These guys did an incredible job moving my stuff from AZ to CA. They really do it all including packing my larger items, disassembling some of my furniture, and loading/unloading. I filled out the online quote request form and got a detailed response promptly. All questions sent through email were answered within 24 hours. The entire move day process was explained thoroughly. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time (actually, slightly prior to the pre-determined time). Extra care was taken to protect furniture and valuables. Crew was well prepared and even took a last minute request; we decided to include our television in the move rather than drive it and they already had the materials to box up the TV. I came across Sterling through yelp reviews, and a blast request for quotes. After probably 20 quotes had come back, these guys were priced top 3, and carried a GREAT review. I want to say they were 4.5 or 5 star at the time. We booked it out, he promised a time the crew would arrive, and did not disappoint. I got a message the day before, as a quick follow up to make sure we still good, and all the dates and times were accurate. Also the day of, got a 1 hour pre arrival call. The crew was fantastic. They were fantastic!!! Very responsive to my 1000s of questions prior to moving day & then they arrived on time and got right to work. In the middle of it I actually locked my car and new house keys inside my car, and they were very patient and said they would head over and start unloading since I was paying Them hourly. I just used Sterling Interstate for a move from Arizona to Utah. I had gotten quotes from several national moving companies that felt impersonal, done over the phone and by video, and came in very expensive. I found Sterling on Yelp. They came out and did an in-person walk through of my house and created an inventory list. Their bid was $5,000.00 less the the big companies. I had them come and pack all of my boxes and then they did the move. Everyone was very professional and nice and treated me, my home and my things with care and respect. I only have 2 small complaints. 1) Some of the boxes they packed were not marked and now that we are going through and unpacking we are having to open them to figure out what is in them. 2) The way boxes were unloaded into my new garage is making it hard to get to things. Overall though, I'm really happy with the job Sterling did as well as the pricing was quoted. I highly recommend Sterling Interstate. read more
