolk soaked right in! Also grabbed a couple of croissants and a pumpkin spice latte to go. Honestly the best pumpkin spics latte I've had to date and the croissants were absolutely divine!
Great Breakfast/Brunch/Bakery place. I've been wanting to come here for a long time now. But it's a 30-40 minute drive. Today finally made it out and its was worth the drive. We came right when it opened on Sunday at 8am. We were the first ones there and was pretty empty til about 9:30am. Cute decor. Great service. Food had big portions. Both of us couldn't finishes our meals. We both purchased pastries to go and they were all very good. Overall, I was surprised how much I enjoyed this place. I will have to come back to try out other items.
Was looking for a brunch spot to visit while I was in Langley, and I stumbled upon O Treat. It was bustling with people and we ended up waiting 1 hr for a table on a Saturday morning. The space is on the smaller to medium side - so it was totally understandable. Once we were settled in, I ordered the Dutch baby (it was massive) and an iced coffee. The dish featured a green salad, roast potato, sausage link and two eggs inside of this crispy pancakey bowl. It was so much food that I ended up taking half of it home - and I'm someone who always finishes their food! The ice coffee was just a good coffee to get - don't forget to ask for some sweetener on the side!

We waited about another 20 mins after we arrived to be seated. Service was excellent. Staff were quick to refill water and orders arrived after a short wait. My bacon egg benny had the perfect soft runny yolk. There was a generous amount of hollandaise sauce and a good amount of sautéed spinach. The slice of toasted bread soaked up all the egg and hollandaise together. The side of potatoes were alright. Overall, it was a delicious meal. I took a bite of the bulgogi and it was also pretty good. Our child enjoyed a kids meal pasta. The pasta sauce was a touch on the sweeter side. I liked the modern ambience. The restaurant felt airy despite being super busy. Their plating and cutlery also matched the ambiance nicely. On our way out, we got a Dubai chocolate cream croissant to enjoy at home. It was full of pistachio cream and topped with chocolate, pistachio kadayif, and gold flakes. It was a decadent treat.

This one is far out of the way for me - however was totally worth the venture, should of went earlier because I was too late to grab one of the pastries! - Place is very clean and very busy, you definitely want to get yourself on the wait list, and give yourself plenty of time. The blueberry matcha drink was super smooth and creamy , however the matcha itself wasn't strong enough, and the taste of blueberry was very overpowering - which is fine, just a note if you are seeking a strong matcha kick. Benedict was gooey and delicious - nice runny eggs, soft toast with crisp edges, giving the eggs more space to run on, so it doesn't just purely go on the plate. Would definitely visit again if I somehow make it out to that area! read more

Fantastic brunch at O'Treat in Langley 509-8840 210th St We started off with REAL PISTACHIO CREAM LATTE and a LONDON FOG So DELICIOUS! I would literally travel just for these lovely hugs in a mug For brecky my gf had the House-made Dutch Baby Pancake, 2 Fried eggs, Sausage and Bacon, Hash, Greens, OTREAT's Signature Butter, and Pancake syrup And I had the Salmon Avo Open Toast Cold Smoked salmon, Avocado, Cucumber, Dill, Capers, OTREAT's Dill caper cream cheese,Sourdough Both were fantastic. I recently tried this spot while I was visiting family in the area. I expected they would be busy so I joined the waiting list online ahead of time. I thought it wouldn't take too long since there were only two of us, but I greatly underestimated how many people were ahead of us. Upon arrival, there were still about 20 people on the list ahead so we ended up waiting over an hour. When we were finally seated, service was reasonably quick. Coffee is about $4 for drip coffee and about $7 for a mocha. We ordered both the eggs benny with bacon and the Dutch baby bowl to share. I was impressed by the portion sizes, definitely a good spot to choose if you're hungry! I had to box up almost half of my food as I couldn't finish it all. The Dutch baby has sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and salad under the eggs, so it is quite a substantial meal. We both enjoyed all of the components to each dish, but for me, the bacon was absolutely perfect and my favourite thing on the plate. Thick cut, not overly fatty and had tons of flavour. I would absolutely order this again; I just wish there had been a bit more hollandaise. The server managed to always pop up at the right time for coffee and water refills, and was quick to bring the check when I asked for it. It was fairly loud in the dining room due to the number of people talking and eating, but not a deterrent to go back. I'd just try to join the wait list a bit earlier next time. read more

I had high expectations for this restaurant and for the most part they met them. We were greeted promptly and despite signing up for the waitlist we were fast tracked to a table for 4. It became very apparent that within the first few minutes of being seated there was an agenda to serve us immediately. However, our 4th party member was making there way from Vancouver and had some navigation challenges. The waitress came 3 times asking for our order so we ordered some coffee drinks to get them off our back. That didn't stop them, a second waitress came over and gave us a warning that we were on a 2 hour limit. This was so annoying. I cannot stress how much this impacted our experience. We could not feel relaxed because we were on the clock. When our guest arrived we barely had time to catch up because again the wait staff was breathing down our necks. The food-phenomenal. The ambiance-aside from the staff was very nice. Here are our photos. I still left an 18% tip which they really didn't deserve. Eventually we asked how much time we had left after we ate so that we could not stress while digesting our food. It was really unfortunate. read more

Otreat was a pick by my Cousin and her man, as they, like us, need to get out a little more. It's a beautiful, if somewhat spartan environment, that is not surprising, but elegant. The service is top notch, but not over the top, just right. The menu is pretty far reaching and looks to be really good top to bottom. They don't take reservations, with the queue starting around 10 AM. Our breakfast was beautifully presented, and very tasty. The portions appeared to be a little small upon presentation, but we were all sufficiently satisfied upon our departure. We took a Tiramisu Croissant with us upon departure, which we would recommend and as well. We'll be back for sure. read more

I stopped in for a take-out bite to eat and a coffee. I have mixed reviews. The staff were friendly and service was fast. I ordered a flat white coffee and the cup seemed light. When I took off the lid, I saw that I t wasn't even half full. What I got of it was good, but who pours half a cup of coffee? And it was over $5! Next, I ordered the Pork Bánh Mi. The sandwich filling was delicious! The pork had lots of flavour and the pickled veggies were excellent. No complaints there. The bun it came on was as hard as a crouton! It was so dried out that it showered me in crumbs after trying to eat it. I took out the filling and scrapped the bread. read more
We arrived close to close and were lucky to get one salted caramel and one crème brûlée "stuffed croissant". The service was friendly and attentive. My partner was absolutely speechless after first bite of his salted caramel. I gently tore mine apart and was delighted to find it was COMPLETELY STUFFED with crème flavoured filling. The flakiness was on point and the filling was divine. The ambiance was also very nice, we enjoyed the lighting, cute tile and the comfy booth very much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! read more

Luxury high tea at a very reasonable price for two. The desserts and scones were amazing and decently filling for two. Earl Grey scone is hands down the best in the Lower Mainland. Only critique we have is to swap one of the sweet dishes to have one more savory one. The vibe and aesthetic are so nice and service is great. Definitely one of our favourite brunch spots! read more
We had a weekend getaway for a girls trip and saw that this new brunch spot opened up. Of course we had to go check it out! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was super busy even though it's newly opened. We did wait a long while (50+ mins) since we couldn't join their online waiting list until we got to the restaurant. There was an online link but it didn't work at the time - hopefully it's fixed now. The interior is very modern and sleek, and their arched wall paneling is just stunning. I ordered the Maple Bacon Benny ($19.75) and I loved it! It's not your usual English muffin but this came with a deliciously crunchy & fluffy Campagne bread. That bread is just heavenly and the perfect base for the tasty maple bacon, hollandaise sauce, and poached eggs on top. Yum. The spinach was a nice touch too and it adds some nice vegetable intake for the day - haha! We received great service and they came by often to refill our water or check-in on us. I only wish they were closer for me so I could visit more often! read more
Very scrumptious dish. Not only does it looks good, but it was cooked nicely. A little bit on the sweeter side but tons of flavours. The milk bread soaking up all the sauce making it super hearty. They paid attention to small details as well with a very fresh green salad garnish. read more
Enjoyed a nice brunch get-together with some girlfriends at Otreat! We shared a variety of delicious items, including the Bulgogi Benny, Bulgogi Cream Pasta, Incredible Wings, Egg in Hell (Skillet), and Bacon Cream Pasta. Our yummy drinks were 3 x Spanish Lattes and a Hot Chocolate. What a cute little spot! Their pastries also looked heavenly that I had to grab some to-go: one of each of the Pistachio and Earl Grey Cream croissants (not pictured). They were so good! First off I highly recommend making the reservation or checking in on their waitlist because it gets quite full. We went Saturday morning at around 11 and had to wait 40 minutes or so as we didn't have a reservation. The service itself didn't feel the greatest as it wasn't as organized. When we sat down, we had to wait a bit for our drinks and noticed another table getting serviced, even though they came and sat after us. I was interested in trying one of their Bailey's drinks, but they had run out (quite early to do so on a weekend but next time I'd like to try the Einspanner). We ordered the Biscoff Cruffin, the classic plate and the beef Bulgogi Benedict. The classic plate is nice for a no fuss meal, the Benedict was ok but felt messy and mismashed on the bagels. They make their bagels in house, which is nice and you get to choose the flavor. A bit unconventional has Benedict are usually served on English muffins. I think next time if I got the same dish, I'd ask for the hollandaise on the side as it felt a bit too rich, but I would also be interested in trying their pasta as Korean fusion pasta dishes are quite creamy and delicious. This place is super popular for brunch but they do have an online waitlist. The interior is very aesthetic and their menu has a blend of traditional items with Korean flavours (e.g. bulgogi bennies). Their pasta is also served in a bread cube but it is quite carb heavy. Service is friendly. Drinks are good but nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed my toast and it was filling though a bit pricy for a toast and potatoes. Amazing delicious food. Had the maple bacon benny and wow, the flavour was absolutely phenomenal..only thing was it was cold, all of our meals were cold. I also took home the pesto chicken ceasar salad and that was delicious as well!! Service was great, our servers were very polite and friendly!! Great modern place too. All in all it was a great first visit and will be back for more. Line up the whole time I was there so be prepared to wait. read more

Well worth the visit. Creamy pasta in square bread bowl doesn't disappoint and the salmon steak benny was amazing. Took two stuffed croissants to go so can't review those yet read more

We took our family to O'Treat for a school end celebration dinner. The decor was very tasteful with prints such as Monet, Van Gogh and others on the walls which I loved. We liked the upscale bar area and signs in the restaurant as well as the attention to details such as the table settings and the beautiful tile floor. The service was just perfect, not too doting and just the right timing all through the meal. We liked our meals. I enjoyed my Italian red wine and all the food was tasty and nicely presented. I had the Bulgoghi Bowl and it came in a creative built up from the bottom design with a purple flower on top. It was delicious and warm, but I would have liked it hot. My son had the pasta bread bowl which had Bulgoghi in it too. It was scrumptious. No food was left on our plates! For an evening out in Langley this is a very good place to go! read more
