My wife and I recently spent the weekend in Williams, and were located quite near this restaurant (and not much else). Our first night we headed in, and I ordered a local beer while my wife ordered a chard, while we perused the menu. Ok - not a killer, but a heads up - it's a crime to serve warm beer - truly! And my wife HATED the chard - luckily, they had an alternative on the menu, so she was placated. She ordered the french onion soup, while I decided to order the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. We were served quickly, and she found the soup absolutely the best french onion soup she's ever had - while I ordered a half rack, I received enough to feed a large family. They were VERY good, but I could only eat half of them. The cole slaw that came with it was excellent. The following evening, we planned to have a drink at the Rodeo, then walk into town - but this morphed into a second dinner there. This time, she ordered the fried chicken, and I ordered the fish and chips (both pictured). Both, once again, were huge servings, and neither of us could finish - but both were VERY tasty. So be aware that the beer is on the warmer side, and the servings are VERY American sized, but that the food is most excellent. The one star ding? Both nights, after our meal was served, our waitress simply vanished. Trying to get the bill, then get her to come back to run the credit card, was over the top long. Another thing to be aware of.

Came here cause my kids loved it the last couple times and it didn't disappoint! The staff very friendly and make you feel at home. The food was very very good! I highly recommend more people to come here.

Great food! We all got the bourbon sirloin and it was cooked perfectly! Mash and gravy was good as well as the vegetables. Our server was so sweet and kind!

Prime Rib special with Mashed Potatoes and gravy, and a salad.

We stopped in Williams to overnight before going to the Grand Canyon. This restaurant was right across the parking lot from our hotel and it was a steakhouse, so all good reasons to go. We were seated promptly and our server Bridget was delightful and friendly. Our party of four had a mix of orders. Two of us had a hearty prime rib meal. One had French onion soup and the other had a monster cheeseburger. All the food was tasty and the portions plentiful. The ambience was definitely sparse, but comfortable. All-in-all a great experience.

Went in for the prime rib special. It was a very generous cut and delicious. Will definitely be back to try some of the other specials.

Just ok. One Ribeye tough, one top sirloin just fine, one fatty. Salad, onion soup totally average.

The only item that tasted good was the water. The bread, soup, steak it was all bad. Will never eat here again.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

We chose this restaurant because of its strong reviews and were looking forward to a good meal…read moreafter a long day on the road. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had in a while. We started by trying to order beers, but the employee taking our order wasn't familiar with what was on tap and sent us next door to the bar. The bartender wasn't much more helpful, so we switched to margaritas instead. That turned out to be a mistake. They tasted like a premade mix rather than fresh lime juice, had very little tequila, and my daughter's strawberry margarita was so sweet it reminded us of Kool-Aid. For dinner we ordered the Supreme Pizza, macaroni and cheese, and a Caesar salad. The pizza would have benefited from a few more minutes in the oven, the macaroni and cheese was just average, and the Caesar salad wasn't really a Caesar at all. Instead of romaine, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing, it arrived with mixed baby greens, tomatoes, onions, croutons, and what tasted like bottled Italian dressing. It was much closer to a house salad than a Caesar. The service didn't improve the experience. Both employees we interacted with seemed disengaged, weren't particularly knowledgeable about the menu or drinks, and came across as inattentive and somewhat unfriendly. The atmosphere is that of a fairly standard brewpub. Calling it an "Italian Bistro" sets expectations the restaurant simply doesn't meet. Considering the prices, we expected much better food, drinks, and service. We travel through Williams regularly on our trips between New Mexico and Los Angeles, but after this experience, we won't be returning.

And I am here to tell you: none of them -- not one -- prepared me for this place. Let's start with the Governor taco. I don't know how to explain what happened to me. One bite and my entire life reorganized itself into "before" and "after." My only regret in this world is that I ordered ONE. Learn from my mistake. Order three. Order four. Then the horchata. One sip and the whole table caved -- everyone ordered one. It's that good. I've already mentally committed to drinking three more before we leave. And the beans deserve their own paragraph. My wife has appointed herself their unofficial spokesperson and is now aggressively recommending them to strangers. I support this campaign fully.

Large TVs screens to watch the game. It's a great little hang out spot. We were greeted and seated promptly. Chips and salsa aren't complimentary. My youngest opted for the supreme nachos. My oldest and I decided on the taco combo plate. The menu makes it seem like you're limited to certain types of tacos, but our server informed us that's not the case. I went with the Al pastor which was incredible and the carne asada, which was also good. Rice and beans were on point and I loved the salsa they brought out with the food--a verde an a roja, both were excellent. Everything was so good! It was the perfect send off for us as we made our journey home.

We asked for medium rare and ended up with well done and i mean over done. My daughter had the kids pancakes and bacon, probably the only decent thing at our table. I ordered the 2 eggs breakfast (scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast.) the scrambled eggs were over done & hard, i asked for the hashbrowns to be soft and they were over crispy just under burnt, and the only thing i got to eat was my toast. They brought a fresh plate of hashbrowns BUT there was a hair clearly cooked in to the hashbrowns. My husband went to use the restroom and it was in complete disarray, needed to be cleaned same with the woman's restroom. Both restrooms had awful smells like they truly need a deep clean. While the people were friendly they completely missed the mark. After going through all this, not being able to enjoy my meal, steak being too over cooked, hair in my meal, not one of them offered to give any discount or at the very least remove my meal that had hair in it which you could clearly see i only ate the toast. Very disappointed. I wish i had taken photos to share. I hope the owner or management sees this and contacts me.
