The workers were extremely nice and professional. I was able to book a deep cleaning for the same week. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible when scheduling my home. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats so my home can get messy when I'm not on top of it. I loved that they were able to go above and beyond for the two hours requested. They left my home like new. I will definitely be recommending them to others. The amount you pay is justified by the incredible work they do. I also loved that they asked before touching anything that looked fragile. Usually cleaners will either go ahead and clean it then accidentally break something or they avoid the area all together so I was impressed that they asked and when I told them they could clean that area they were also super gently with my figurines. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE - UNPROFESSIONAL & OVERPRICED I strongly do not recommend using Elizabeth's cleaning service. She is incredibly unprofessional and took advantage of my kindness. For the past six months, I have repeatedly rebooked Elizabeth and her team--not because they do an exceptional job, but because they are reliable, show up on time, and are familiar with my home, making it inconvenient for me to find a new service. Despite always treating her workers with kindness and paying immediately after each service, my most recent experience was absolutely awful and confirmed that she has been taking advantage of my generosity. She completely overcharged me, demanding $650 for 3.5 hours of cleaning, during which four people cleaned only the kitchen and one bathroom. because I use the honor system, I paid in advance without looking and walking through the house. BIG MISTAKE. She later claimed they had also cleaned the gym and garage, but both looked exactly as they did before they arrived. The agreement was to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, gym, garage, and office, yet the only areas actually cleaned were the kitchen and one bathroom--despite having four workers present for over three hours. When I asked her to return and clean the office (which was untouched and not affected by nearby construction) as well as do a quick touch-up in the living room, she initially agreed to a reasonable $30 per room. Given how much we had already paid for incomplete work, I figured it was worth it just to ensure things were properly cleaned before our wedding celebration. However, when I later asked for a very light cleaning of the house to ensure everything was spotless for our guests, she quoted $300--despite the house already being cleaned by another crew prior. Not only did she go back on her word about the $60 agreed upon earlier, but she also failed to offer any remedy for the work we had already paid for but never received. She is unfair, dishonest, and takes advantage of generous clients. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and overcharging make them absolutely not worth it. I hired natural forest cleaners for a garage & ADU deep clean after moving into a new house. Upon contact, I was offered a 10% discount off $90/h. When I asked if the rate changed with the discount, I was just given 'the offer was limited'. Not sure why, but I figured it wouldn't matter as long as the job was done well. Unfortunately lots of areas were missed. Lots of cobwebs, dirt in tubs, cabinets not wiped down, lots of areas not sweeper in the garage. Total time cleaning was 2 and a half hours. They charged $290. Equals out to $116/h. They did not honor the discount, nor their hourly rate. Cleaning job was just 'OK'. Upon further inspection: most cabinets were not wiped down, tub had residue left over - obviously not cleaned. Window sills were not wiped down, countertops and fridge were wiped with a dirty rag - leaving dark dirt smudges. Numerous areas were left untouched. All for on the higher end of the price range for a deep clean - really unacceptable. Upon receiving feedback, the business replied with a blatantly dishonest response as to how many hours were worked. The discount text I got on Wednesday specifically mentioned if I hired you tomorrow, that I'd receive a 10% discount. So I hired you for Thursday - no discount. Even the payment record shows you were paid 40 minutes before you claim you finished working. read more

I've been using natural forest cleaners for a little over 3 years and the quality has gotten worse with time. I find myself having to triple check the work and practically argue for good value on cleaning. They also have a very high price and claim due to the fact they use natural cleaning agents they can't get grout clean? Overall I've been unhappy more times than not and am considering switching one pro is that the team is honest and doesn't steal. Updating my review to note that their response is pretty indicative of how they handled my feedback over the years. I've had 0 issues paying their fee I believe people deserve to be compensated a living wage so not clear why that is mentioned. read more

I don't have a lot of experience with cleaners-- not until this last year when I sold and bought a new home and got a deep clean on the move out, move in, etc. Natural Forest did one of the deep cleans and a regular cleaning after move in. I had another company do the other deep clean, and then just tried another local cleaner for a regular cleaning. After having some various cleaning work to get a good idea of what the baseline is here and compare, Natural Forest was the pricier of the bunch, but unfortunately the lowest overall job quality out of the bunch too. I'm not a neat freak. I don't need deep cleanings. But this last general cleaning was terrible. Two people, they weren't there that long, and for $200 it was much worse than what I normally do by myself in a quick once over I do in my common living areas/kitchen over my weekends. There was dust everywhere still, cobwebs still in floor corners that were supposed to have been swept/mopped, backsplash in the kitchen still dirty. I feel like they came in and wiped the gas range down, quick wipe of the counters, microwave, and toaster.... but that was kind of it. Communication with the people who showed up at my house was very difficult to nearly impossible unfortunately (english not the first language), so it just wasn't worth the effort trying to get over that communication barrier and let them know if things were OK or not. Super nice people and they are great getting back to you quickly with quotes, booking, etc, but for what I got, it's just not worth $200 to me to do weekly when I've tried a local place that charges a lot less but cleans a lot more when they come. read more

Company estimated it would cost $180 to clean my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. They tried to charge me $270. The job was average. The communication was offensive. Business is over-priced and not high quality. If you want a great cleaner, do NOT use. Details: we keep a fairly clean home on our own. We wanted someone to come in and make the bathrooms and floors shine. The team of 2 mopped the easy-to-reach parts, but skipped almost ALL corners of floors. They worked very slowly, taking nearly 3 hours -- even tho the company estimated the job would be 2 hours. And, again, the home is fairly clean already. The crew lied and reported they'd spent 15 minutes more than they actually had, thereby driving the bill even higher ( = $30). I got the company to fix that. But when I informed the company that I was disappointed in the quality of the work, the person texting me said: "This is the first that you have mentioned any of these to us. We have a 24 hr policy that if you are unsatisfied with our work we will return within 24 hours of your appointment in order to correct anything that may have been missed." They NEVER told me about the policy until it had already lapsed. They had ample opportunity to tell me in the long text chain leading up to the appointment. But they never did. And it's ridiculous because I informed them at *26* hours. If they cared about their integrity as a business, they would have done the sensible thing and honored their so-called policy. In sum: unprofessional, high cost and low value, poor communication. Don't bother hiring them. read more

I've been using Natural forest Cleaning services for a while now. They consistently do a good job with cleaning, and if there's ever an issue with their cleaning services, all it takes is a quick phone call or an email to the team managers and the issue is resolved moving forward. I've never had an issue with anything going missing, occasionally I have left items of value out by mistake, and it's still there when I come home, just placed nice and neatly like everything else. If I leave items out or dishes in the sink, they're always organized, folded, cleaned, and dishes are put away. I know some people here have had issues with the services of other companies, but I have been extremely pleased and know that Natural forest Cleaning has been a huge time saver for me, and I would recommend them to anyone.
