I had 2 large files of medical records to copy for a court case. It was over 200 pages and a few were double-sided. The employee that was there was incredibly rude when I asked for help. . Unbelievably rude. Her tone of voice was scathing. She said things to me that are unacceptable to say to a patron of one's business. "Just use your brain" and "This is 2026 and you've never seen a copy machine before?". There was more, but I think this gives you an idea. Use an extremely sarcastic tone of voice when you read those quotes. I can't remember being treated like that in a place of business ever.

Brian was the first to respond to my inquiry, and I'm so grateful for that because he's nothing short of amazing. He answered all of my questions, concerns, and even provided his own expertise advice, even if that meant a lower invoice in the end. The entire process from start to finish was easy and he personally dropped off my posters at home. The posters came out perfect and they look great framed and hung on the wall. If I ever need any sort of print long service, I'm reaching out to Brian at Copymat and I suggest you do the same. Thanks for everything Brian!

I thought shredding paper in seconds was much cheaper. So I said let me take out the junk mail since I can just scratch my name off, I really wanted confidentiality taken care of which cost 15.00. Also for future reference I asked about pricing. So basically a small box that they have in their location is ruffly 20.00 but it can't go over the top. I took mostly all my papers back home but got some of the more important stuff I wanted shredded gone. I still gave them a 5 star because the man there and older lady were extremely polite and gave good information.

I set my heart out on this creative galentines day project to order custom stickers for my bestfriends. I had about 35 sheets and hundreds of designs (and I'm so low tech so I wasn't sure about the quality or the photos I was using or anything. As soon as I contacted the store after searching yelp, I spoke to Mandeep and this woman is so sweet, so professional and courteous. She took her time to walk through my vision. I thought something like this would take atleast a week to get and she turned it around in 1 day!! I came in the day before to make sure the sizing was correct because each sticker was different and she even waited for me after the store closed while I went to pick up my son from school first. They've made a forever customer out of me. Good vibes, attention to detail, clear communication and executed!!! I'm so excited to gift these to my friends

Karen was so nice and helpful with my requests and showed me exactly what I was looking for. My expectations are very high and super custom so we exchanged emails a few times to zero in on the product I specifically needed. I also delt with Geoff via email and i felt very good having two different professionals from Big City Prints helping me. I went with super high quality 2sided business cards that are gold foil, thick and feel like there coated with sued. I couldn't be happier all because this business is all about making what YOU want!!!! So whatever your budget is give Big City Prints a call. But if it's for your own business dont cheat yourself, wait the extra few days, spend a little more money and get the super high quality cards. I will tell you there well worth it. She is so knowledgeable on paper quality and print options, it's almost impossible for me to ever go back to online services like Vista Print or Moo. I can't speak for the quality of Karen's other offerings, but if you're tired of having almost zero creative control over of your business cards, give Big City Prints a try. They're even mindful enough to push back on requests that will do harm to your overall vision, can't find that online! In our age of convenient massive online services, it's rare to find small businesses with the owner is working directly with you. To be honest, these experiences are on the pathway to extinction, here's your chance to experience one before it's too late.
