Stopped by Stevie's for a mid afternoon snack around 2:30 PM on a Friday with some friends and wandered into their shared space with the bar. We were the only customers, but they did have some slices on hand and a whole cheese pie that just got out of the oven. Parking situation is a little funky; there's a very tiny lot in the middle of the street next between the two lands, but there are only 6-8 spots so I wouldn't count on them on the weekends to be available. Overall, the crust is really satisfying with the signature NY style, almost cracker-like crisp. The best was definitely the Coppa / Normie (aka added burrata and honey), perfect balance if savory, creamy, and sweet. My second place has to go to their Cheese slice, which really lets the naturally sweet tomato sauce shine through. The Pepperoni was solid, just nothing to write home about, and the seasonal at the time was BBQ "Chicken" (it was actually jackfruit). I was there celebrating the Collide x Scope series, but I've also been through for Goodfoot events and to film multiple shows. They were so good that I went back for another cheese slice. The pies are prepared in advance and the slices are reheated rather than baked fresh to order, but they were outstanding nonetheless. The crust is crunchy and sturdy, with virtually no flop. The undercarriage exhibits just the right amount of char. The toppings are well balanced--not too heavy, not too sparse. Nightmare Experience I ordered delivery from Stevie's Famous in Beacon Hill after hearing repeatedly that this was the best NY-style pizza in Seattle. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I apologize for the length, but this story deserves to be told. I placed an order directly through the Stevies website for a large "Normie" . A pepperoni pizza with burrata, hot honey, plus a Coke. With tax and tip, the total came to $62.47 for a single pizza and soda. Expensive, but I was willing to treat myself. After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I attempted to contact the driver. Delivery is outsourced to DoorDash, even though I did not order through DoorDash directly. Communication failed entirely, as the driver did not speak english, and the order was never delivered. I then called the Beacon Hill location and spoke with an employee named James. He sounded frustrated and told me a manager would be in contact, which never happened. I was advised to contact DoorDash next. After nearly 30 minutes on hold with DoorDash customer support, my call was mistakenly transferred to the restaurant owner without warning. His phone simply rang, and he answered it, clearly unaware of the situation or why the call had been routed to him. While the owner, Shane, was apologetic, the conversation that followed was chaotic and confusing. Suggestions were made and then immediately reversed mid-thought. By this point, nearly two hours had passed since I placed the order. I ultimately requested a refund rather than a replacement meal, as lunch was no longer an option. I understand that third-party delivery can complicate things, but when a customer orders directly through your website and pays premium prices, the responsibility to resolve issues should be straightforward. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but. I cannot comment on the quality of the pizza, because I never received it. After hearing that the same owners of Lupo owns Stevie's Famous. We knew we had to try their NYC pizza. There is parking by the Seattle Super Market. However, make sure that you are 21+ if you order from Stevie's Famous because it is hidden inside Clock-Out Lounge which they need to check your ID before entering. It is inside a bar so it can get loud in there. Luckily, we ordered ahead which allows you to skip the line and go straight to the counter to pick up. However, we made the mistake of lining up because we wanted to try their cheese pizza too and didn't order that ahead. Make sure to order online ahead of time to skip the line, since it can get long when the bar is crowded on a Friday night. Our customized pizza consisted of coppa, mushroom, and sausage. The cheese pizza was actually our favorite compared to our customized pizza. I'd give the cheese pizza a 4.5/5 rating. We really enjoyed meats as they complemented well together. Next time we would love to try their customized recommendations instead! The hot honey sauce was so good with the pizza and definitely had a kick to it. Their caesar salad tasted the same as Lupo's. We love that there's croutons crushed up, so that with every bite of the salad you can taste the crispy croutons. read more

I read about Stevie's famous pizza and I wanted to try it. I called and ordered a pepperoni pizza for pick up and drove to their Beacon Hill location. The pizza was still hot when I got it. I sat in my car and took a couple of bites! The thin sour dough crust was chewy and soft. The saltiness of the pepperoni with the mild pizza sauce was the right balance and worked well together. Pros - The pizzas are large (16") and have sourdough crust which is a unique flair I loved. Cons - The ricotta is sort of grainy and had a lemony taste which we weren't the hugest fans of. I'd skip it next time for burrata. SO Salty. I don't think I have ever woken up so bloated, lol! More Notes - Fairly light on the cheese, I definitely recommend adding protein to give it more body. They package some toppings separate from the pizza for takeout (we just got a bag of fresh basil stems to place on the pizza ourselves). Long review so buckle up. TLDR; best pizza here in Seattle that I've had. Heard about this online and as an Italian with family who founded and operated their own pizza restaurants in the east coast and the South, I'm simply blown away. Seattle definitely has no shortage of decent pizza spots, but rarely ever do I get a slice here that rivals my family's or a east coast slice. Stevie's is THAT spot. I had the Normie MacDonald and a slice of their white, with peppers, red onion, and lemon ricotta. First bite was the tip with toppings, immediately could tell the quality of the toppings and the bake. The combo of flavors was outstanding and the sauce was not saturating or overpowering. The crust stood out, and was where I went directly for my 2nd bite to test the quality. Insane. Easily hands down the best crust here in Seattle on a pizza. Flavorful sourdough that's the perfect thickness, chewiness, and crunch. I came here with a friend and we stood in silence as we scarfed down the pizza in too few of minutes. Frankly driving from Bothell is a hassle so I needed to try one other slice and was convinced by Trisha (I hope I remembered correctly) to try the slice of the day. Again the toppings were just phenomenal and had a perfect dance of flavors with that insane crust. 10/10 pizza in recent memory. Beyond the pizza, everyone was very nice and the ambiance was really cool. I didn't realize it was also a music venue, but they had a show going on later that night. At home we added a bit of Walla Walla sweet onion and some olives we brought back from Greece. First of all - the crust is toothsome and tasty. Uncommon and most welcomed. Heard about Stevie's Famous and as a die-hard Lupo supporter, had to pay them a visit. Lupo has a distinctive sourdough base and Stevie's has the same delicious bread, with a more New Yorker style as opposed to Lupo's Neapolitan style. The Normie MacDonald pizza was very similar (literally exact) to Lupo's Hot Coppa. Great base, hot honey, burrata and Coppa. Burrata compromised the structural integrity of the pie and so the slice flops in the middle. The taste makes up for it all. Ordered the herby ranch - very herby and flavorful! It can overpower the taste of the pizza so moderate usage. We ordered the 16", 8 slices. Ambience was a bit dead since we came at 3pm. Can't speak to that. Stevie's is located in a non-descript turquoise colored building between the Dim Sum House and Red Bird Golf. That part of Beacon Avenue S is very wide so there's on-street parking between the south and north lanes of Beacon Avenue S. The decor of Stevie's is just like a bar. It's a There's high tables/chairs as well as regular height tables/chairs, a bar counter, and a stage. To look at the menu and order you have to go to the counter near the kitchen. On the wall it will list the pizza specials and the in-house made ice creams. You have to try the ice cream! The first time I went there I took a friend and we had the Normie's. It was very good. Loved the burrata and hot honey on the pizza. The second time I went we ordered the Normie's again, however, it is no longer made with coppa. It's now made with pepperoni. I liked the coppa better. The caesar salad is a must order. Be prepared for a lot of cheese. The seasonal ice creams were blackberry buttermilk and sweet corn with caramel. The sweet corn ice cream sounded a little weird. We had to try it. Both ice creams were delicious. The second time we went was on a Sunday around 5:30pm. There were families there with their kids. I just couldn't do it. The crust is nothing like I've ever had before. Crisp and crunchy without being dry or chalky. Thin, but not too thin. I was worried about the hot honey being too sweet, but I actually wanted more of it. The size of the slice wasn't as large as I expected, but I'm not mad about it. Two slices would've been pushing the envelope. Saturday afternoon is perfect for a late lunch. Bar isn't open til 4pm, if I recall...so it's very mellow.
