Banana Bread

Such a gem! Love how passionate and kind the staff are. Tried the banana bread and the pumpkin muffin, both were delicious. Plus points for being laptop-friendly!

Veggie burger

This sit in cafe offers quick eats. You place your order at the register and the same guy will bring you your food. I can't say it's flawless, but this was a very tasty veggie burger. Pickles were great too. My step mom ordered the fries which are good but I heard the tots are better. I do feel bad for the one guy running the food and tending to the entire cafe. It is definitely overwhelming, but I would probably come back!

Cute plant decor inside!

Immediately, when walking in, you feel cozy! If you're a plant lover like me, being in this cafe will bring you joy. Something about plants left and right make you feel euphoria. Haha. I love the way the cafe is set-up from the color scheme to how the tables are. Just gorgeous. The service was quick and the staff are friendly. They checked in with how we were liking our food which is an important part of food service to me. So I appreciated that! My co-worker who was there with me ordered a beef burger while I ordered a turkey burger. She enjoyed her burger. It was cooked to her liking and it was enough to fill her belly. As for me, I enjoyed my turkey burger. The seasonings that they used on it reminded me of Thanksgiving lol. It wasn't the way that I usually season my turkey burger but experiencing the way it was seasoned, made me think of other ways turkey burgers can be seasoned and still be tasty. So love that. The ginger beer that I featured in the photos was really good!!! I've been on the hunt for it in stores. Lol. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!!!! Great place to grab a bite to eat. Especially for lunch.

Hot Chocolate

Now, I understand why this cafe has high ratings. I dropped by here on my way to a Yelp event nearby. When I ordered hot chocolate to stay, the server gave me this gigantic bowl of it. I even asked him "this is a small size?!" He shrugged and said, "I might have made too much." It was delicious; it was worth $3. Moreover, I recommend this cafe for its decor. Check out my pics, it's like a plants shop and cafe in one.

Blueberry Muffin

Came here for a coffee and muffin and some book reading and I absolutely loved it! The muffins are fresh and massive, the coffee is smooth and strong, and there's spacious outdoor and indoor seating area (the outdoor one is covered too). Perfect spot for some solo time or even with friends!

I was impressed by how many things were on the menu from café items to lunch and dinner items. We walked by here because I saw that they had hotdogs on the menu and my husband wanted a burger. He got the hamburger and I got the hotdog with cheese and sauerkraut. I have never been so full from one hot dog. If you're in the area I think this is a great option for food. Not to mention that their plant collection is so beautiful and pleasing to the eye.

Even though I didnt eat my meal until about 45 mins later, it was delicious. The stocked burger was juicy but those tater tots were a hit. I appreciated the hint of garlic. I didnt even need to use ketchup, which I have with everything by the way. The prices are no burger king prices but it was worth it.

Tater Tots

Very cute spot with a wonderful and welcoming team. The food is delicious with generous portions (especially those tater tots!) Their gluten free selection is great, the gf buns for the burgers are sturdy and tasty without crumbling when you eat them. The focaccia is amazing.

Fantastic spot for sandwiches. Go for the grilled chicken and you won't be disappointed. They're not cheap but definitely worth it!

Ask the Community - Stocked Cafe

Do they still have gluten free bread/buns for sandwiches/burgers?

Yes we do!

Wine bar ? Do you serve wine or do we need to bring our own?

Hi, sorry! I need to change that listing! We serve wine and beer! No need to bring your own. We are sadly no longer a Wine Bar in the evening, though. Thanks!

Recently came here for dinner. The vibe was chic and the…read morefood is contemporary southern. While here I had the following: Fried shrimp & calamari- fried nice and crispy. Seasoned nice. My only gripe. There were only 3 Shrimp in the whole dish. If you offer half and half, truly make it half and half. Sesame wings- sticky and sweet. Nicely seasoned and prepared. Shrimp scampi- tasty and juicy. Very fresh and deelish!! Butternut squash soup- very good and silky. Brussel sprouts- not pictured or on the menu but, they came out nice and toasty. I also ordered a Tito's and club soda from the bar. I appreciated the un-flat club soda. Our server Ilia G was very knowledgable and charismatic. Our food came out in great time. Price points were decent. I'd definitely stop in again!

My server was very attentive throughout the entire dinner without being overbearing. I wanted to mention her name but unfortunately misplaced my receipt. I love the fact that when I chose the calamari, that they do have the tentacles as well, and not just the rings. For Peaches Prime to meet that one thing was a BIG PLUS to me for a restaurant that looks a little bit more upscale. But the icing on the cake was the fact that I was able to ask for more calamari with the tentacles in less rings so for me that is a win! The drink glasses are quite small like most upscale restaurants are so by the time you put ice in a cup you don't have that much to drink. I ordered shrimp and grits and it has kale in it with mushrooms and the flavor profile was good, but it's not like a southern profile for grits. A southern flavor profile is more rich and hearty. It was good, but the grits were on the runny side. I was provided a fork. I thought it was a small joke at first. You 100% require a spoon and fork with the shrimp and grits. You need a fork for the shrimp and to remove the tails using your butter knife, but to eat the dish you need a spoon. I like the fact that the kitchen did have a little kick of spices. One thing that is always underrated when you go out to eat at a restaurant anywhere in the world, but especially in North America even in Canada, is that food usually comes out to your table warm not hot. But the food came out piping hot and I love that fact. So that's ANOTHER WIN!! They have non-gender restrooms. They were very clean. The hallway that leads to the restrooms seem to be in a different restaurant. I wanted dessert, but I didn't have the room for it after my delicious meal. I definitely will be back but it's not a restaurant that I can come to every week or else. It's not gonna be good for my diet. I would eat too much!

I didn't book a reservation, just walked in right around 5:30 on a Tuesday night. Sat facing the street for good people watching. I really liked the decor, the plates, the servers were very nice. I ordered a Last Herb, a Mezcal play on the classic cocktail the Last Word, and I just adore the presentation. Flowers in the ice-cube (how can you beat that)!!! And there were also little edible flowers in my salad. It just felt like a really nice way to treat myself. Definitely recommend!

Beignet - unexpected, I really kept expecting it to be sweet but I'd get hit with the olive tapenade instead. The texture is nice, but I was a bit confused. Jewel box tomatoes - bright, fresh, and light. The mostly neutral but slightly savory feta gelato was very unique. Risotto - creamy, but still a bit of texture on each grain of rice. I loved the sweetness from the corn and richness from the squash. The peppers were delicious pops of flavor. Mille feuille - light and refreshing cream with a flaky exterior. Definitely come on Tuesday to save $16 (if the discount continues in the future). $83 for a high end-ish four-course prix fixe (includes tax and automatic service charge) isn't too bad in terms of pricing.

I did not get the cheese and my sister said the cheese is so mild that I didn't miss anything. The grits are creamy, made with I'm guessing some coconut milk. When I walked in, I noticed two available seats at the bar. A Caucasian woman took one of the seats, and I sat in the other. Moments later, an employee asked me to move because the woman's friend was supposedly on the way. Now, I've always understood bar seating to be first come, first served. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I wasn't even given the opportunity to order a drink or remain seated until the friend actually arrived. Instead, I was immediately asked to give up my seat for someone who wasn't even present. As a Black man, on Juneteenth of all days, the optics of the situation did not sit well with me. The music was Black. The atmosphere was Black. The culture being celebrated was Black. Yet it felt like preference was being given to someone who wasn't even there over a paying customer who was. Maybe that wasn't the intent, but perception matters, and the experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Avoid it at all cost! Zero STARS
