Finally had a chance to try AK pizza this weekend. Had the plain and picked up a couple of cookies to bring to a friend's. I did warm my friends I would be having a slice when I picked it up to have it the way it should be. Since I was bringing back to Ballard which is a bit of time. Quality ingredients on a well thought out and executed crust. I had followed the owner before he opened the brick and mortar on IG and knew all the thousand T and D that went into it. I also like my crust to be thinner and crisper. My friends reheated slice when I finally arrived to Ballard and they enjoyed it. The style of cookie is not my style but I knew my friend likes them. Though the chocolate used is definitely of nice quality and flavor wise to my liking. Clean bright space with three tables to sit at so definitely limited seating. In a newer building on MLK parking isn't the easiest but it's close to the Othello Light Rail Station. Or look for a spot on a side street to park. Plinth sticker on the wall to join the others. Service was friendly and helpful. I was there when a couple came in they weee just going to get cookies cause they didn't have an order in, but they said if there happens to be a cancellation or something. It must have been their day cause they told them if they came back in 45 minutes they would have a pie for them to purchase. Seeing their excitement was so fun to see almost wish I was there when they were to have their first bite. Looking forward to trying them again!
Finally got my hands on the pizza. I purchased their cookie as well when I stopped by to pick it up. Our pizza was pretty burnt compared to our other friends that had the same pizza before. I honestly thought it was a decent pizza. It was too salty for my taste. My friend said the dough was chewy but I thought it was fine. There wasn't a wow factor for me. I'm no pizza connoisseur but I've had enough pizzas around the world to know what I look for in a pizza. I'm not a cookie person but the cookie was actually pretty good. Nice caramel flavor with the touch of the flaky salt.
Getting this pizza is like what I imagine trying to get Taylor Swift tickets back in 2023 is like. You go through a humiliation ritual every day where you log in five minutes early, watch the count tick down slowly, and click-spam 'Add to Cart' at the same time as hundreds of other people praying that the random gods allow your intended payment to go through ahead of all the other souls. And at the end of it, you see the message on all inventory already being in other people's carts, and you wonder what the hell you've done with the last five minutes of your life. Even the best pizza in NYC doesn't make you go through this. Are there really people dedicated enough to go through this every single day? This restaurant has been open for over a year. At least with Taylor Swift you only feel the disappointment once rather than a never-ending sisyphean soliloquy of defeat. Well, I finally got it - a single cheese pizza. Getting more than one feels truly impossible, so I was quite happy to end up with just one. Even a single one is pretty large, though, coming in at 18 inches in diameter. Certainly enough for 3-4 people. So, is it worth the hype? It's an interesting question. I think for the style of pizza it is - primarily New Haven-style apizza - it's pretty effortlessly the best in Seattle, and the best of that style I've ever had. That doesn't mean it's the best pizza I've ever had, and I haven't been to New Haven, but from what I've had so far of that style, this does top the list. The first thing to note is the char is unbelievably good. It teeters on the edge of being burnt but never quite gets there; the undercarriage has deep, dark spots and a consistent brownish color. The pizza has maybe the least flop of any pizza I've ever had. The air bubbles are distributed perfectly throughout the crust section moving all the way down. It's thin, but doesn't feel quite like the cracker-like. The dough has more of a chew to it compared to NY-style. But the bigger difference is with the cheese - there's very little mozzarella at all on here. I would say the flavor profile leans more tomato-forward from the sauce, which is really good because of how fresh the tomato sauce tastes. The cornicone was disappointing though. While the high temperatures helped the underside, it rendered this part a lot tougher and chewier than I prefer. Yes, the hype is around the pizza. But what might be even better is something they don't even sell online - something you have to pick up at the store and buy separately. I'm talking about their cookie. This is one of the best cookies I've ever had. It reminds me a lot of the one I had from Levain Bakery in NYC. While that one is still better to me due to the undercooking of the dough inside, this one just about reaches that level. The crispiness on the outside is incredible - you can knock on this cookie and it will produce an audible sound. It's also stuffed with chocolate chips; possibly the most chip-stuffed cookie I've seen. The crunchiness of these chips is also unreal. And oh yeah, these chips are absolutely massive at points. The cookie itself is humongous as well - there's no way a single person can finish this. What really makes the cookie though is the mountain of flaky sea salt added on top. Some places are afraid to salt their cookies, and others put the bare minimum flaky salt on there for visual intrigue. Not here, though - they salt their cookie to the absolute max, and it is utterly glorious. This place is expensive. The pizza cost me $38, and the cookies run around $6 each. That is quite pricey, although somewhat justified by the large nature of the meals. Overall, while the pizza is great, the cookie steals the show. 9/10
Located along MLK Jr Way S. with some street parking down the block. Upon entering, staff was friendly and the vibe inside felt welcoming. Wish the inside had more space as it's only a few tables inside a really small space so it's advised to just order to go. You also have to preorder on their site a day ahead with a designated pick-up time. Pizza was cooked nicely with minimal oiliness and almost no flopping. The crust was nice and crunchy but the edges were a bit more on the burnt end meat was nicely seasoned and the sauce brought a nice acidity that balanced everything out.
After knowing about this place for so long and always forgetting to reserve, I was finally able to score a pizza for a Thursday night pickup. When we arrived, they were just wrapping up the baking and we were pleasantly surprised to know we could dine in! We got the hawaiian which had vodka sauce, pineapple, nduja, and jalapenos - it was delicious! The crust was thin yet crisp and held its shape super well, and the balance of sweet from the pineapple, salty from the nduja, and spicy from the jalapenos was so good. I loved the vodka sauce too as it was flavorful but not overpowering. We of course got the cookie as well, and it was amazing. So doughy (in the best way) and stuffed with a variety of chocolate, and topped with chunks of flaky salt. Genuinely so good and I'd come back if I was in the area just to get a cookie. The team is so friendly and kind too, and I'm so glad we finally got the chance to come by! Definitely recommend getting yourself a pizza from here :)
Great pizza and one of the best cookies of my life! AK pizza simply loses some points for the inconvenience, it's hard to get a pizza with preorders required the day before. Parking can be a little hard to find as well. I was also a little sad they didn't have any ranch available and that they don't make the hot honey in house.
Positive I admire how A.K. Pizza follows Rolex's business model of creating exclusivity. People want to be part of the club of acquiring this pizza. The unusual process to buy the pizza is genius although it isn't convenient for those wanting the pizza. It's like buying a pair of highly sought after Jordans on the SNKRS app at 7am on a Saturday morning. The business model is ideal for this couple to maintain a work life balance and make guaranteed income everyday they work at selling 60 pizzas at a minimum $33. They can plan their lives around work and know people will be "lining up" online for their less than mediocre product week after week, until somebody tells the truth about these pizzas. The vodka sauce tasted slightly better than the tomato sauce on the plain pizza. AK Pizza sells 18 inches. pizzas. Other than Big Lou's Pizza in SA, AK Pizza sells the largest "artisan" pizza of any pizza joint I can think of. But, I don't feel I would try this pizza place again. I still frequent all the pizza joints that I mentioned above. AK Pizza is called a NY style pizza, it's maybe influenced by NY pizzas, but nowhere close. The pizza is not good and I'm amazed at the number of people who say the pizza is good. I think it's the worst "artisan" pizza I've ever had. All the ingredients and the execution are not good. I don't know why people are misleading others with these high reviews. I'm only trying to be honest and what I say/think doesn't matter. Nduja reminded me of the Italian version of Mexican chorizo. The meat (protein) is finely grounded and seasoned heavily with paprika, some whole crushed red pepper flakes, vinegar, some salt, with a very earthy taste. It ruined the plain pizza for me almost as much as the overall burnt notes in every bite. It should be replaced with anchovies or something else. The tiniest basil leaves I've ever seen. I couldn't pick up the taste of the basil on the vodka pizza. Guess why? Italian sausage was not good either. It literally tasted like Jimmy Dean's breakfast sausage with sage. This almost made me a little upset. That is why I had to write a review. For me, Italian sausage must have fennel seeds and be broken off in bigger nubs. The cheese is very sparse on the pizza. Maybe the price margin on a 18in. pizza doesn't allow the pie to be adequately covered. The cheese didn't have any buttery essence or nuttiness. Cheese pulls came from the center of the pizza. The execution of cooking the pizza was very disheartening. The overall pizza could taste better if it wasn't burnt. I had Lovers Pizzeria in San Antonio and all the pizzas were heavily charred. But, the overall taste of the pizza made up for that overcooked pizza. To many, charred equates to burnt. I don't mind charred or blistered food, especially if coming from a wood fired oven and the pizzaiolo is cooking multiple pizzas at once. This electric oven that cooks pizzas in managed time frames, consistently cooks heavily charred/burnt pizza. This is disappointing. The crust was very bad. No flavor (salt, yeast, or olive oil) in the crust, burnt, and lacking character as the vessel to the pizza. The crust had no toothsome bite or chewiness. Fresh out of the oven, it was extra crispy and brittle from being burnt. The crust of the pizza had a very cracker like mouth/touch feel and was flavorless other than burnt. I always eat a whole slice and love a the crust on pizzas. I had to throw away the crust on this pizza. I'm including square pizzas from school way back in the day, buffet (Round Table, Pizza Hut, Mr. Gatti's, Alfy's, Godfather's, and others) pizzas, chain pizzas, even Costco pizza. I may be going a bit far with some of these comparisons, but AK pizza isn't good.
I had high expectations after this place blew up on tiktok. Ordering the pizza is kind of annoying because you have to basically get lucky since they sell out so quickly, but that was to be expected. We planned on spending my birthday weekend in Seattle so we tried to get AK pizza & we got lucky! We picked it up on the way to our to our hotel and stopped to try a fresh slice on the bed of our truck. It was sooo good and crunchy! The little pepperoni cups were perfectly cooked. The only thing that I did have an issue with was since it's so crunchy, it didn't heat up that great. The crust turned a little chewy. But other than that it was 10/10 for me. I'll def be coming back to try other pizzas since we just got the pepperoni.
The pizza is fantastic. Well worth the wait! The folks running this place are so welcoming and kind. 12/10 can't wait to have it again.
We were able to snag a pizza online! We had the Vodka pizza, crust was so crispy and sauce was flavorful with fresh basil. The cookie was also DELICIOUS! I thought it was going to be too chocolatey , but it was perfect with some flaky salt on top. Staff were nice and friendly when we went to pick it up. Gotta try again to try their other pizzas!
Everyone who says this is the best NY style pizza in Seattle is telling the truth! I loved how thin and crispy the crust was with nice spots of char. The ratio of sauce and cheese was perfect and there were a good amount of toppings. I tried the vodka pizza with pepperoni and burrata and the potato pizza with nduja. Out of the 2, I liked the potato pizza better. I enjoy white pizzas more and the milky salty cheese went really well with earthy potatoes. The vodka pizza was also quite nice. I liked how the cream mellowed out the tomato sauce so it wasn't too tangy. The burrata on top added an extra fresh creaminess that I loved. The chocolate chip cookies are actually really good here despite how they look. I thought they would be burnt since the tops look super brown, but surprisingly, it was perfectly baked. They're super thick cookies a bit on the cakier side but still have a good amount of chew. The chocolate wasn't overwhelming and the cookie itself had good flavor. Although the pizza was good, there were a couple of things I didn't like. This place is super popular so if you want a pizza, you have to order it a day in advance exactly at 12 or they sell out instantly. Another thing is that this place is pretty pricey, but for the quality and size of the pizza, it's not too bad considering the other overpriced options in Seattle.
I got the pepperoni pizza as well as the chocolate chip cookie here. The cookie I was able to order in store. We took the food to a park and ate our pizza. The pizza in my opinion was overhyped, it's definitely not the best pizza I've ever and and it might not be the best pizza in Seattle. The pizza was very good, pizza was bit on the cool side when I picked it up even though I showed up early. The cookie was probably the best cookie that I've tried in Seattle. Overall, I definitely come back and try their other flavors as well as grab a cookie again.
One of best pizza dough in Seattle that's New York style. Had a great crisp, flop ratio, and thin crust. The carbonara flavor was unique, definitely lots of pepper which I liked but may not be fit for some. I wish there was a big more sauce. The cookie is fantastic and must-get. So glad we were able to get an order in as pre-order sells out in seconds! There's a couple tables for sitting but definitely take it to-go and try a few slices right away. Alex Kim, you ate.

The pizza is hard to get but it is worth it for sure! The pizza is DELICIOUS, the cheese, to meat to sauce ratio is perfect. And despite bringing the pizza home and eating it, it didn't droop, the crust was perfectly crispy and just right. But of course, this place has more to offer - THE COOKIES. This was a treat! Gooey, chunky and the right amount of sweet and salty. Will definitely order this pizza again :) read more
Updating my review since we tried the mushroom pizza. We ordered online a day before my birthday just to see if we could get lucky and we did. The pizza is divine and was not burnt. Probably my favorite tasting flavor from AK Pizza--nice crunch, wonderful taste. It is a pick up place with a couple of seats inside but not really a sit down area. The ordering process is still difficult but if you get lucky, you get lucky. read more

My sister and I tried during the presale (were hoping to get pepperoni and vodka) but my sister was not able to get any, thankfully I was able to get a pepperoni. The pizza is delicious, the cheese is nice and salty, the sauce is tangy and acidic. I also love the pepperonis. It is also cooked perfectly, it is not floppy and has a good level of char on the crust. I was so excited to see they still had cookies when I arrived for my pickup time. The cookie is super thick with a lot of salt. It is not sweet (I would prefer it a tad sweeter) but I love the color and texture if the cookie. It is so soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. It also has a slight bitterness to it (from the espresso powder). Overall, I LOVE the pizza and will definitely be back! read more

I had high expectations after this place blew up on tiktok. Ordering the pizza is kind of annoying because you have to basically get lucky since they sell out so quickly, but that was to be expected. We planned on spending my birthday weekend in Seattle so we tried to get AK pizza & we got lucky! We picked it up on the way to our to our hotel and stopped to try a fresh slice on the bed of our truck. It was sooo good and crunchy! The little pepperoni cups were perfectly cooked. The only thing that I did have an issue with was since it's so crunchy, it didn't heat up that great. The crust turned a little chewy. But other than that it was 10/10 for me. I'll def be coming back to try other pizzas since we just got the pepperoni. read more

We were able to snag a pizza online! We had the Vodka pizza, crust was so crispy and sauce was flavorful with fresh basil. The cookie was also DELICIOUS! I thought it was going to be too chocolatey , but it was perfect with some flaky salt on top. Staff were nice and friendly when we went to pick it up. Everyone who says this is the best NY style pizza in Seattle is telling the truth! I loved how thin and crispy the crust was with nice spots of char. The ratio of sauce and cheese was perfect and there were a good amount of toppings. I tried the vodka pizza with pepperoni and burrata and the potato pizza with nduja. Out of the 2, I liked the potato pizza better. I enjoy white pizzas more and the milky salty cheese went really well with earthy potatoes. The vodka pizza was also quite nice. I liked how the cream mellowed out the tomato sauce so it wasn't too tangy. The burrata on top added an extra fresh creaminess that I loved. The chocolate chip cookies are actually really good here despite how they look. I thought they would be burnt since the tops look super brown, but surprisingly, it was perfectly baked. They're super thick cookies a bit on the cakier side but still have a good amount of chew. The chocolate wasn't overwhelming and the cookie itself had good flavor. Although the pizza was good, there were a couple of things I didn't like. This place is super popular so if you want a pizza, you have to order it a day in advance exactly at 12 or they sell out instantly. Another thing is that this place is pretty pricey, but for the quality and size of the pizza, it's not too bad considering the other overpriced options in Seattle. read more
I got the pepperoni pizza as well as the chocolate chip cookie here. The cookie I was able to order in store. We took the food to a park and ate our pizza. The pizza in my opinion was overhyped, it's definitely not the best pizza I've ever and and it might not be the best pizza in Seattle. The pizza was very good, pizza was bit on the cool side when I picked it up even though I showed up early. The cookie was probably the best cookie that I've tried in Seattle. Overall, I definitely come back and try their other flavors as well as grab a cookie again. read more
One of best pizza dough in Seattle that's New York style. Had a great crisp, flop ratio, and thin crust. The carbonara flavor was unique, definitely lots of pepper which I liked but may not be fit for some. I wish there was a big more sauce. The cookie is fantastic and must-get. So glad we were able to get an order in as pre-order sells out in seconds! There's a couple tables for sitting but definitely take it to-go and try a few slices right away. I really thought this place was going to be overhyped. It was very difficult to order this pizza, but I'm so glad we did. we got the vodka pizza with Burrata and hot honey and our total was $45. definitely a very steep price. it's around $5.50 per slice. The slices are very big so around two slices per person is enough. When we went to go pick up the pizza, she was still making it and it was very fresh. The crust is very crunchy and the sauce is definitely what makes it very delicious. It's a sweet rich flavored sauce and it pairs very nicely with the hot honey. The crust does turn out just a tad bit charred because it's very crispy so this might not be ideal for some people, but I did like it. I don't think I will get it again because it's so expensive but I would recommend trying it. Also, when we try to reheat the pizza, it didn't taste as good so I would recommend sharing it and eating it the same night you get it. read more
I had very high expectations of this pizza but came out disappointed. Everyone says it's good, food critics says it's one of the best pizza they had, so I expect really really good pizza... 1) ordering this pizza was a pain, they only make a limited amount each day and you get maybe 30 seconds to get your order in or it's sold out. 2) it's takeout only and you have to pre-order online: the online app they use charge a fee...and the pizza is not cheap. We got one Potato pizza and with tax, fee and tip, it was $50+ for an 18 inch pizza 3) parking is horrible. Best if you take light rail. 4) considering how much work I did to get the pizza, I expect it would pay off...but nope. If you don't eat the pizza right away at the store or within minutes of getting the pizza, it's not that good anymore. And if that's the case, they should provide instructions on how to reheat the pizza for the best experience or even give advice on having the best experience, but nope, none of that. We ate the pizza 30 minutes after picking it up and the crust was hard and tough. To make it worse, there was a lot of burned pieces that overpower the pizza flavor. Good thing I listened to my friend and reheat the pizza and it was significantly better. The crust was softer but still had a crisp and flavor was good. I don't see the potato as a standout though. Oh and if this is really new York style, it did not pass, you can't even fold the pizza since the dough was stuff. 5) the cookie was not that great either. I prefer metropolitan market cookie over this. The cookie is good, but it's so big I expect other fillings in it besides just dough and a huge thing of chocolate on top. Overall, I'm glad to have tried it, but with all the effort to get the pizza, I expect a lot more. read more
1 star for the ordering process 4 stars for the pizza and cookies It is super hard to get a pizza from here and they are NOT cheap. I have never paid so much for a pizza before. It was $45 with taxes and fees. The cookie was another $7 but it is 6 oz so it's hefty and can be easily shared. Parking is difficult in the area. Be prepared to park at the nearby shopping center for a quick pickup. The pizza was delicious when it was given to me and I tried a slice but 30 mins later by the time I got home, the quality continues to degrade. The crust gets hard over time and loses that nice soft chewy texture. I'm glad I tried it to see what the hype is about. The pizza is really good but you have to eat it fresh or reheat it. Great pizza, but frankly it's not worth the trouble at this point in time. I was able to get a pizza during their soft opening when they still took walk-in orders. Everything about the pizza is great: great crust (good chew and crunch), great ingredients, great attention to details. But as good as it is, I can wholeheartedly assure you: it is not worth the trouble trying to get one of their pies right now. You are not missing out on the greatest pizza of all time (no such thing exists). It is great pizza, and I think it's my favorite locally (and the value is pretty good considering how big their pies are), but I wouldn't drive that far to pick it up (after all, it won't be fresh anymore, and then what is the point of pizza). Not only that, but the parking situation is really awkward: the day I went, basically everyone was illegally parking for a few minutes just to pick up their orders. It's not the best location, so if you're not somewhat local, it's not worth going out of your way for. If you do live close, wait for the excitement and buzz to die down. Once it does, I think you'll find a great staple in the neighborhood for your special pizza and movie nights. read more
AK Pizza recently overtook Steve's famous as the "best pizza in Seattle" and as a non influencer, I will say that is not the case at all. This place has been overhyped to the max by the foodie influencer group benefiting from the free pizza they get. But as a regular person, I do not share the same sentiments. Wait until hype dies down and try it, otherwise, not worth it. Don't get me wrong, it's a good pizza, but is it the BEST? Hell no, not even close. Not to mention all the hoops you have to go through to just order the damn pizza makes it one of the least "worth it" pizza around. For starters, you have to ensure you are available right before noon the day before to jump into the queue for pizza. I tried everyday for two weeks until I figured out a way ensure I was the first few. That alone makes this pizza a nonstarter for me, but hey, I was determined to try the best damn pizza in Seattle. Within those two weeks, I watched the queue jumped from around 100 to 250 coinciding with all the new raving posts from influencers including some guy name Nick, who I'm fairly sure are friends with the owners given his other posts. I was able to get the pepperoni pizza, but I also wanted to try the vodka pizza but the process and massive amount of people does not allow a person to successfully get two pizzas at once. Again, pepperoni was good, but it's no difference than a place like Dantini's pizza who's more conveniently located and I don't have to fight online to get it. When we picked it up, we also got the chocolate chip cookie, which was better than the pizza, but it was also $7 bucks and not as good as the Met. Overall, 4 stars for pizza. Minus 1 star for creating artificial hype. read more
This is a new spot that sells 18'' NY style pizzas. Due to the popularity, it's required to pre-order 1 day in advance starting at 12pm. I got to their website exactly at 12pm and was able to place my order before they sold out. Parking wasn't too difficult to find if you drive up S Willow St - there were especially lots of spots as I got closer to 37 Ave S. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and everyone was so friendly. My order was ready right on time. I had ordered a plain pizza (milled tomatoes, aged mozz, buffalo mozz, wild oregano, freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano, and Sicilian olive oil). It was absolutely phenomenal. The sauce was so tasty and fresh. The different cheeses added so much flavor. Each slice was sturdy and didn't fall apart when holding it. Crust was okay, but a little too charred for my preference. I also purchased a cookie when I arrived to pick up my pizza. The cookie was wonderful as well. I made the mistake of trying to eat a bite immediately, and it just was a bit too gooey and messy. But after waiting for it to cool down, it was an excellent treat. Lots of chocolate and very sweet. FYI - the cookies cannot be preordered and they have a limited number, so I suggest choosing an early pickup time if you also want to buy a cookie. Also, this spot is primarily meant for pickup, but there is one small table if you want to eat it there. Overall, I highly recommend checking out their pizzas! read more
New pizza spot in Othello from a former Seawolf baker. Currently they are taking pre orders online. My friend pre ordered the pizza on the last day of ordering at midnight I believe it's at noon now. We got the corn pizza and the vodka pizza. The crusts for both pizzas were really good and the slices had a nice flop. The corn pizza had more of a Mexican taste and was unique. The vodka pizza was all of our favorites and would definitely order again! They also ordered cookies which were nice with the maldon salt and very soft. A great pizza that I could (and would if it wasn't so hard to order) eat every day. I shared two pies with 3 other adults. The corn pesto and the vodka were both good and crispy but the flavor on the corn was a little muted. I enjoyed the vodka pizza more. The pizza is perfectly thin and has a nice crunch to it. Even the crust itself had great flavor. I really enjoyed the pies and would for sure would eat it again! As others have mentioned it's tough to order but that I think speaks to the demand and quality of the pizza. read more
The crisp of the crust i finally got the vodka pizza after weeks of trying to get one and it was worth it! The location is a little bit inconvenient as there's no parking nearby but the pizza was hot and ready when we got there at pick up time. I recommend eating in the car while it's still hot and fresh. Finally was able to get a preorder! The effort was worth it because the pizzas are huge and delicious! It is the thinnest pizza I've had in WA so far. We tried the vodka pizza. The cheese-sauce-dough ratios are perfect. Definitely try it as soon as it comes out of the oven for optimal freshness. I wish I was able to try the cookies but they sold out just before I arrived to pick up my order. The team was very nice and friendly when I arrived a bit earlier than my pickup time. The shop inside is pretty small, only one small table available if you want to eat there, since this is more of a takeout spot. Parking on the side streets of MLK was pretty full and chaotic. read more

A bustling little operation, our pizza came out hot and fresh within a few minutes of our pick up time. The crust was perfectly crisp on the bottom holding up the tasty toppings, we opted for pepperoni. Another example of "good things come to those who wait." In this case, after a few weeks of attempts in their ordering system, it was amazing pizza and decadent chocolate chunk cookies. The pizza had a thin, crackery crisp undercarriage with a delicate and nicely chewy crust. It's the kind of pizza, especially when eaten fresh, you can take a perfect bite out of where all of your teeth leave an impression (a la Wile E. Coyote leaving a perfect body cutout as he's being blown through a wall). The tomato-to-cheese ratio is perfect and the pep is the small, nice cuppy kind. To top it all off, the staff/owners all seem like wonderful people, and it's hard not to feel happy for their success. I hope they continue to grow over the years, and there'll be an outpost in walking distance to my house soon :) To optimize the experience, I'd recommend you start eating in the shop or your parked car. Hit the pizza with a really hot oven for a minute or 2 if you have to drive home 30+ mins before you can take a bite. 10 seconds in the microwave could be a great way to warm up that awesome cookie too. read more

Visiting from Maui and our friends were able to secure two pizzas from this wonderful joint. We had the "Potato" and "Vodka" pizzas. Super nice vibe, the wife greets everyone and preps the orders for pickup and the husband creates the masterpieces. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside with great chew on the inside. Both pizza's ingredients came together great, which really surprised me because I usually only eat pepperoni focused pies (felt too bad to tell my friends). Would definitely visit again and think it's smart to have a business model like this to prevent waste, both time and ingredients. It appears to be a recipe for smart work/life balance while bringing delicious pizza to the table. And the cookies were yummy too :) read more
