Hot chocolate, chocolate banana bread, and pistachio croissant

Acute little café in a residential area. There's only a few spots, but they are comfy. The servers are nice, I asked them what they recommend and also questions about different pastries. I ultimately went with the pistachio croissant, which had strawberry inside.

Coffee shop located by the McBride/Royal(?) interchange. Parking is available but very limited on these narrow curvy roads. The place really isn't that big. Maybe 16 seats, with a couple of tables outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks are a bit pricy here, but they were decent. I enjoyed my iced passionfruit tea. They also have pastries here but I didn't try. I assume they're made fresh. Probably not worth a special trip out unless one is also hitting the pizza place next door.

Super cute secret cafe, tucked away in an unassuming residential area. Caffe Mira is doing something great! Whether if it's their in store made and baked goods or the not-too-sweet caffeinated drinks. You'll find something to love about this cute cafe. We came upon Caffe Mira after getting out car looked at. Parking is pretty good in this quiet neighborhood. The cafe itself has a good number of tables and seats to catch up with friend. The cafe as a work space would be perfect, in all seasons. What we ordered: Chocolate croissant $5.65 Pistachio croissant $5.95 Iced black sesame latte $6.95 Iced dirty ube latte. $6.95 It's a huge compliment when someone says that the food/drink is not-too-sweet. The lattes were creamy with a nice hit of espresso. Sweeten by the black sesame cream & ube paste. Making it a very welcoming drink. The croissants were also filled so that every bite got some of the filling. A perfect snack. The staff are friendly and constantly busy, making drinks and putting out fresh baked yummies. Do come by and check them out!

Great little cafe in the Victoria Hill area in New West. I love the homey and cozy vibes that the cafe gives off. They are now open to 6:30pm daily. We got the flat white and strawberry matcha latte along with a pistachio croissant. I did wish the matcha flavour in my latte could have been stronger but still a great local cafe to get some work done or catch up with some friends!

Their coffee continues to be excellent, with a wide variety of options that don't compromise on taste. A great spot to relax or catch up with a friend. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been in a while.

For drinks they have multiple types of hot chocolates and an array of non-coffee beverages - maybe I have found my new spot... We ordered a Pumpkin Chai Latte and a Pumpkin Spice Belgian Hot Chocolate and a Macadamia Marble Cookie. I like that for their hot chocolate you get to choose if it's milk or dark, I opted for dark. We found a table and I do appreciate the table signs that say to limit your visit to one hour. Honestly, more places should do this to stop people from treating a cafe like their living room or a library. I do feel like Delicia is on the overpriced side for what it serves. The latte was almost $7 and the hot chocolate was $8. I don't think that the drinks aren't worth it, it feels like mixed powder and nothing note worthy. When a menu is too big, it makes me question what is actually good, because even for a small cafe, you can't do everything good. To top it off, our cookie had a hair on the plate, very unappetizing. I don't think that I'll be back.

Also bought a Thai Milk Tea to go with it. Thai Milk Tea: Our daughter liked it. She's never had Thai Iced Tea in a restaurant though so she had absolutely no basis of comparison for the drink. To me, it was enjoyable if I treated it as simply a tasty drink. I was expecting the flavour though to be more like the Thai Iced Teas that I've often had in Thai restaurants; I found that this flavour was somewhat lacking.  Day Old Pastry: I didn't actually have time to eat this on the day I bought it, so I ate it the following day which means it was 2 days old by the time I got to eat it. Heated it up in our toaster oven and was super impressed! It was incredibly flaky. Never mind that it was two days old, it was better than a lot of freshly baked pastries that I've had in other places. If it was this good when it was 2 days old, then it could only be better if it were eaten on the same day it was baked, right? Highly recommend the pastries at Passenger Cafe!

You order at the counter and the food is called out when it is ready. It was a fairly busy afternoon so they ran of pagers and resorted to calling out names. We tried the following: - Spanish Latte: Good - Morning Croissant: Ok. Cute and affordable but something I can easily make myself - Creme Brûlée Soufflé Pancake: OK. Tasted fine, but not the lightest soufflé pancakes I've had - Dubai Chocolate Soufflé Pancake: OK. Nothing too memorable. Service was the sore spot. The staff are nice but food came out incredibly slow. The latte and croissant took 20 min. When they delivered it, they said our pancakes would came out after. After waiting 35 min and noticing other customers that arrived after us getting their pancakes, we found out they forgot our order. They needed another 15 min to complete our pancake order - that is a total of 1 hour of waiting. They did volunteer to refund us for the pancakes, which is the minimum they needed to do after such a long wait. Overall, not great. Even if they hadn't forgotten our order, I wouldn't give more than 3 stars based on the food. If they hadn't offered a refund, it would've been a one star review.
