Stayed here for one evening for an event nearby at WaMu/staycation/our anniversary in December 2025. It is a very convenient location, just minutes away from the Seattle Farmer's Market and near to Chinatown. While we had access to early check in with our credit card, our room type (suite) was not ready yet and actually ended up not being ready until around 4:00 P.M. (regular check in time) so we did have to drop off our luggage and decided to walk around. When we came back and our room was ready, my husband did call down and mentioned it was our anniversary since they had confirmed in previously but we didn't see anything in the room, and they were very kind to bring up a little treat for us including some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room itself was spacious and clean with a great view of the city (we had a corner view). The bath tub had a fun feature (water to fill the tub came from a ceiling faucet rather than attached to the tub. The towels were large and fluffy and overall ambience was relaxing with a couch in the room. Check out was smooth and they had our bill ready and everything was easy/correct so we did not have to worry. We also did have late check out, which was pleasant as we could have a leisurely morning. We did try the restaurant (All Water) both for dinner and brunch the next day. Service was very slow unfortunately for the restaurant (it took 1.5 hours while the restaurant wasn't busy, and they did forget our side of grilled broccolini until after we finished our meals/reminded them). We tried the tuna hamachi crudo, clams and mussels, roasted hen of the woods and grilled broccolini. The tuna hamachi crudo was good, though I was hoping for more brightness in the flavor. I enjoyed the clams and mussels as well as the roasted hen of the woods overall, but felt the grilled broccolini was a little too dry (seemed grilled without any oil or seasoning). We did also try a few seasonal mocktails which were delicious and the highlight of the meal. Brunch the next day was take out and we went with a steak and eggs and a caesar salad. Both were solid, but note that the caesar salad came with actual little sardines, so for those picky eaters, this may be a bit much. read more

Our second time staying at this specific hotel 1000. Out first staycation was during Covid which made for a great getaway but obviously limited options those days. Fast forward to November 2025 and we're back. Love the soaking bath tub with the water out the ceiling. The large window and view of Seattle waterfront- breathtaking. My compliments are valet is great! Especially with the crazy weather and other social distractions. My complaint is the room. 1. Our bathroom curtain did not go up for our view . We even requested it get fixed while our. 2. Carpet and baseboard had lots of preexisting damages- maybe water damage? Lastly, the service when using guest service to virtual golf downstairs was not personable and felt rather 'cold', lacking in customer service experience. This review mainly for the crew and location! My friend treated me to an overnight for Lady Gaga, The Mayhem Ball concert on August 6th, 2025 so I can't speak for the price. Thought I checked for two weeks from now to get an idea, it's about a bit over $350/night. The staff was top notch at every level: welcoming, attentive, and mindful! Though it's not a waterfront property, you can easily get to the waterfront within few minutes walk. It's convenient located in the heart of Seattle, close walking distance to many eateries and shops. They have their own restaurant and bar on site. My only suggestion would be to improve the water pressure! We stayed on 6th floor and the shower pressure was a bit lower than typical, especially for long hair washing. read more

There are so many great things about this place. To avoid a full page review I will try to summarize. Staff- Excellent they go over and above to welcome and serve. Top notch, knowledgeable, genuinely kind not fake nice. Room- Room was a cross between the Cosmopolitan and the Ritz hotel design. Very pretty room and clean so very clean and fully supplied with all you need. The room smelled so nice and welcoming. The bed was super soft and towels were softer than your normal hotel towels. We had robes and slippers and I love the touch of having Le Labo scent Santal 33 toiletries. The shade near the tub was great for a private bath. The black out curtains helped us get more rest. The huge windows allow guests to take in the full city, mountain, and water views. Today many of these luxury hotels charge a lot but they do not meet or raise the standard. I'm super glad this one did. It's a little pricey, but it's so clean and gives excellent customer service making it all worth it. Location- Blocks from the water front, designer shops, many diverse culinary experiences all around, steps from the Pike area, and amazing views! Food/Drinks At the bar Kellen mixes up delicious drinks with a stellar personality. The bar music is trendy and a real vibe. The All Water Seafood Restaurant sadly we only made it for breakfast as we were so busy. Breakfast was soooo yummy. I had a Belgian waffle with eggs and a side of smoked salmon. Hubby had a classic breakfast and pancakes. Everything was good. The music and seating in there was a vibe too. If you were located everywhere I would be there when I travel! As frequent travelers, former Diamond members, and avid Hilton lovers, my wife and I had high hopes for Hotel 1000 that they didn't hit. Here's our experience staying one night in June during the week. 1) Check-In: Our flight from D.C. was five hours delayed so we didn't arrive until 1:30 am. The person in the lobby let us into a locked lobby and quickly checked us in. She even gave us late check out given our short night. (The late check out was nice, but wasn't communicated to the rest of the staff as we had two different workers knock on our room door from 11:30-11:50am asking if we were going to leave.) 2) Room: For a family of three and a small dog, we stayed in room number 1002. The size was decent, but there were several noticeable burn marks on the carpet. It's minor, but felt odd for a nicer hotel. There aren't many outlets inside the room so charging multiple devices was inconvenient. The shower was very hot. The only way to make it tolerable was to make the water pressure very low. Additionally, the bathroom sink only let out hot water. There wasn't cold water. There was a very uncomfortable pullout sofa bed but the room didn't have extra sheets. Already tired at 1:30am, it was inconvenient to wait 20-30 minutes for sheets so our daughter could go to bed. She ended up sleeping on the floor saying it was more comfortable than the sofa bed. 3) Service: Everyone was nice, but the miscommunication on late checkout was odd. 4) Amenities: Valet parking is expensive. There's a small design-forward lobby and a small gym on the basement level. There's also a spa. 5) Location: This is where they shine! It's a great location within walking distance to many of the downtown sites and restaurants and cafes. read more

Just stayed here one night on my way back from Iceland. It was the most perfect, relaxing way to break up the trip and see a little bit of Seattle. Excellent, safe location and Walking distance to the market. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was so clean and comfortable. We looked at upgrade options but decided to stick with a standard room and it did not disappoint. Booked the Hotel 1000 LXR via AMEX fine hotels. Always like the benefits of credits and late check out. The hotel itself is in a good location, 4-5 blocks from the hustle and bustle of pikes market. It's also a quick walk to the pier as well. Check in was quick and friendly and my room was ready an hour before stated check.. always a plus. Front desk said I was upgraded to a water view room but I couldn't see any water. I wonder what the other views would be? Room was nice and clean which I feel like could be hit or miss but was very happy. Bathroom was great as well, love the Le Labo products to use. Shower seems a bit dated compared to the rest of the room but was fine. Would stay here again when visiting Seattle. read more

Writing this a month late. One of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at. Usually I prefer boutique hotels, but this one looked like fun. My room was gorgeous and the bathroom was huge. Walk in shower and a soaking tub. I had a nice view of the water as well. The staff were just wonderful. Very friendly and they knew a lot about the city. Friendly staff. No issues with check in or out. Rooms are comfy and clean. If you get a suite, the sofa bed is NOT comfortable nor does it come with sheets. Waited 30 mins for sheets. Shower Water was burn your skin off hot. Someone else must've complained because the next 2 days were ice cold. Paying for "luxury Hotel Suite" with cold water and one uncomfortable sofa bed is obviously not ideal. Told the front desk about the issues but only got a "oh, sorry". Nothing to compensate or really remedy the situation. Location is awesome and the staff is super friendly. Just needs better management regarding resolution of issues. read more

One of those meals you remember long after. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-kept, and I was pleasantly surprised that they spontaneously did turndown service. It felt like a little extra touch of hospitality you don't see often anymore. All and all, a great stay and I'd happily come back. read more

This was a nice hotel and similar to all the comments, it's in a great location and within walking distance to Pike's market, the Sky View Observatory and just down the street from the Seattle Art Museum (SAM). Lots of restaurants nearby which is convenient. We like the location because unlike the Four Seasons we were within walking distance but not in the middle of where all the crowds were so less noisy. Staff from the valets to front desk to people working at All Water were very nice. However (and there always is, isn't there?), for the price we paid which is expensive, the room show clearly signs of wear....See pictures. This was disappointing. Our room did have an ocean view, but we were unable to get an upgrade so another disappointment. Overall, you get what you pay for, and we would recommend however repairs need to be made. My go to hotel brand when traveling is usually a Hilton or Hyatt, and they all are usually about the same, nice hotels with great service. Hotel 1000 surprised me by taking it a step further with their attention to detail. Once we got to our room we found little bags of lavender on our beds, a bag with slippers next to each bed, a bottle of water on each night stand, and ice in the ice bucket. The room itself was fantastic. It had a very modern crisp look to it. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had a stand alone tub that filled from the ceiling, as well as a separate shower. The staff were top notch. The check in process was smooth and fast. They offer valet parking which I though was great since finding parking in Seattle is challenging to say the least. Shortly after arriving in our room I received a text from the front desk asking if we needed anything, which I thought was a nice extra touch. Check out went equally as smooth. Stayed here for a quick trip to Seattle. We initially booked the resort because it falls under FHR and Hilton rewards. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were all wonderful. I appreciated that the room had a spacious bathroom and a sitting area, while also being very central to the waterfront. We were able to walk almost everywhere, and the hotel had a lovely restaurant and cocktail space. We will happily stay here again and look forward to our next trip. read more

We had the pleasure of staying here over spring break and to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Crystal's smiling face greeted us after we dropped our keys with the Valet, she made check in a breeze and was super helpful with recommending some great places to shop in the city. I mentioned in an initial email that we were there to celebrate a birthday and there was a very yummy surprise with a lovely card waiting for us in our beautiful room. We stayed in the King/queen room and the diving wall with curtain gave plenty of separation so the teen's could have their own space. We ate in the restaurant the night of check in and the food was tasty but the shining star was the team of servers who even brought our daughter a special dessert to celebrate. The bar here is not to be missed it's absolutely beautiful with an array of different seating areas surrounding a fire feature and the bartender was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. This hotel has a great location we were 2 blocks from the waterfront and just a few more easily walkable blocks to Pike Place market. It felt very safe and convenient with plenty of excellent food and drink options just steps away. We will keep this hotel as a home base every time we want to come enjoy Seattle! read more

We were staying in Seattle for the night and had won a free stay at Hotel 1000 in a water view king room. I have to say that, as a traveler, this was one of the more comfortable hotels beds I've slept in. The pillows were great and, if you travel, you know how important that really is. Arriving, the valet was prompt and whisked away the car so we could check in. Check in was smooth and everyone we met was very friendly. Destiny checked us in and walked is through the amenities, figuratively. She ushered to the elevator and ensured that we got to our floor. Shortly after arriving in our room a staff member appeared to offer us turn down service, ice, or additional water. We were out later than expected and didn't get to enjoy the bar or any other amenities. I'm fact, we didn't even have a chance to grab some cash. Never fear! The front desk was able to tip housekeeping via our check out. We would certainly stay at Hotel 1000 when we need a place in Seattle. This is quite an extraordinary hotel with representatives who are extremely helpful. Macania was a delightful when she helped us check-in - twice. The location is by the harbour which is quite beautiful. We stayed there before and after our visit to Victoria. The first room had an enchanting view of the harbor and was quite large. The second room was clean and had a decent view. Both rooms had exceptionally large bathrooms with a curtain in front of the tub that could be raised or lowered. The shower was hot and the shower spray was vibrant. I loved it but wish it had a hand-held option. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the Seattle market and to many restaurants. The area was safe and was not crowded even on the weekend which made it enjoyable to take long leisurely walks. If you did not want to venture out, there was a very nice restaurant which is part of the hotel and a bar area. The fireplace in the bar was a very nice place to sit and relax. read more

If you thought the only way to experience a luxury hotel experience in Seattle was going to the near by Four Seasons Hotel then let me stop you right there. This is right here my friends is one of the most elegant experiences I have had at a downtown hotel in Seattle. Driving a large vehicle, I was thankful that I didn't have to worry on the particulars on parking my car in one of Seattle's compact spaces. You drive up and you arrive to the best Valet group the City has to offer. No hassle, no fuss. Once you're inside, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. Sure, I may be a Diamond status Hilton member but I don't think you need Diamond status to feel like you're the star of their show. The rooms were magnificent. Clean, well laid out and top notch finishes. The bathroom was spacious and the King bed was comfortable. Pro Tip- Splurge at the Spa. The Spa experience is by far my best spa experience I have had (and I have had a lot). The restaurant has some of the best oysters in the Pacific Northwest and the beer selection was plentiful. I've already booked my next stay in November and look forward to my return visit. This has to be one of my favorite Hilton hotels this side of the Mississippi. read more

It is hard to describe the horrors of my experience. The most awful treatment ever at any hotel anywhere in the world and I've traveled to more than 35 countries. With the exception of Veagus at the front desk who was responsible, caring and acknowledged the horrible service and utter f-up, this place is a disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The woman (Veagus's superior) at the front desk was beyond awful and should be fired. In short, I extended my stay by one day, which Veagus executed for me at the front desk. Gave me a new key card. Easy Peasy. Next night I come back to the hotel late after an absolutely brutal work day. My key doesn't work on my room. Go down to front desk. Veagus remembers me and asks how my day was. Tell him my card doesn't work. He says "lemme check." Checks on computer then says he'll be right back. Wait 10-15 mins. He comes out tells me that there was a problem and the computer didn't register the extension and so the hotel took all my stuff and now someone else has the room. Poor kid is like "I'm so sorry this is seriously messed up." I ask him to get his mgr. she comes out and for the next hour literally never says sorry and never acknowledges the hotel screwed up. Of course at first I was most concerned about all my belongings. She tells me they're in a safe room. After like 15 minutes she quietly says "the hotel across the street has availability." I'm like I want a room here. She says we're sold out. This woman was an utter moron. She staring at me blankly. Utterly incapable of finding a solution to help a paying customer who they completely screwed. I said you're paying for my replacement hotel room. She literally just stared at me blankly and said " but we didn't charge you for tonight." At that point I lost it. Told her I don't care what she needed to do but I would not leave the lobby until she booked me on their dime in a replacement room. So at midnight, I got in a taxi and went 30 minutes to the Hilton Airport Conference Center. By the way, the two valet guys never lifted a damn finger -- not when I arrived with my luggage not when I was leaving at midnight, not opening the door nothing. This place sucks beyond belief. I've already put this on a blacklist at my business so that no one will stay there despite it being very close to my office. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Rooms are fine. Bed comfortable. Shower was small and oddly old and cheap looking relative to the rest of the hotel. read more

I'm going to directly address a couple previous reviews here since I just left this hotel after 3 nights. I don't own a hotel but I've stayed in them across 40 countries. I think Hotel management is less about what actually happens to a guest, and more about how the Hotel responds. It's possible the hotel reads reviews and has improved on certain elements mentioned by others here - which is commendable - because the way my stay was managed and addressed was professional and courteous. The hotel location is perfect. Steps from waterfront. The management is well trained and kind and genuine. I requested to switch rooms after i checked in, and they switched me without hesitation, immediately. I had a minor issue with the second room, and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable for the rest of my stay. They were all about "problem solving" and ensuring I was comfortable as a customer. I'm thankful to the team. Andrew at the front desk, Aurel, Victoria and the GM did all the right things. You can trust these people, and that's what matters most. read more

I LOVE this hotel!!!!!!! It's beautiful inside and the staff is extremely welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The mattresses are plush and comfortable. The rooms come with a mini fridge stocked with wine, water and soft drinks. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful. The tub is deep and the water pours from the ceiling! There's also a separate shower and a water closet for the toilet. There's subtle lighting where needed and bright lighting where needed. It's an experience staying here. There is a parking deck and valet parking. The only downside is the space for loading your vehicle when leaving only allows for two cars. If you double park or take up more than two cars, the police WILL come and give you a citation. read more

I stayed 4 nights at Hotel 1000, what initially drew me to choose hotel 1000 was that the bathtub fills in from the ceiling. Looked unique & luxurious, and after staying here several nights it was really enjoyable! The good: bathtub is wonderful & can easily fit 2 people. The bed was comfortable & AC worked very well. Beautiful views from the 10th floor! We got upgraded to a waterfront view and it was really special. Housekeeping is phenomenal here! I think one day they cleaned our room 3 separate times. They also had chocolates waiting for us upon arrival & left us a lavender gift for the evening two nights in a row. They brought ice to our room every night as well. House keeping is seriously 10/10 - give these guys a raise they're going above & beyond! Also had a wonderful late check out of 4PM, latest hotel check out I've seen! Super helpful when I had a late flight. The bad: the hand washing sink in the room isn't deep enough, so when you wash your hands the water kind of splashes everywhere. The shower is a bit small and the water pressure/shower head isn't the best. The shower does leak onto the bathroom floor, even when the shower door is shut. The reusable shampoo & conditioner also weren't my favorite. I love the idea of larger shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower - much better than teeny tiny bottles, however I think the shampoo was a bit rough and strips your hair too much. I might be a bit picky, but that's just my opinion. I've had mixed experiences with using Hotel shampoos/conditioners, and I think they missed the mark here. Lastly, the bathtub does not drain on its own. You have to either wedge something in it to keep it open and keep it draining, or you have to hold it as the water drains out. So that needs work. Overall impression: Hotel 1000 is located conveniently in the heart of downtown. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and the Seattle Art Museum. The hotel had really great service & I had a nice stay here, only minor complaints here and there but nothing that would deter me from staying again. I had a daily breakfast credit for 2 up to $60 & a $100 credit to use throughout my stay, so this also made Hotel 1000 worth it. Reasonably fine hotel although it's got a few issues that keep it from being next level. Hotel 1000 has been around a while. It's always been quite nice but it appears after either the Lowes or Hilton take over they did a remodel that removed most of the tasteful Pacific Northwest aesthetic. In its place is a slightly elevated Westin-style design: inoffensive, very white, fairly dull. Still, you could do far worse than this in downtown and I think most people will still be impressed (the water from the ceiling tubs are still present!) Amenities fall short of being a truly nice hotel. Bar and restaurant are nothing to write home about, there was a very limited after hours menu (no desert?? What?), and the neighborhood isn't very exciting; to be fair, the location has never been a key feature. Ten years ago this would be a top recommendation for your stay in Seattle but these days I'd say staying at the Lotte, W, or the Fairmont would be more worth your while. It would be closer to four stars if it wasn't so expensive for what you get for your money here. read more

I was getting in earlier than check in time and asked for an early check in and they accommodated. From that first great customer service through ever day there I'm so impressed with this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, kind, and willing to help with anything. The location is great and easy to get to other places. The rooms are very spacious and nice furnishings. GREAT LOCATION! Close to all the major attractions and within easy walking distance to Lumen Field. The rooms are very nice size, with very comfortable beds. As Diamond members, we received $50.00 food credit per day at the hotel restaurant All Water, which has excellent food. Rooms very well equipped with luxurious soap and shampoo, as well as nice towels. The hotel is a short walk to the harbor. Valet Parking is $60 per day, but this is standard in a hotel downtown. This hotel was, without question, the worst service experience we have ever had among all the properties we've stayed at through Amex Platinum FHR. To be completely honest, the physical condition of the hotel itself was fine, but the staff's service and lack of professionalism were far below what is expected from a Hilton-affiliated property. In my view, this is a serious issue that damages the Hilton brand. To put it plainly, the treatment we received during check-in was worse than what you would expect at a cheap motel. Despite failing to provide our room at the designated check-in time (we were not given a room from the scheduled 4:00 pm check-in until 4:50 pm), they treated us as if we were the ones making unreasonable demands, as if we were "bothering" them. In reality, we stood in the lobby for about 50 minutes, soaked from the rain, with absolutely no assistance. Only after we formally complained through an Amex Travel representative were we finally given a room. During this process, they even claimed they could not assign us a room because we "had not yet arrived," even though we had been standing directly in their line of sight from the moment we requested check-in. They attempted to smooth over the issue with an outright lie, and at no point did they offer a formal apology. When we asked whether there was somewhere to sit while waiting, a male staff told us to either pay to use a meeting room or go to the restaurant. The staff stared at us without a single word of apology and then made a dismissive hand gesture essentially telling us to "get out of the way," which was blatantly disrespectful and humiliating. We were treated in ways that made us genuinely wonder whether that staff was like a ractist. Before this happened, there was one more thing. We arrived in Seattle earlier than expected, so we went to the hotel before the 4 pm, regular check-in time, to leave our luggage and also to check whether early check-in--which is one of the benefits of FHR, when available--might be possible. During that process, we were asked by the hotel to place a deposit hold on our card, and we did so. However, since the previous guest had not yet checked out, we were told early check-in wasn't available at that moment, and that the hotel would contact us as soon as the room was ready. We totally understand because they are providing convenience and it is also the right of the previous guests. Despite this, we received no update from the hotel all the way up to 4 pm, the official check-in time, so we went back to the hotel to check in as scheduled. At that point, the male staff treating us repeatedly insisted that we needed to place a deposit hold on our card--even though we told him several times that we had already done it. Instead of verifying anything, he kept responding in a frustrated, lecturing tone, repeatedly explaining why the deposit was required, as if we didn't understand. We kept asking him to check our payment history because we knew we had already placed the deposit hold on our card. Only after nearly five minutes of back-and-forth did he finally look it up and confirm that the deposit had indeed been placed hold and that no additional charge was needed. Throughout this entire interaction, the staff seemed careless, dismissive, and overly obsessed to correct the customer rather than simply verify the information. Considering all of these situations, we will never stay at this property again. We chose this hotel based on the positive Google reviews and Hilton brand reputation, but our long-anticipated trip to Seattle began in the worst possible way because of this hotel's unprofessional and frankly unethical behavior. If this hotel defines itself as a place that provides such low-level service, then there is nothing more to say. But considering that it operates under the Hilton name, this is deeply concerning. My girlfriend and I wanted to have a little staycation over the weekend and decided to come here. Hotel 1000 is owned by Hilton and their LXR hotels are some of the most luxurious hotels I've stayed in. It's located in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, the waterfront, the pier, and all your typical Seattle tourist destinations which make Hotel 1000 a good option to stay if you prioritize location. If you're taking the light rail either from the airport or some other place, it's minutes away from the University St. light rail station adding to its convenience. We booked the grand corner junior suite and ended up on the 14th floor which is the top floor. The room was beautiful and huge! The room had a big king-sized bed along with a couch and nice views of the downtown area. The bathroom is also a good size surrounding a huge two-person tub in the middle. The only problem we had with the bathroom was that the water temperature in the shower was really warm even on the "coldest" setting, so we had to use it at that level which lowered the pressure of the water coming out. The amenities included an hour per day at their golf simulator inside the building, meeting spaces on multiple floors, fitness center, cellar, and spa. To book the golf simulator go to the front desk to make a reservation. The staff members, especially Spencer, were all great at accommodating our requests during our stay including providing extra towels and toiletries.
