My wife and I recently spent the weekend in Williams, and were located quite near this restaurant (and not much else). Our first night we headed in, and I ordered a local beer while my wife ordered a chard, while we perused the menu. Ok - not a killer, but a heads up - it's a crime to serve warm beer - truly! And my wife HATED the chard - luckily, they had an alternative on the menu, so she was placated. She ordered the french onion soup, while I decided to order the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. We were served quickly, and she found the soup absolutely the best french onion soup she's ever had - while I ordered a half rack, I received enough to feed a large family. They were VERY good, but I could only eat half of them. The cole slaw that came with it was excellent. The following evening, we planned to have a drink at the Rodeo, then walk into town - but this morphed into a second dinner there. This time, she ordered the fried chicken, and I ordered the fish and chips (both pictured). Both, once again, were huge servings, and neither of us could finish - but both were VERY tasty. So be aware that the beer is on the warmer side, and the servings are VERY American sized, but that the food is most excellent. The one star ding? Both nights, after our meal was served, our waitress simply vanished. Trying to get the bill, then get her to come back to run the credit card, was over the top long. Another thing to be aware of.

Great food! We all got the bourbon sirloin and it was cooked perfectly! Mash and gravy was good as well as the vegetables. Our server was so sweet and kind!

Stayed at the hotel attached and decided to try the dinner at this restaurant. The marshal was amazing and I really liked the crispy fries. There were many people eating, locals and visitors. Prices are higher but portions are good atleast

We stopped in Williams to overnight before going to the Grand Canyon. This restaurant was right across the parking lot from our hotel and it was a steakhouse, so all good reasons to go. We were seated promptly and our server Bridget was delightful and friendly. Our party of four had a mix of orders. Two of us had a hearty prime rib meal. One had French onion soup and the other had a monster cheeseburger. All the food was tasty and the portions plentiful. The ambience was definitely sparse, but comfortable. All-in-all a great experience.

The entrance to a great place to eat!

Just ok. One Ribeye tough, one top sirloin just fine, one fatty. Salad, onion soup totally average.

We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

We asked for medium rare and ended up with well done and i mean over done. My daughter had the kids pancakes and bacon, probably the only decent thing at our table. I ordered the 2 eggs breakfast (scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast.) the scrambled eggs were over done & hard, i asked for the hashbrowns to be soft and they were over crispy just under burnt, and the only thing i got to eat was my toast. They brought a fresh plate of hashbrowns BUT there was a hair clearly cooked in to the hashbrowns. My husband went to use the restroom and it was in complete disarray, needed to be cleaned same with the woman's restroom. Both restrooms had awful smells like they truly need a deep clean. While the people were friendly they completely missed the mark. After going through all this, not being able to enjoy my meal, steak being too over cooked, hair in my meal, not one of them offered to give any discount or at the very least remove my meal that had hair in it which you could clearly see i only ate the toast. Very disappointed. I wish i had taken photos to share. I hope the owner or management sees this and contacts me.

It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.
