Cheese pizza
Terry R.

Stevie's Famous is an overachiever when it comes to dough! A testament to an excellent pizza is a well executed crust; the kind of crust that you could easily enjoy with minimal amount of toppings. Stevie's cheese pizza highlighted the skill that goes into crafting their sourdough crust and we enjoyed every bite! Service was very friendly and efficient. I was also impressed by the quality of the chopped Caesar salad which spoke to how Stevie's Famous does not do anything halfway. A small salad can easily be shared by two people but you might not want to because of how tasty it is! Well done Stevie's!

Came in a little after 12 on a Sunday, it was empty (thankfully lol) & only waited about 20 mins for a fresh whole pizza. I guess they don't do half/half pizzas so instead of half pep / half cheese I ended up just doing a whole pep & slice of cheese. The place is connected to a bar that opens at 4pm btw! Just head to the corner to order your pizza & the lovely lady will take your order. I did love the service, the lady was really welcoming & helpful explaining everything. In the end, pizza was good! I also got a small Caesar salad, which was delicious. I would honestly come back just for the Caesar salad!! I can't wait for their phinney ridge location to open to be closer to home

Stopped by Stevie's for a mid afternoon snack around 2:30 PM on a Friday with some friends and wandered into their shared space with the bar. We were the only customers, but they did have some slices on hand and a whole cheese pie that just got out of the oven. Parking situation is a little funky; there's a very tiny lot in the middle of the street next between the two lands, but there are only 6-8 spots so I wouldn't count on them on the weekends to be available. Overall, the crust is really satisfying with the signature NY style, almost cracker-like crisp. The best was definitely the Coppa / Normie (aka added burrata and honey), perfect balance if savory, creamy, and sweet. My second place has to go to their Cheese slice, which really lets the naturally sweet tomato sauce shine through. The Pepperoni was solid, just nothing to write home about, and the seasonal at the time was BBQ "Chicken" (it was actually jackfruit). As someone who normally hates CPK barbecue chicken, this one was surprisingly pretty good! Barbecue sauce didn't feel overwhelmingly sweet and had some tang to it.

Nightmare Experience I ordered delivery from Stevie's Famous in Beacon Hill after hearing repeatedly that this was the best NY-style pizza in Seattle. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I apologize for the length, but this story deserves to be told. I placed an order directly through the Stevies website for a large "Normie" . A pepperoni pizza with burrata, hot honey, plus a Coke. With tax and tip, the total came to $62.47 for a single pizza and soda. Expensive, but I was willing to treat myself. After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I attempted to contact the driver. Delivery is outsourced to DoorDash, even though I did not order through DoorDash directly. Communication failed entirely, as the driver did not speak english, and the order was never delivered. I then called the Beacon Hill location and spoke with an employee named James. He sounded frustrated and told me a manager would be in contact, which never happened. I was advised to contact DoorDash next. After nearly 30 minutes on hold with DoorDash customer support, my call was mistakenly transferred to the restaurant owner without warning. His phone simply rang, and he answered it, clearly unaware of the situation or why the call had been routed to him. While the owner, Shane, was apologetic, the conversation that followed was chaotic and confusing. Suggestions were made and then immediately reversed mid-thought. By this point, nearly two hours had passed since I placed the order. I ultimately requested a refund rather than a replacement meal, as lunch was no longer an option. I understand that third-party delivery can complicate things, but when a customer orders directly through your website and pays premium prices, the responsibility to resolve issues should be straightforward. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but. I cannot comment on the quality of the pizza, because I never received it. For the price and reputation, the service failure alone was enough that I will not be ordering again.

*i ordered to go* cheese pizza 3/5 ($27) this is a good, middle of the road pizza. crust was thin and i like that it was extra crispy. they make their pizza with sourdough, which i personally wasn't a huge fan of. lots of tomato's sauce with not as much cheese throughout. my biggest complaint is that you have to pay for grana cheese and pepper flakes. they're free in the restaurant, but online you have to pay 50 cents. the cup of cheese is also very small. standard small pack of pepper flakes. this location is in a bar. if you tell the front that you're there for pizza, they'll let you in. staff was very friendly. overall, i wouldn't go out of my way for this pizza. if i was at the bar for an event of with friends i will definitely grab a slice.

sausage and pepperoni ft caesar salad

So delicious! Definitely one of the best pies in Seattle. We ordered on a Saturday night and it was ready in 20 minutes. The caesar was banging. Ranch is definitely made from scratch and has a bite to it. Could have passed on the ricotta & hot honey.

2 slices of pepperoni for me and a veggie for my wife...so good! The small roni cups all over the slice are perfect. I went in quick burning my mouth on the first ...normal. But the second was so much better as it cooled some. The flavors seemed to really open up. Maybe I was delirious! We also got the Caesar ...this is the Caesar you want and need. Also, cool rock and roll type of spot. Looking forward to going back and having to some live music while enjoying a slice or two.

Another excellent New York-style slice! Where have I been all these years? I ordered a couple of slices--one cheese and one coppa--and both were delicious. They were so good that I went back for another cheese slice. The pies are prepared in advance and the slices are reheated rather than baked fresh to order, but they were outstanding nonetheless. The crust is crunchy and sturdy, with virtually no flop. The undercarriage exhibits just the right amount of char. The toppings are well balanced--not too heavy, not too sparse. The tomato sauce is simple and restrained, neither overly garlicky nor spicy. I thoroughly enjoyed it. On the Dave Portnoy scale, I would give it a solid 8.2.

I really love Stevie's Famous pizza and have been to the Burien location many times. The Beacon Hill location also lives up to the reputation. It's conveniently located in Clock Out lounge so you can get some slices while enjoying amazing live music. I got the coppa which was delicious! It's a stand out pizzeria and a must try!

The sourdough base is amazing. The pepperoni normie way is better than the coppa normie way in my opinion. The service was nice and the wait wasn't too long since the time I went wasn't during a busy time. The restaurant/bar area is spacious. I'd definitely return during bar hours along with some friends. It's a great spot. The house hot honey and burrata 10/10! A must try if you're in Seattle for some pizza. I'd check out their instagram if you wanted to see more of their pizza @steviesfamous

The pizza was hella good, and Clock-Out Lounge is easily one of the best venues in the city. I was there celebrating the Collide x Scope series, but I've also been through for Goodfoot events and to film multiple shows. Being able to get genuinely good food at a bar is something I'll always value, and this place delivers on that every time. Solid venue, solid vibes, and food that actually holds up.

Happen to be in the neighborhood here in Beacon Hill on Black Friday and stopped by the pizza place I had heard so much about from friends. I was surprised that they were open at lunch and had a great experience and great service from Allison here. I tried the pepperoni as well as the jalapeño pizza and loved it! We'll have to come back again and check the vibe at night!

Came by to try this new york style sourdough pizza after hearing such good reviews. Ordered the pepperoni pizza + "make it norme" which added hot honey and burrata. It was sooooo good. The crust was perfectly crunchy and had a nice sourdough flavor. This location is inside of clock out lounge so there's lots of booths and tables. Took about 20 min for the whole pizza to be ready and was about $40. The staff was super friendly!

Yes, a few tables. But you're facing a relatively busy street so something to consider. From what I remember it's also not covered

Four of us shared a mixed salad & kale salad, and a special pizza & yukon gold potato pizza. First of all, the salads were good contrasts. The mixed salad had a tart dressing, and the kale salad inc calabrian peppers and a creamy dressing. Both salads were very pleasing. Likewise, the special pizza was well thought out with the meat, cheese and sauce combo. Secondarily, the yukon pizza contained nice, fresh potatoes. Both pizzas had good chars from the wood fired oven. They only have two desserts, and I was surprised to see coconut cream pie that is made on site. The crust was nice and crumbly, and there was a ton of toasted coconut shavings. Despite being full, I could have eaten the whole slice of pie by myself. Regarding the ambiance, its chill here. We didn't need a res @ 6:30 pm on a Fri night. There is a full bar, and most of the patrons were locals. Lanti was a super nice waiter, and very knowledgable about the menu. He and his team were super friendly and on top of things. I look forward to staying at the Westin nearby again. Its walking distance fr SP, and it gives me an excuse to have good pizza and coconut pie again.

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

The reason my friends and I keep coming back is the main bartender Karin, who's always so adept at managing large parties w folks coming/going, including being honest with us about if there is time to split checks or order as a table, a pretty common thing at a smaller spot. The crust has that perfect balance of chewy and crisp, and the toppings are generous without turning the slice into a mess. You can tell they actually care about what goes out of the kitchen. I came in curious and left already planning my next visit. If you're a pizza person, this place belongs on your list - and if you like a little kick, the Jalapeño Face is the one to get.

I don't know if I've ever seen larger pizza than this place. Larger doesn't always equate to…read morebetter, but I just have to start by mentioning the size - it's really something to behold. A slice is literally too long to eat with your hands. You need to eat the first part with a fork and knife before it's even holdable. I have had bigger slices before - but never a full, non-takeout, pizza this big. It's 20 inches in diameter. We had two pizzas - where each one was split into two different kinds of pizza - so four in total. Cool that they allow you to do that, but it does cost more than having just a singular pizza all of the same type. The slices were double cut to make sharing easier. The only one that I liked was the jalapeno face pizza, which managed to achieve a facsimile of a jalapeno popper pretty well. The cream cheese here really stood out; it's not something you see on pizza very often at all, but it really worked here. The pineapple was also awesome. It was missing some heat from the jalapenos though - there could've been a lot more of them. This one was the only pizza that was actually cooked to a good level on the underside, and held its shape pretty well. It had some firmness when biting into it. Unfortunately, the other three half-pizzas were undercooked and floppy. The underside was practically a light brown rather than the dark brown / bordering on black you need to see for this style. If the attempt here is NY-style pizza, it's just a pathetic excuse for the most part. The weight of the toppings just collapsing in the dough is not what you want to see. The indian-style pizza just didn't work - mint chutney, onions, and bell peppers just tastes odd on a pizza. With the truffle pizza, the amount of potatoes was just way too excessive, and there was very little actual truffle flavor. The red sauce pizza didn't have anything wrong with the toppings, but again suffered from the lack of charring I mentioned earlier. You do get a lot of food for the pizzas. I'd say for 5 people - one full pizza and one half pizza should be enough - around 25 per person or so. At least the price is reasonable. Overall, the novelty of the size and odd flavors is cool in theory, but the quality is simply not there. 6/10

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out.
