Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. We didn't get to try the food or beer because the hostess/waitress was incredibly rude and dismissive. We waited outside with no staff coming to the stand. When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service. read more

This place is my go to, I've never been disappointed! The staff is always quick to greet upon entering the door which immediately establishes that welcoming vibe! You grab your menu and find a seat wherever (whichever side you walk in they're all connected, so you can go to their outdoor or their covered patio, the bar side, and/ or the restaurant depending on your mood) then order up at the bar and they'll bring the food out to you! My personal fave is the outdoor patio (which is also dog friendly) but a great place to people watch and enjoy the fresh air. As far as the food I had the best wings here (they usually come with buffalo but I just get them dry and sauce on the side) and they're sooooo deliciously crispy! Can't go wrong with any of the fresh pizzas (margherita is my fav) the crust is always nice and soft! If you're in the mood for more than a soft drink or water the prickly pear is another one of my favorites & it's not something you can find everywhere so another plus! If you've got kiddos this place is also very family friendly and their kids chicken and fries was great as well! They have self serve water stations which is nice to stay hydrated! read more

Now they may call this "bruschetta" but it is really pizza crust served with a bowl of warm tomatoes, balsamic and some sort of cheese; the three of us did not care for this dish at all. Wife and I chose Station 66 initially for the inviting exterior. Looks like a fun, relaxed vibe. The food was very tasty. We weren't too hungry, so we split the chicken parm pasta. The chicken was fresh, the breading crispy, and the sauce was thick & delicious. The spaghetti pasta tasted fresh-made. Our only issue is the set up. You order at the bar, grab a seat, and the servers bring your food out. Problem is, you never see the server again. They give you the food, and that's it. After a long day of traveling and visiting the Grand Canyon, we stopped here based on good reviews to grab pizza for our family of seven. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told not to order unless we found a table. After we found one, we asked if someone could clean it and were initially told no with an attitude by the lady behind the counter. The employee later apologized and had someone wipe it down, which we appreciated. We were told the wait for food would be about 45 minutes, which we were completely fine with. However, several interactions with the employee at the register who was also a hostess and waitress, were unnecessarily rude. My daughter politely asked if they had a honey sauce and was rudely dismissed. After waiting about 40 minutes, we noticed a family who came in after us had already been served. When I politely asked how much longer our order would be, the response was extremely rude as though I was annoying her. One pizza was then dropped off/ slammed at our table very abruptly. I was shocked by the behavior but then politely asked for plates. The same young lady/employee then spoke to me in a very disrespectful and demeaning tone in front of my family. I asked to speak with a manager or owner because the behavior was unacceptable. While an apology was eventually given, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. My family understands how difficult customer service jobs can be, and we were patient and respectful the entire time. We also tipped generously before even receiving our food. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome and, at times, discriminated against. One of the pizzas was also undercooked. They keep changing the menu and it's gotten really bad. The new macaroni with pico is yuck. The southwest salad is seasonal and their Caesar salad is terrible. If you're on your lunch hour didn't go here because you'll wait 15 minutes in line because they are letting the person at the bar sample all the alcohol AND without carding them. When my husband and I came to this Historic Route 66 Williams Souvenir Street, we decided to have pizza for dinner, and we happened to be standing in front of this Italian restaurant. I quickly Yelped it and it sounded good. So we decided to give it a try. Their system is kind of self service. You pick a menu, order food and drinks at the casher and pick a table. We ordered a 14 inch Supreme. Kammie, the casher was friendly and she keeps giving you beer samples if you ask beer questions. I was almost getting drank standing at the casher! It was my birthday and we went to Station 66 we both ordered lasagna and an order of cheese bread. 35 minutes later my friend went up asked they said some crap and it will be out soon. 40 minutes later came out the cheesey bread and one order of lasagna I had my friend take it. 45 minutes later I said shitty birthday go cancel my order, she did and 5 minutes later came my food. I said this was my birthday dinner and it should not take 50 minutes to get my food separate from my friend NO take it away. The girl came back to say we refunded everything no charge. TOURIST TRAP - added extra gratuity after signature We went here for a simple lunch, nothing fancy. My friend paid and when she returned to the table, she told me the total was $78 + $10 tip. That already felt pricey for what we ordered, so I walked back to the cashier to double-check. To my surprise, the total was now $112 -- not the $88 we expected with tip included. When I asked the waitress for an explanation, she claimed it was "normal in America" to include an extra gratuity -- something that was not there before signing. We were only a group of 4, and nowhere did it say that automatic gratuity would be added. I have a French accent, but I'm also an American citizen and I made it clear I know exactly how tipping works. The manager came over with no real explanation, just blaming the "new cashier." If this was truly an honest mistake, it's hard to explain why they could refund the entire bill so quickly. It felt shady and dishonest. I honestly believe they are taking advantage of tourists by adding extra gratuities after the fact. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. This is THE place to go in Williams. I've visited twice; once on my first visit, the second because my partner and I missed their food and had to take a road trip back. Highly recommend their baked Mac n Cheese with buffalo chicken as well as the margherita Pizza. Their strawberry margarita was also top tier. The service has always been amazing as well, which makes the experience that much better. The team has never let me down. There is a reason why every review mentions the Tuscan Soup, it's amazing FAST review Food: so Station 66 & Historic Brewing are connected. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks there. We shared a Pepperoni Pizza and I got the Tuscan soup. The crust was a bit too moist, but the pepperonis are huge. Atmosphere: music playing in the background and two large TVs showing the hockey playoffs. Not too crowded.
