The wood-fired oven

Pick a table and order at the bar. The food will be brought to you. The wood-fired pizza was thin and very good. Try a draft beverage while you're there.

Visiting the GC and was in the mood for good pizza, we got great pizza! Cheesy gooey, delicious crispy, chewy dough. The strawberry margarita looked a little sus but turns out was actually good. A definite return spot.

We checked out this place on Wednesday and discovered it's part of the Historic Brewery next door. They had some other Menu items which I appreciated. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and my other half had the Bistro pizza. Soooo goood.! We will be returning

This place was simply amazing. The pizza was so fresh and hot, the wings were crispy and a lil spicy absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, the vibe was cool. I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm ever in Williams, I'm stopping here everytime.

Five stars. Maybe one of those was because we were so relieved to be served after being left with menus and ignored across the street at Cruisers. Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

Things you should know: I. PARKING There's street parking out front. You'll be okay finding a space on a week night, but you may have to walk a little during dinner rush. II. SERVICE Quick and family friendly. You simply order at the register and they give you a table number for when your food is ready. III. QUALITY Their wood-fired pizzas are delicious ~ people who are picky with their crusts will go for these!

This place is my go to, I've never been disappointed! The staff is always quick to greet upon entering the door which immediately establishes that welcoming vibe! You grab your menu and find a seat wherever (whichever side you walk in they're all connected, so you can go to their outdoor or their covered patio, the bar side, and/ or the restaurant depending on your mood) then order up at the bar and they'll bring the food out to you! My personal fave is the outdoor patio (which is also dog friendly) but a great place to people watch and enjoy the fresh air. As far as the food I had the best wings here (they usually come with buffalo but I just get them dry and sauce on the side) and they're sooooo deliciously crispy! Can't go wrong with any of the fresh pizzas (margherita is my fav) the crust is always nice and soft! If you're in the mood for more than a soft drink or water the prickly pear is another one of my favorites & it's not something you can find everywhere so another plus! If you've got kiddos this place is also very family friendly and their kids chicken and fries was great as well! They have self serve water stations which is nice to stay hydrated!

I can't even believe this is our third time coming back to this town and I didn't know this place until now... Don't forget the Bloody Mary too ! Just try it and you'll know.

Kitschy brewery and restaurant with amazing service and food…read more Server was great at answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction when it came to their food and drinks. I had a smoky old fashioned to start my night and I kept going back to how great it smelled and how smooth the taste was. I chose to have it with their own house bourbon. Food wise, we went with their Canyon Tacos and shared an order of tots. The frybread was crispy and pillowy, the meat was very well seasoned and the pickled red onion really brought the whole dish together. The tots were nice and crispy without being too oily. The place itself was like walking into Williams itself. Lot of wood and mountain core decor with a small creek/wishing fountain. The front part of the place is where you'll find their gift shop. There is also some games upstairs. And they sell their beers and spirits. This is a great place to spend a few hours.

First off, I want…read moreto commend the poor staff that has to work here...They do such a good job, for such a crappy establishment. Every single time I come in here, the food has another dollar added to the price, or.. heaven forbid you want French fries with your cheeseburger. You can absolutely forget about it, it's al a carte my boy. That is French for- that'll be an extra 6$. Also, their "avacado" for an additional 3$ is nothing more than a prison spoon scoop full of mashed up avocado spread on to one bun about as thick a Peasley Pubic hair. Lastly, you'd think for how much they charge, you would be able to eat your food without expiring in sweat or needing goggles for my brow being absolutely drenched trying to eat my 26$ cheeseburger al a carte. Thanks guys, I also had to hit the bathroom directly on the way out. BTW - you need a plumber to come out the toilets barely flush! And I will finish with this. That is not a sour beer, that's an ipa with vinegar in it. You cured the hops 3 weeks too long.

One of the special joys of traveling is discovering great locally owned eateries on the journey…read more Driving Route 66 across Arizona offers something for everyone. It is about the full experience, and food plays a huge role in that journey. Each town along the route offers something different, from nostalgic diners that feel frozen in time to unexpectedly refined restaurants that rival bigger cities. Located on Route 66 in downtown Williams, my partner and I decided on lunch at the Pizza Factory. We were greeted by the staff and got a table inside a casual vibe featuring auto racing decor, Baja, Rally, and NASCAR with various TVs showing sports. Their menu offers pizza, calzones, and Italian pastas, as well as a small salad bar. They are known for their hand-tossed pizzas made with dough made in-house and 100% real mozzarella cheese. I decided on the mini 8" pepperoni pizza (4 slices.) The pizza had a crispy bottom, ample toppings, and enough sauce, making it taste good. Nor did the toppings slide off. My partner got the veggie calzone. The food was all made fresh to order, and ingredients were on point! But one needs to realize that this establishment is situated at the heart of a tourist area, so its quality and prices will have to meet that expectation.

Welcome was skimpy and not very inviting. At times, it seemed like we were being watched more than usual. As an interracial couple with our gay stepdaughter and her girlfriend, it just made things feel a bit uncomfortable, even if that wasn't the intention. Food-wise, it's decent. We ordered an XL half-and-half with All Meat and Factory Special, and yeah... it was huge. Definitely couldn't finish it. The crust reminded me of Pizza Hut, but since the pizza is so big, the bottom and crust came out extra crispy. A little too crunchy for my liking, honestly. Flavor was solid though. No complaints there. Overall, good portions and decent taste, but the service and overall vibe need some work. Not a bad spot for groups.
