While the wait was longer than usual, the atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and a real sense of community. The staff handled the busy evening incredibly well. They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. I was genuinely impressed by the positive attitude of every staff member working the Monday night event. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the evening such a positive experience while supporting such an important cause. The food was delicious as always!

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was. Even though it's a smaller café with just a few tables, it still felt bright, spacious, and welcoming. I ordered a latte to go, and it was really good. While I was waiting, they had accidentally made the wrong iced drink for another order. Instead of throwing it away, they kindly offered it to me for free. I don't remember what the drink was called, but wow... it was absolutely delicious! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day. Between the friendly service, great coffee, and cozy atmosphere, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
