Western View Steakhouse - Williams, AZ Cozy spot with a rustic vibe and solid steak options. The filet mignon was juicy and cooked perfectly. Friendly service and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

Waiter was very attentive and made sure we had refills and sauces as need. Dinner was great steak was so big we each took home some. Hotel inside was decorated cute felt upscale! We want to cone back stay at hotel. The patio and pool area was so pretty. All in all were glad we went few min up road away from crown and gave this restaurant a try.

Great service with our server Alfredo, ribs were delicious, salad & blue cheese dressing excellent, baked potato was a little hard in some areas, wife had green chili stew, was delicious, the complimentary bread is delicious, been here several times, never a bad experience or food, that's hard to get in Williams Arizona

Located inside the Best Western Plus, this restaurant offers an excellent steakhouse meal. We both enjoyed the warm dark bread served with butter before ordering. Salad and dressings were served freshly made and delicious Our Ribeye steaks were delicious, cooked perfectly to our specifications. The accompanying baked potato and green beans were excellent, green beans were accompanied with bacon and onions. Service was excellent, very attentive. Ambiance was great, wonderful views of the pine trees, we were early birds so we enjoyed the quiet quality of our evening.

We've stayed at hotel numerous times, however this was our first time dining at restaurant. Started with green Chile stew which was excellent. Husband had French onion soup which he thought was okay. We had baby back ribs and Newport prime steak (sirloin). Both were pretty good, although steak was quite chewy it was a large portion. Sides of sauteed squash was excellent as were mashed potatoes. Green beans didn't live up to expectations. Complimentary bread smelled great but was very dry and lacked flavor. Overall we're glad we finally tried this restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. They also have a very nice lounge and you can order bar food there as well. For a future visit, I would probably go with soup & salad.

Nice place to eat in a little town. Gods service, clean, nice ambience. Couldn't sit outside cause it was too windy, outside looked beautiful! Food was good. Bread included in the meal was heated in the microwave so not ideal. French Onion Soup is worth the $2 up charge. I had the prime ranchers cut medium rare but I would suggest ordering it rare because it was just a tad over cooked. Hubby had the Prime Rib Sandwich which was good. Alas in all, a good place to go but not one I'd have to visit again.

Had dinner the other night after a long day on a roadtrip through the area, the steakhouse is located inside of the Inn. I was greeted and seated almost immediately. Service is professional and attentive. My greeter who seated me, and brought me a menu also returned with a glass of water, a warm loaf of bread and butter. Started with the scorpions appetizer, these are five sweet succulent yellow peppers w a hint of spicy wrapped in bacon stuffed with shrimp and conjito cheese. It more than enough to split or share easily. My entree, I opted for the White marble porkchop and its great with a near perfect sear, included sides of garlic mash and green beans along with a starter of french onion soup. A frosty Stella Artois in a chilled tall glass, proper pour, accompanied my meal and it was a great compliment to it all. They had an offering of cheesecake w whipped cream that evening and it was a great finish to a very good meal. The restaurant is kind of a no brainer if you are staying at the lodge. It was a very good meal at a fair price and you cannot beat to distance necessary to travel to get there 4 Stars - a solid steakhouse with a nice varied menu 00840

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

It was around 6 pm on a Wednesday and there were only about 6 guest in the restaurant. We were seated immediately and our server, a very polite young man( first day as a server) took our drink orders. He came quickly with our drinks and took our order. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer, they were good, not great. A little bland but they were huge! My wife ordered the St Louis Ribs which were the special for the day. She said they were delicious. Our son ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He ate every bite. Said it was real good. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin which was cooked perfect. I also had mashed potatoes and gravy which were delicious as well. The gravy had an awesome taste. The food was great, the young man ( and woman) who waited on us were great ( very attentive), the only drawback was it was a little pricey, but so close to the Grand Canyon I can see why. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.
