I have been to the original store in Coquitlam and didn't realize they open another shop here in Vancouver. The place is huge when compared to the one on Schoolhouse/Lougheed. Very spacious with plenty of different types of seating. From cozy little nooks with comfy chairs and low tables to regular tables and chairs and a long communal table. We came on a Monday night and it was 1/4 full. Parking is ok on weeknights but I can imagine it being a nightmare on weekends and weekdays due to the huge construction site next to it. As at the other locations, this place also sells food like salad and sandwiches beside cakes and sweets. We had the chocolate cake and it was dry. $8 was pricey for a small piece and it was not great. The drinks were a bit better but not fantastic either. My friend was given Americano but at a drip coffee price as they stopped brewing drip coffee that night to cut waste. That was a nice touch. I had the matcha latte which looked like a pale dirty green, very different from other places I had. It was quite liquidy. The only bright spot for this place is it provides a place for people to hangout, especially at night.

After seeing the long lineups on the weekends, I had to come try it for myself. I decided to swing by on a weekday while running errands to grab a small bite. The cafe looked very clean, spacious and not too loud which is perfect for a coffee date. There is just enough background noise to chat normally but quiet enough if you want to sit here and read and book or study. It was already in the middle of the day so I didn't get a coffee this time around but I tried the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was lightly baked with a nice crispy skirt of cheese and a tasty slice of ham. The croissant could have been a little bit flakier for my preference. Looking forward to come back to try out their coffees another time.

Came by after the hype. It was busy and the place has many seats. I'm not sure if I missed it but I didn't see any automatic door button. I had a stroller and had to prop open the door to push the stroller in. They have two doors and I didn't see any button for either doors. That's not good if you're in a wheelchair. The prices are a little higher than I expected and the items are small. The square cakes looked small for $8. The chocolate croissant was small too. The coffee was okay as it was subtle and not bitter. They have food items too, much like the other Korean style coffee place in Burnaby on Jubilee Ave. There are a few coffee places now within 5 blocks so you have choices.

We tried the new C Market the other day. The space is huge, industrial and a great spot to post up to work or enjoy a nice sunny patio coffee. It's quite busy at the moment since it's new so certain times you may be waiting long to put in your order. We arrived before the lunch hour rush and waited about tens mins total. I got an iced matcha latte and my husband a specialty coffee that had salted foam on top. We each got a pastry too, I got the ham and cheese croissant and my husband a plain croissant. We enjoyed our drinks, my husbands was a little too sweet for our liking but I enjoyed my matcha. As the the croissants they weren't very good, the ham in the ham and cheese was almost hard it was really dry and overcooked. I've had flakier and more buttery croissants elsewhere so I likely wouldn't order one again. I'd like to try more of their Korean food menu to see if the food is better than the pastries.

New Korean flagship cafe has just opened, it's the biggest cafe I have ever visited in Vancouver. The interior features a sleek black and white color with marble stone design, creating an elegant , stylish vibe. The menu offers wide range coffee, drinks , pastries and food options. This time, I tried the signature drink - cold black salt cream coffee which gives coffee a unique flavour. The staff are nice but the food service counter definitely needs improvement, although a pager is provided but the orders are not delivered in proper queue order, some drinks or food items are unclaimed without knowing who order them.

A brand new building in the Riley park Main Street area opened an accessible and spacious coffee shop with locally roasted beans. The cafe is huge with ample seating and minimalistic vibes. They are accessible to commuters, wheelchair friendly, and ample parking space. The prices are reasonable with great customer service and the drinks were done extremely well. We were very surprised by the flavours of the melon cloud latte. We will come back to try more drinks and pastries.

Delicious pastries and coffee just like the other location. We tried a variety of their goods such as the honey garlic loaf and ube latte. Unique flavours that you can't find in other places. This spot is definitely much closer to me and will revisit

C Market Coffee is finally in the City of Vancouver after opening in the Tri Cities years ago. The latte is well crafted and not rushed. The foam is light and fluffy like a cloud. The flavour is well balanced. The strawberry danish has a crispy bottom and is a little hard to cut with wooden cutlery. It tastes amazing otherwise.

Floral and fruity with a clean, honeyed finish. Kinako Cherry Cheese Swiss Roll Light sponge cake rolled with tangy cherry compote and smooth cream cheese, dusted with nutty roasted kinako soybean powder. Matcha-Berry Opera Cake Thin layers of matcha joconde sponge, berry ganache, and matcha buttercream stacked into a refined, jewel-toned slice. Black forest cupake and cookie and cream cupcake. Kinako Cherry cheese swill roll was good. Cherry compote dominated the cake flavor, paired with cream cheese well. Kinako powder was very subtle, it was not overly sweet, overall, it was very good. Strawberry jasmine tea was just ok. Strawberry and floral flavor were very subtle. Jasmine tea flavor dominated this drink. When I mixed with Whipped cream on top, it tasted better. Matcha berry opera cake was the highlight! Matcha buttercream and berry ganache paired so well, and surprisingly it was not overly sweet. What I always love about Trafiq's cakes is that their cake is not overly sweet, and have very sophisticated flavor. Black forest cupcake and cookie and cream cupcake's presentation was super cute! The cute rounded buttercream on the top of cupcake caught our eye. Cupcake tasted just ok, sponge was decent and cream was softer than I thought. I liked cookie and cream flavor better. Overall, highly recommend this place's dessert and cakes.

Just like in the movies, this coffee shop is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. They have a long menu of delicious, sounding crêpes, as well as pastries, and some unique drinks, including multiple types of London Fog, of which we enjoyed the rose fog. I also had a lavender Matcha, which was super tasty with beautiful latte art on top. The tomato confit and cheese crêpe was delicious as was my pain au chocolat which is my benchmark for how good the pastries are everywhere I go! Really flaky, buttery, but not dripping in butter, with melted chocolate because they keep them in the warmer. There's some seating outside as well as limited seating inside, but early in the morning this is a peaceful place to come. I wish we lived close by so that we could come here every weekend!

Looks like things have changed. Yeah, you know where this is going…read more I came in for the free coffee by donation to support the Breast Cancer Society. I felt a strange vibe when I entered and noticed that there were very few customers compared to the normally busy shop that I know at the beginning of the year - the last time I visited this Blenz location. With no greeting from the lady at the counter, I walked up to say we are ordering the coffee by donation. She gladly said sure and then asked what size. I said large, and then my guest ordered medium. I then asked where to put the donation, just as I saw the pink donation box. There was no opening to deposit my donation so I asked where to put in the money. The lady fiddled with the box and finally found a hole in the BACK. Although I thought this was unusual, I placed my donation in the box. Meanwhile, my guest noticed that the lady was punching in the drinks and had the credit card machine ready to charge us for the drinks!!!! I asked why she is charging us, and she explained that coffee by donation means we pay for the drinks and then the store donates the money collected. I said all these years (as I've been a loyal Blenz customer since its beginning), it has always been a free coffee and then I donate a sum of my choice. She said well every store is different. My guest and I were quite puzzled, and after looking at each other with a "hmm" look, I said forget it, and told her that she shouldn't be charging us. I almost felt like taking back the donation from the box, mostly fearing that she'll probably take that money for herself as well, but thought it will tacky and classless. So we left, went to another Blenz on Broadway, and there, we were served our coffees properly. With that, I left a bigger tip.
