On time, new equipment and brilliant work. I looked around for awhile to find a solid company..actually would look, give up and look again until I found Extreme to handle 5 years of band parties, scraped up floors from gear and gigs. They worked their wizardry with stripping and waxing our beat up vct tile halls in record time. Albe and his team are the type I love to worth with, straight to the point, good vibe, and most of all, have pride in their work. It just shows. It's the one thing that is missing from a lot of trade work these days. Bonus points for doing extra things that were not on the list- man, it never happens anymore - really never does. They cleaned the glass doors (didn't ask them) cleaned around 30 studio doors (years of yuck, didn't ask them) and our cove base rubber around the entire perimeter (didn't ask them!!) Oh, also, I tried renting a machine from home depot originally, forgot to mention ( I built a recording studio so I said - yep, can't be that hard) ....no luck, turned out half done with all the youtube videos and gear. I guess it is a combination of pad, pressure and solvent and of course skill. Abel and his crew are great. They service a 48 unit pet-friendly apartment building of ours, and really take their job to heart.
