Inside the restaurant, look around "but" stay away from the food
Henry M.

In 11 years of Yelping I have given out less than a hand full of 1 star reviews as I reserve one stars for the worst of the worst. "This place is one of them" PLEASE save yourself the run for the boarder and stay far away from this restaurant!! Seriously they are way,WAY overpriced and give you French fries that are cold and taste like cardboard, the taco meat is without a doubt scooped out of a can that tastes like it was opened a month ago and looks like... well you can use your own imagination, the food has so much salt that it taste like a salt lick! The food is straight up garbage and whom ever owns and operates the place knows it! and oughta be ashamed of themselves for serving people this crap!!With the amount of money we have to pay for it!! Shame on you!! People do yourselves a huge favor, bring your own snacks or wait to eat after you leave, don't subject yourself to this crap!! They are taking advantage of people because they are the only restaurant at the park!! SHAME ON CANYONLANDS!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU!!

Really cool atmosphere

This cool cafe is located in the Bearizona park. Several options are offered including burgers, sandwiches, and salads. The atmosphere was really cool with two levels and fun decor. You order at a counter and then your food is brought to your table. We all ordered burgers: southwest burger, mushroom Swiss, and bacon burger. The burgers really hit the spot. We also tried the cowboy bites which were really good.

We grab lunch at Canyonlands restaurant/bar while in arizona. The waitress was so cheerful and helpful. It was an extreme pleasure, not to mention the food which was terrific. She makes every drink with love and passion, specifically for the person she is making it for and we took melanie's recommendation, which exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Kids grilled cheese and fries

Popped in here for a snack and a beer after the drive through and walk through experience. The bartender was warm and friendly and let us taste all the beers we wanted to! The bartender is indoor/outdoor which elevated the atmosphere, making us feel like we were still in the park and not sitting at a bar. The menu is a bit pricey as one would expect and we were just looking for a snack so ordered the kids grilled cheese and fries. Nothing special there but the overall experience was great!! You can also walk around with your beer, which we did to go see the jaguars and elks. A perfect end to our adventure in Bearizona!

Came here because we were on a road trip and stopped at Bearizona, but this bar is inside the zoo /park and I needed caffeine so bad for the remainder of the trip to Vegas. Ok so we didn't get any beer but the bar vibes were pretty nice. I did have to take one star off because my coffee was extremely watered down. This place gave off ski resort energy. The girls behind the bar are super friendly and attentive... at least to me and my friends they were. I kinda feel bad for them tho because they do have to deal with random bar drunks LOL who comes to a wildlife zoo and gets wasted at a bar? Ok well maybe if I had a bad day but either way I enjoyed this place and will 100% come back:) enjoy my pics!!

Took a break from visiting with the animals and stopped at Canyonlands for a beverage. Melanie makes the best Bloody Mary! Ask for her special recipe. YUMMM.

Food and service were excellent!! Best spicy Bloody Mary. Love the atmosphere here. Grabbed a quick bite and a few drinks before heading home after checking out the animals.

Such a beautiful experience I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that has been able to transport me completely into another place The way Canyonlands can. Customer service was so friendly and helpful once we placed our order she told us go ahead get lost explore. Have a good time. We'll find you and bring your food and that's exactly what they did the menu although seems simple basic we got a cold sandwich a burger, some fries and a salad. Everything tasted amazing. The fries were crispy. The sandwich was fresh. The burger was loaded, and the salad was dressed up. I wouldn't call this place first date material but definitely a must see for families out for adventure.

Cute little restaurant tucked away inside of Bearizona in Williams, AZ. We've gone here for years and while some personnel have come and gone there are some regulars that have never ceased to amaze us with great customer service and knowledge of the wildlife. The food can be hit or miss but they do accommodate requests and serve it fresh/hot. Yeah, its' a little pricey but so much goes back to the animals, the ambiance of the park and to the hardworking team. We are happy to support.

Food was good & a fair price , wife got the kids meal burger, that's a bargain at a tourist attraction, service was great, would eat there again

Navajo Taco

Nice restaurant at Bearizona to sit & have lunch. Entrees are definitely large and shareable. It's a cave theme so the kids love it plus going over to watch the jaguar through the window. Family favorites were the Navajo Taco, Chicken sandwich and burgers. The chicken enchilada soup was also very good.

Wings-Mango Habanero

This place really shocked me. We came here on a whim since we were hungry and it would have been another hour back up to the Grand Canyon so even though we weren't sure of the food, we decided to try it out. The service was great and one of the staff members actually made conversation with my husband which is always appreciated. The design of this place is really awesome too. They have two levels, each with a separate bar section in the back and both levels lead right up to the jaguar inside the zoo. As for the food, we ordered Mango Habanero wings, fried pickles, and a burger. The wings were so juicy and cooked just right. The sauce was sweet and very spicy which really surprised me. The fried pickles were crunchy and sour, the burger was good too. I really enjoyed this place, more than I thought I would. 100% would return if I visit Bearizona in the future.

Ordered BBQ pulled pork nachos and a Indian bread. Both were absolutely delicious. Might be costly a little bit. Worth the visit.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

My husband and I usually find ourselves stopping into GCB for beers after days of hiking around…read moreGrand Canyon National Park, but this most recent time we decided to have dinner here after the Williams 100 Year Centennial car show for Route 66; although we did go to GC NP the next day :) I really love the atmosphere inside; feels almost like we're at a restaurant inside Disney. The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.

I had a "martini" that was excellent and tasted like kahlua and cream. I went back for seconds after eating the somewhat "challenged in taste" department food. I'd eaten a big lunch, so I just went for the Asian themed salad. The lettuce looked like it had seen better days, and they covered it with those crunchy Chinese noodles to try to hide the wiltedness. I hope there was no slime, but I'm not entirely sure in hindsight. I only ate half of it and ordered another drink instead. The yuk factor ratcheted up with my husband's bratwurst, which was served on a pretzel roll. It looked good at first, and he dived in, but after a couple bites he noticed the mold on the bun. Mold! On the bun. Ewwwww! This made me look at my own salad with a more discerning eye, to be sure. To their credit they brought him a different meal, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, that he proclaimed "bland, needed salt and pepper (there was none on the table) but at least there was no mold." I felt bad for the server, because if they're serving food this crap on a daily basis, they must be terrified to go to work. It's a real shame, because I think the hotel is lovely. They need a better food manager who doesn't allow this kind of poor quality to walk out the door of their kitchen. Oh, it was our anniversary too. Happy anniversary to us! Woot!

We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist.
