The Cambodian beef skewers are well-seasoned and almost as delish as (but with less meat) Cambodia Street Food in Oakland which are the best. The sautéed combination ho fun (noodles) had generous amount of vegetables and enough meat but the noodles were very few. The lack of noodles made the dish a little too wet for my taste. A little more ho fun would have been fun and perfect, I only ordered two items and both were delicious and satisfactory but a little pricey for the serving size. I will come back to try more dishes especially the $7 sandwich. I am very curious how it will compare to the best báhn mi sandwiches in San Jose which sell for only $5. read more

I ordered from here twice in one weekend. I think their food is super delicious. Their banh mi is probably my favorite out of some of the local places I've tried. They actually put pate in them. They even have a sisig banh mi! I also really like their bun bo hue. It's spicy and very flavorful. However, I do believe they are on the pricer side. Just checked out this new Pho spot in the area, and I was blown away. First off, they are serious about the COVID precautions, so I felt so comfortable being in the restaurant. They provide hand sanitizers as you walk in, they have clearly marked social distancing markings in the line, and all the tables are well spread out! All the employees were wearing masks and overall I felt at ease eating here. Now onto the good stuff, the food! So I'm picky about my broth and the quality of meat when I go to get pho. Stockpot checked off both of those requirements and much more. The broth is extremely flavorful and honestly could have a bowl of that alone! They provide really good size cuts of meat and a lot of it. I really liked the meatballs of all the meats! I got the Beef Combo pho, with some shrimp fresh spring rolls and a Thai tea. The spring rolls were light and tasty, and I'm glad because the portion of the pho was very fulfilling. My friend ordered the combo fried rice and in his words, "it's the oh so buttery goodness!" Well I saw some decent reviews of the food here at stockpot and I thought I would check it out,and glad we did. My partner and I decided to dine in so we drove over and parked in the lot.
