It was a bit pricey for my taste but the atmosphere is nice. The roof top is their best feature.

Good drip! Haven't tried the food but the drip has an actual good flavor, espresso in latte was a little bland/overpowered by milk but nothing unusual. But this isn't about that, my real issue is that I asked the person taking my order to use the ceramic for-here cup twice, and with that understanding I chose not to give him my travel mug, since they can just give it to me in their own reusable cup. 2 minutes later I get the coffee in a disposable cup, holding my empty travel mug. Very frustrating!!!! I guess that part of the order didn't get communicated from the order-taker to the barista making the drinks. I know this is a minor thing and I hope not to be a jerk, it just sucks to know you added more plastic to the pacific patch or whatever the heck and it was so totally unnecessary. First things first... Does anyone know where the waiting area is??? I find myself 1) lodged between the entrance of the stoble workplace 2) the trash and lemon water station 3) the entrance to downstairs/elevator area. PATHETIC and Confusing af. When I sat down and placed my arms on the table they were immediately coated with a plethora of discarded food crumbles. Yum... A few moments later ZAP, BANG, CRASH, BOOM!! I am jolted to attention by this time bomb they call a pager. Almost gave me a heart attack!! Ordered the toast with ricotta and jam, would've been good if I was able to bite through it. I thought maybe it was a bad day for the toaster, NOPE! Went back for a second time in hopes that I would be able to gnaw through it. Same thing, food is just subpar and incredibly hard to bite through. After forcing down my coffee and toast, I wandered over to the stoble workplace to check things out for myself. #scam This place is more than most people rent!! It's full of multiple different spaces that all are basically just your typical office. GOD FORBID you try to talk in there! The place is a library. I couldn't help but laugh when we came across these locker sized offices with a full grown man shoved inside. I guess it would be fine if you can afford it, just not my cup of tea. Stoble is an amazing mix use space coffee spot/roaster. Great espresso & coffee, nice Smith Tea, yummy menu and fresh baked items on the regular. Super friendly staff in cafe and great people especially Melissa in workspace. Love the asethic and all the happy plants. Im using their communal workspace right now and love the membership. Highly reccoment to anyone in town or visiting. A gem not to be missed!! read more

I have mixed feelings about Stoble. Although they roast their own coffee, it's not my favorite. I feel like it's always a bit darker, stronger, and more "muddy" in flavor than what I prefer. I still enjoy it though, it's not bad coffee by any means, just not my preference. The place is gorgeous though, they've really nailed the aesthetic and I feel like it's designed to be "Instagramable" from anywhere you sit. It's also a nice place to go if you have are meeting a few people or plan to have a business meeting. They've got lots of space and seating, even when it's busy I've not had trouble finding a place to sit. And aside from the coffee not being great, they've got one of the best Matcha lattes I've had in town. read more

The honey lavender latte always hits the spot! I recommend that and the breakfast sandwich. It's a perfect pairing for a morning meal.

Amazing coffee, the layout of this place is awesome. Probably one of the most exciting coffee shops i've been too. Stoble is a beautiful place, with a fantastic location. I am sorry to say that the coffee is mediocre at best. Pour overs are always luke-warm because the water pours out by way of a rotating machine. When the brew filters through, it lands in a thin glass pitcher. Quaint yes, but it never delivers hot. Many of the servers are kind and outgoing, many are quiet and non-engaging. The food is delicious; though a bit pricey. I love the activity in the place. So many choices of places to sit. When I learned from my friend, Cooper ( a devout lover of all things coffee,) said a new coffee shop was opening up in town that he worked at, I dropped everything. I've appreciated the friendly staff there each time I've gone who are usually willing to answer any questions. I've love the wide range of drinks to choose and in addition to making certain food items there, they get local baked goods as well. Great atmosphere except for the rude coffee snobs who work there. The guy who took our order (who was wearing a tshirt that said "realtor realtor realtor" on it) looked down on me from his pedestal with disdain when I asked if they had white chocolate mocha. "No, we have our house made mocha...and no pumpkin spice served here either..." was his response. Wow. I didn't even ask for pumpkin spice, but had I even considered asking him, he wanted to be clear that they only sell boring old mud water coffee with no flavor. Definitely over priced too. We were there today and simple questions were an obvious inconvenience to the guy taking our order. Blatantly didn't want to do his job and the people behind the counter were ignoring us. From the moment you walk in till you leave you know you are in a classy, fun, friendly environment that you instantly fall in love. I can't get over the design and lay out of this place. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE ROOF TOP! They have a gorgeous fireplace and also have heaters by each table . The view of the city is beautiful. Bring a date, your mom or anyone visiting from out of town! It's kid friendly also! The WiFi is super fast so bring a laptop if you want to just get out of the house and write a paper! Went for the first time yesterday. I had an iced latte and realized at my first sip that this was really good coffee. So the next day I came back and had a plain drip coffee and was it good. They have covered roof seating and it is really nice up there. I tried a breakfast sandwich and it was very good. I highly recommend Stoble. read more

I come here very often for the work environment and atmosphere. It is absolutely stunning, but I see it not lasting due to poor choice of employees. The place needs a deep cleaning and a deep dive into customer service training. There are maybe two polite employees but the rest are just clueless or lazy. Definitely have entitled attitude and show that they are bothered. Hopefully management can perk them up or give them better direction so they can enjoy and appreciate this beautiful work environment. This place has potential.... But has a longggg way to go. Came once before for breakfast, atmosphere and set up is GREAT, food was underwhelming. Came again tonight up on rooftop, waitress forgot about our friend's beer, is strolling around and had to remind her after waiting 15 min when we already had the other drinks. Never came to check on us or refill anything. Had to go up to pay because she never came back after almost an hour. Oh well. Like I said, potential. So very false advertising at this place. I love the vibe and the look of this place but the food menus say 11am - close (this is a lie) they stop serving lunch at 4pm and then serve no food until 5pm (not posted anywhere of this hour break) then when going to order dinner they didn't have many of the items and asked me to change my order after I had already paid for a higher priced item that they did not have available (the lady taking our order even went to check with the kitchen and told me yes they do have the item, then came back and found me to tell me that they actually didn't have the item........) no refund or anything offered for them inconvenience. I definitely think I would come back here just to work on my computer and have a cup of coffee (also only have computer outlets from the 2nd floor down (limited on second floor)). read more
