You might call this place affordable but once you add in all the gotchas the price is not so affordable. The property is old and its showing. More run down and not well kept. The staff definitely leave something to be desired. I found them a mixture of condescending and rude. We requested early check in and where informed our room was not ready. Than watched them check in couple after couple. 2.5 hours later we got our early check in. A whole 15 minutes early. This was after it supposedly took them 45 minutes to clean the room. Now on to the room. The room was modestly sized with furniture shoved into every available space. The floors are plastic and cold. TV lost connection no less than 5 times forcing us to miss a few minutes of the show to reboot it. The best part was the bed. Very comfy bed. The comforters they provide are not designed for tall people though. The bathroom was not great. The shower is small with a temp control that sticks causing jumps in water temp. From luke warm to scalding quickly. For men beware the toilet. The water level is so high if you have to sit down to potty you will need to squat or parts might find themselves taking a swim in murky waters if you know what i mean. I would have normally told the staff all of this but the icy frosting on this stay was check out where the staff gave no greeting, didn't ask how the stay was or even express any positive sentiment towards us. In a city full of places to stay don't be fooled by there advertised low price. You end up with a low price experience for a high price in your check book. read more

I chose this Staypineapple hotel for its location and price and I was overall very pleased with my stay. The hotel was within walking distance of most places I went to while in Seattle which was very convenient. Service was excellent. My mom and I were able to check into our room early. Staff were responsive to any questions or concerns. We had issues with the blinds getting stuck and informed the front desk on our way to get coffee down the street. When we came back to the room about half an hour later, the issue was already fixed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I thought was strange was how low the lamp shade is above the chair as shown in the photo. Not a huge deal though since I just moved the lamp as needed. Unfortunately the elevators were not working during most of my stay so my mom and I had to haul our luggage upstairs. The hotel was good about communicating the status of the elevators via text message and offered to help guests if needed which I appreciate. I took home the dog plush since it was too cute not to. It came with an "adoption certificate" which is adorable. I look forward to visiting other Staypineapple locations in the future! read more

From Checking in with Amara and Arieille to getting advise from Nessie on how delicious your town can be, it was a stay that was too perfect. It is close to the train that takes you everywhere. Walking distance from Needle. Hotel Coffee was delish, and of course, they had these delicious biscuits with their signature pineapple embedded on each. What a perfect pairing. Fun area with free Pac Man and Galaga....took me to another time. Also other games like the Giant scrable board that we listed the best times and things we loved. Modern hotel in Belltown - we just completed a nice stay here. The ever present pineapple yellow brand permeates everything. Rooms are small but they make up for it with beds, pillows, bathrobes and towels that are soft and comfortable, a communal lounge that is fun to hang out in, and a sense of humor. The lounge has games, drinks and snacks for purchase, a microwave to heat up leftovers, and tables to eat comfortably at, plus free coffee and cookies (pineapple branded, of course!). The location can't be beat - it's walking (or a short $10 Uber) distance to all the sights like Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum, downtown, and all the ferry terminals. The customer service was excellent, and the location close to all major sights in downtown Seattle. This is a budget hotel at a 4 star price. Alright, so the location we loved. 12-13 min walk to Pike Place, same to the Space Needle. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Loved the free pineapple shaped cookies, loved water refill station (though the sparkling water tasted BITTER and nasty and the Hot water wasn't very hot. Also refilling a bottle TAKES FOREVER). Loved the complimentary drink at check in. Unfortunately, there were some glaring issues that made me not entirely satisfied with our stay. The A/C Heater--when put into heating mode, it makes a loud clicking noise every few seconds. One night, it I felt cold so I turned it on and had a hard time falling back asleep due to the loud clicking noise. Speaking of noise, we got a second story room facing Blanchard. The bus noises driving by were VERY LOUDLY audible even through closed windows and blinds. This was throughout the night and into the early mornings. Continuing with noise: our first night, another group on our floor had a drunken brawl or something (LOUD ANGRY YELLING, SLAMMING DOORS, KNOCKING STUFF DOWN, ETC.) This went on for almost an hour and we could hear everything down the hallway. Seattle PD eventually came and told them to quiet down. Third night: Another group checks into our floor at 2:30AM. They were talking loudly, opening and closing doors, knocking on doors, going back and forth between different rooms. For a solid hour, we had to listen to this. We called front desk to complain, they said someone would be up to talk to the other guests but we did not hear anyone coming up. (We would have heard this, we could hear every knock). Meaning the front desk did not follow up with our issue. Look, I understand you can't really judge a hotel based on other guests' behavior, but it shows you the level of soundproofing that these rooms have (which is pretty much none). And I guess it says something about the type of people this hotel might attract (young and drunk). LEAKS IN THE BATHROOM: the shower door SUCKS at containing the water in the shower. We stepped out into a giant puddle on the bathroom floor after every shower; which we had to clean up using the FEW PRECIOUS Towels they give you (it's not a lot, seriously don't be stingy with towels). 1 full sized towel per person for a 5 night stay is not enough, especially when we need towels to clean up bathroom floors from leaky showers and toilets). Not everyone likes to have housekeeping do a turnover during their stay, we certainly do not because we value our privacy and we want to minimize chances of theft, but we had no choice because we were out of towels and toilet paper. One day I was going number 2, I look down and I see a puddle growing around the bottom of the toilet. There was a small leak between the seal of the toilet with the bathroom floor. The bathroom door is a sliding door, ours took SO MUCH FORCE TO OPEN it once it was closed, we pretty much never closed it during our stay because of this. The lobby is supposed to have complimentary coffee out but one morning it wasn't out at 9:30AM, checked again around Noon and still no coffee. They gave us only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay, and when the room was turned over they did not provide any new rolls. Had to call front desk to ask for more toilet paper. Lastly, there is an extra $25 a day in resort fees, but what is that for? Why not bake that into the per night price? Felt like this hotel is trying very hard but I would not stay here again given all these issues. read more

I visited Seattle with my friend on from 10/19/25-10/22/25 and stayed in this hotel. This is by far the best experience that I've had at any hotel that I've stayed in. The service was phenomenal! The staff were all very kind and pleasant! Special shoutout to the young lady at the front desk... I never got her name (young African American) she was very accommodating. The whole hotel has a very cozy vibe to it. Our room was very clean, and spacious. Plus lots of amenities included such as free wifi, tv streaming, complimentary coffee and water. I will definitely be considering booking a room at this hotel next time I am in Seattle. read more

My wife carefully researched a good place to stay for three days while we were in Seattle, prior to going on a cruise. After checking availability, we picked Staypineapple. It was a good move as this was a fun place to be. We wanted a centrally located spot and this really worked well. We were in between Pike's Market, The Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and other local spots like the Starbucks Roastery. The room was a comfortable size with one huge window. A good size bathroom and shower with nice hot water and good size towels. I really liked the idea of free water that is kept in the refrigerator in the lobby and everyone gets a coupon for one free alcoholic or "other type" of beverage. They definitely do it right here. All these good things and a reasonable room rate. The beds were comfortable but... I prefer a thinner blanket. It's really a good quality bed and bedding just not what I was used to. Not a horrible problem. Room was clean and team was fabulous helping us get around while also making suggestions for local eateries. We had a short walk to the dock to catch our cruise. We expected a 20-30 minute walk but it was actually 10 minutes and that was also while dragging luggage. This is a great spot and I happily recommend this place if your coming into Seattle. Great hotel just like the one in San Diego . This location has a cool lobby with retro video games, board games and a TV if you want to hang out downstairs and get out of your room . There are no microwaves in the room I'm guessing but there is one in the lobby area, just in case maybe you want to heat up some leftovers or something. There are bikes which is great for exploring Downtown. Here's a tip: park in the garage. The spaces outside are pretty tight, if you have a car that's a little bigger good luck. The garage parking is more spacious and much safer. This is a dog friendly hotel, your poo h would love it. One thing I was kinda disappointed about was our room had hard wood floors. It didn't seem as cozy as it would with carpet but no biggie, I just prefer carpet. Staff is great, Shout to "SAM" , Burmese guy ..who checked us in. He was very accommodating and welcoming and answered any questions we had. Great customer service! Definitely our stay here at this location was great. Big fan of this hotel chain. What a fun hotel in Seattle. The theme of pineapple threw me off IYKYK. Our room was clean and cute with pineapple robes, cups, toilet pater and USB port. There is a stuffed "Dash" dog on the bed that can be your for $35. The bath towels are bigger then most hotels. The only think I didn't like was the shower head leaks into the shampoo so it's watered down. They have pineapple sugar cookies set out at 4 daily along with pineapple water. At check-in you get a coaster to redeem for a free drink. They have many games in the lobby like shuffleboard, scrabble, video games and others. The staff was very nice and they gave unlimited bottles of water in the lobby. Housekeeping is every 3rd day I think but you can get more of whatever you need from the front desk. If your worried about safety don't. The elevator is accessed through keycard. read more

Our stay here was great! It's our go to hotel in Seattle, we have stayed at this one and the one in the University district. Extras we got: secure parking for $25, dog package for $25 which allows the dog and they provide a clean dog bed, treats, a water bowls, waste page and a container. They also give you complimentary drinks or snacks upon check in. About the dogs: I'm allergic to dogs and I have not had a problem in either of the rooms. One improvement I would say is it would be nice to have a small dog area to use the restroom because it can be challenging to find a spot on the streets of Seattle. The staff has been great, rooms are clean, reasonable prices and lots of little things they have thought of to make the stay more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend. Absolutely love this hotel. It's super cute and love their brand. They provide pineapple shape cookies sometimes at the front. They also provide bath robes that you can use that were super comfy. We also got vouchers for free drinks, but unfortunately their bar wasn't open during our stay so we ended up getting some beer in the fridge. This hotel has a very homey vibe, they have a small gym you can work on in, but my favorite amenity at the hotel were all their board games and arcade. OVERVIEW: This is an ecclectic boutique hotel located in Seattle. Conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, the Waterfront, Pikes Market & Belltown. While I had a rental car, I found myself walking most places. There's an advantage to this as it allows you to get the feel for the neighborhoods and experience more. I have been to Seattle numerous times, specifically this area as well. However there were glass blowing shops, retail stores, coffee shops and other single-owned businesses that I have otherwise missed when driving the area and due to having to pay closer attention to traffic and less of the scenery. LOCATION: The location is perfect. Located on the Metrolink, within walking distance of downtown, the pier, the waterfront, the space needle, and any coffee shop you coukd want to go to. A convenient location that is extremely walkable and safe during both the daytime and evening hours. INTERIOR: Tastefully brightly colored. Lobby with an easily accessible and friendly front desk. Elevators are adjacent to the lobby. They have a Fitness facility, a small kitchen area, a small bar area, and very comfortable seating in the lobby. I came during Christmas, and it was wonderfully decorated to include reindeer, a tree, and a surprise. Find the elf every night and win a complimentary gift. I won the last night I was here and was extremely thrilled with the cup, hot chocolate, cake pop, and complimentary beverage coupons. This is an encouraging environment in which to have fun with an air hockey table, multiple board games, puzzles, and a Pac-Man video game old school. And yes, I did observe several people over my 4-day stay that did partake in the fun and games. It was a very relaxed environment. PARKING: There are three options for parking. You can use the underground parking which is secure and very convenient. You can park on the outdoor top deck, which I did as well. Or you can choose street parking which I do not advise. Parking is at this time of the review $42 a night. It is well worth it. There is no valet option, but you really don't need it. There is a covered overhang that is more than adequate for four vehicles in case it should be inclement weather by your arrival or departure. When you depart, please keep in mind that it is a left turn only. You are pulling onto a one-way street. LODGING: Upon arrival you receive a spacious room with a queen size bed or two double beds and option of one bathtub or a shower and an air conditioning unit and usually a view of either the city or the monorail. I chose the city and was very pleasantly surprised the rooms were quiet. I did run the air conditioner fan just for white noise and slept like a baby. There is a small chair with an ottoman in the room as well as a very large screen TV and a huge desk. The room was extremely clean. I did not find the usual dust bunnies or hair anywhere within the room or bathroom. COMPLIMENTARY: You receive unlimited free bottled water & coffee. In addition, they have complimentary pineapple infused water, which was quite tasty. They do have additional beverages and snacks for purchase. They offer complimentary umbrellas for use on those inclement weather days. They are colorful and large, making it easier for your visibility. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Outstanding. I dont say that lightly, I measure this based upon my previous stays at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Hotel, Intercontinental, Four Seasons, and Fairmont Brands to mention a few. Service with the front desk was professional, personalized & knowledgeable about the area. While checking you in, they treat you as if they are a concierge. You don't feel rushed. They answer any and all questions you have and make you feel very welcome. They have an "Everything" button on your telephone that was answered by the third ring . . . Every time. Great stay! My husband and I absolutely loved our two night stay here. It had everything we needed and more! Location: We took the light rail from the airport which took about 40 minutes and then walked from the closest light rail station to the hotel with our luggage which only took 10-15minutes! The location of our hotel was perfect. We were about .5 miles from Pike Place Market and .6 miles from the Space Needle. We were very close to many other places which was convenient and we did not rent a car. We were able to walk pretty much all of Seattle (25k steps each day) without any issues from our hotel which was right in the center of everything. Service: We were quickly greeted upon walking in. I had called 2 days prior to ask if we could check in early (like 10am early versus 4pm) and requested a mini fridge. We were able to check in super early without any issues and were offered a free welcome drink (includes alcohol). The mini fridge was already in our room when we arrived. Amenities: Upon check in we were offered a free welcome drink, pineapple infused water (yum!), hot coffee, and unlimited bottled water. There were free cookies throughout the day too. The room was neat and tidy with cozy robes and warm blankets. There is a small gym with cardio equipment, lots of fun games in the lobby and common areas, and a microwave for community use. I recently booked Hotel FIVE through Airbnb and had a fantastic stay being close to downtown and the Seattle Center. First, I gotta say wow... the pineapple aesthetic is no joke here at Hotel FIVE. All that was missing during my stay were some scented pineapple scratch-offs or a dancing pineapple mascot in the lobby. My Double Queen Room was very comfortable during my three nights. Plenty of wall chargers, clean bathroom with good shower head pressure, and again, great aesthetics (although I'm not sure how many people have touched the Dash Doggy stuffed animal that's on my bed...) Some slight cons in my room was that there wasn't a second curtain, meaning you either show the world yourself or you hide away in the dark. My room also did not come with a mini-fridge and the closet was inside the bathroom, presumably to save space. Despite that, the hotel management was very kind, they offer free bottled water throughout your entire stay (which was SO appreciated), and they offer a welcome drink! Since the pandemic, it seems like your options are limited to canned drinks, but it included beer, cider, and seltzers. I will take my drink, thank you! Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the people were so nice- I can't stress that enough. Overall, I am shocked that this place is listed as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are claustrophobically tiny with zero frills. Dim lighting and paper thin walls, I could hear everything going on in rooms around us. Google says the Hotel 5 has free breakfast which was a selling point for us, this is not the case. There's also a $28/day fee on top of the room price that we were not made aware of until after the nonrefundable reservation was made. We were absolutely tripping over each other in this room and didn't even have space to open the suitcase in our room, had to do this in the bathroom hallway. The bedding was fine, weird that they sell it for $2k. The mattress was absolutely terrible. My back got progressively worse in the two nights I had to sleep on it. By day two I woke up in so much pain, I couldn't wait to just go home. It was actually depressing to stay here, the room was so dim, we felt like the walls were closing in. I very much regret leaving Embassy Suites to give this place a shot for the last two nights of our trip. We will be coming to the city often and had wanted to try and few different places to settle on a go to. I guess the good thing is now we know where not to go. Will just stick with Embassy Suites going forward and these this place for the 20 somethings. read more

Hotel Five (I guess the name is because it's on 5th Avenue?) is a cute little hotel near the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. As it's part of a Staypineapple chain of hotels, there is a pineapple theme, including pineapple-infused water in the lobby to drink. The location is excellent, roughly equidistant from Pike Place Market to the south and the Space Needle, the Chihuly Gardens, and Climate Pledge Arena to the north. Except when we got a bit tired and took a quick rideshare and one ride on the Monorail, we walked just about everywhere during our trip. Our room was spacious, with a seating area and a sleeping area, and I do appreciate the cute little pineapple-shaped device next to the bed with ample space for plugging in electronics. However, one thing I didn't like was the translucent panels in the bathroom walls that bled light into the sleeping area. This can be problematic when someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. If I ever get back to Seattle, I'll be sure to visit Hotel FIVE again. read more

Parking and resort fees ran us another $150 on check in and the resort fee didn't actually cover anything...no fridge, have to make your own bed with super comfy but awkward split bedding. If I wanted separate blankets from my husband we would have gotten 2 beds. Location was fine, walking distance to many things. Says there's a bar but there hasn't been since 2020 according to staff. We stayed here for four nights while visiting Seattle. The location was fantastic, literally walking distance to most places we visited. However, the rooms had no sound proofing whatsoever! It felt like people were in our room at all hours of the night (busiest time-loudest times were after midnight). When someone showered you heard the water, as if it were in your room. Mornings you heard the cleaning people talking loudly. It looks as if it was an old hotel that was remodeled to look new. There was no rail to hold onto to get into the tub. The shampoo and body wash were very nice smelling, but the conditioner was completely water. The robes looked dirty, so we left them hanging. The bar and food were never open, when we were in the lobby, only a refrigerator with items. The towels were very nice and so were the pillows and duvets. They have umbrellas and bikes to use. I have asthma and people sat outside the front entrance doors smoking cigarettes and pot. No other way in/out of the building-I especially did not like this. The guy we checked in with barely said a word to us, and I was overcharged $200. (Found out later, it was the security deposit. Why couldn't he mention this when we were checking in? )However, the woman at the check-in counter, when getting our free drinks was extremely nice. I appreciate that you have until noon to check out. Reviews had mentioned free shuttle-there wasn't one (Lyft minimum charge was $10) and dog bags/luggage tags/cookies-we didn't receive anything like this. read more

The reason I didn't give more stars is because even though it was during Covid (Aug. 2021) no one ever came to tidy the room and refill toiletries and coffee, tea and water. After staying for three days we requested housekeeping to tidy the room since we still had two more days but they said they were short staffed so no one was available to do it. Seriously... had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. The plus side is the location is walking distance to a lot of the attractions. read more

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in awhile but left some small details to be desired. PROS: - Fantastic hospitality and extremely professional staff without being snobby or haughty. - Free Drink on Check In - Fun and cool room decor with a great layout - They give you a dog welcome bag with some cool things in it - Great bed and dressings - Fantastic towels and you get robes! - Tommy Bahama soap dispensers with great smelling products in shower - Lots of actual half and half on the coffee station, not those cheap gross packets you get - Safe area that I never felt uncomfortable in CONS: - The roller blind didn't work so the window had to stay covered - The showerhead drained directly into the shampoo container so it was filled to the brim with water basically - The AC didn't work - The robes were crunchy probably from beingdried too high read more

Fun. Convenient. Everything you need for a basic stay. I recently stayed at Hotel FIVE Staypineapple for one night to celebrate my birthday. Their hotel met my basic needs and was conveniently located near many tourist attractions and activities. They also offer on-site self-parking which was easy to access. Their ambiance was fun and the room bedding was ultra-comfortable with their double duvet blankets. What really made my stay special was my interaction with Thaddeus at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in and check-out were smooth and seamless. His positive attitude and personable nature truly made a difference. He even provided an additional complimentary drink to celebrate my birthday and allowed me to use their boardroom when I was looking for a quiet space to practice my birthday speech. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly respectful, always letting me enter and exit the elevator first. I would return just for staff people like Thaddeus. He also departed me with their pineapple cookie and hotel swag pouch upon check-out which was a sweet touch. I highly recommend Hotel FIVE Staypineapple for their fantastic staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and on-site parking. It may not be a Four Season, but its affordable, nearby, and has all the basic things you need if you're visiting town. read more

What a fabulous experience at StayPineapple! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by the fantastic Jason! He helped check us in (earlier than expected) and gave us a super warm welcome to Seattle! He told us about all the wonderful perks of the hotel - free, unlimited, bottled water, coffee, and tea, and a complementary drink for each guest! He also provided us with a map of the area and mini recommendations! Jason was so amazing!! We are so thankful that we checked in with him! The hotel itself was also super cool! The decor was awesome and the room was cozy and clean! The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Seattle! We would stay here again, and again, next time we're in Seattle! read more

Stayed here for a quick trip to Seattle and I must say checking in and checking out went smoothly throughout. The room wasn't too big nor was it too small definitely nice for 1 or 2 people. Nestled in downtown Seattle, you can walk and go to some food places nearby. The only down side was how thin the walls was, you can hear peoples conversations on the next room but other than that it wasn't too bad. The bed was definitely comfortable so it evened out. I would recommend people to stay here. read more

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Seattle! I was not previously familiar with the Pineapple chain of hotels, but after this experience, they have made a loyal customer out of me, and I will be keeping an eye out for them when planning future domestic trips! There's a lot of things going for Hotel Five, starting with price: the base rate, before Seattle's egregious taxes, was among the lowest in the entire downtown area. Unfortunately, this comes with a caveat, but one that is shared across pretty much all hotels in downtown Seattle: outrageous parking fees! Anyone who has driven to Seattle and stayed downtown knows what I'm talking about: park in any lot, above ground or below, and be prepared to pony up for the privilege of coming to spend your money elsewhere in the heart of the city. The Five offers a parking package which you can append to your room, allowing for unlimited in-and-out privileges, as well as the ability/permission to leave your car in the garage after check out, if you're not immediately leaving the area. Now, the package is $37/night, which is ridiculous, but not out of place in Seattle. I've stayed at other hotels where it was closer to $50/night. I may not like having to pay for the frankly unavoidable use of the garage (for us road trippers), but I knew what I was getting into beforehand. This excluded, you're going to get a lot for your money at the Hotel Five. Check in was incredibly simple and quick; the concierge was gracious and friendly, informing us that in addition to our room and the parking package, we had a $10 credit from the "shop" behind the counter, which consisted mostly of waters, sodas and snacks. Not fancy, sure, but a welcome "bonus", especially when one doesn't want to have to venture out into the city in the middle of the night to grab something small. How's the location? Pretty darn stellar! Pike Place and/or The Space Needle are both about a 10-15 minute walk, depending on your pace, so there is no need to drive anywhere in downtown, as Seattle is eminently walkable, and utterly gorgeous in early spring, with the cherry blossom trees in bloom. Restaurants abound in the area, so you'll find no shortage of fantastic dining options within a handful of blocks, for a sunny brunch or a sultry romantic dinner for two. And for those in a hurry, there is a Top Pot Donuts, and a couple of bagel places, within spitting distance. The decor of the hotel is funky and modern; they've definitely embraced a sort of urban hipster vibe that jives well with Seattle's bohemian nature. The lobby is clean and spacious, and there is a coffee stand and a bar off to the side, although we were never in the hotel long enough to see either of them staffed, so I can't say when they operate, or what their service is like. One welcome surprise, of which we would normally take advantage, is that the hotel is pet (well, dog, at least) friendly. On any given weekend, we generally travel with our puppers, but this weekend was an exception. The next time we visit Seattle overnight, though, it's nice to know there's a place to stay where we would be in good hands! As for the rooms: pristine, hip, with incredibly soft and plush bedding - probably the second best bed I've ever slept in a hotel. I would have purchased the bedding (advertised on posters in the elevators) if it weren't two-thousand-freaking-dollars! Beyond that, a good-sized flat screen TV and the usual suspects of hotel room furniture - desks, chairs and end tables - round out the room. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with vigorously hot water, a personal safe, and a mini-closet with plenty of storage. If you're the kind of traveler (like me), to whom most hotels are merely a place to dump your stuff and rest your head, the Hotel Five may be the best option in all of downtown Seattle. Coming from someone who has been attending nerd conventions at WSCC annually for nearly two decades, I've frequented a lot of hotels in downtown, and I would choose Hotel Five over all of them. They've nailed all three parts of the Holy Trinity of hotel excellence: price, comfort and convenience. Can't ask for much more than that! read more

The front desk was able to help us out with getting a 2 queen bed instead of 1 queen bedroom and it made our night so much more relaxing. There was no refrigerator in our room and not much of a view but we weren't there to stay in the hotel so it didn't matter. The ac worked perfectly and the bedding, comforter and bed were so insanely comfy cozy I didn't wanna get outta bed. read more
