My friend and I stopped here for pie and coffee while on a road trip to the Grand Canyon. They have…read moreover 50 different flavors of pies plus other desserts and also a menu of sandwiches and other meals, but the truth is that we were here for the PIES! I had the double chocolate cream pie. YUMMMMMMMMM . . . My friend had a fruit pie. The coffee was good. I saw other guests enjoying pastas, sandwiches, and other desserts and they seemed to be enjoying their meals. Our server was awesome and very personable. Parking is the standard small town curbside parallel parking. There is a small gift shop with some interesting signs (see photo). I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

I haven't had to write a review in so long (I actually posted this on the wrong account earlier--so…read morethat tells you how long it's been), but I felt like I needed to share my experience today. We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

Service was great right from the start, which is always a relief when you roll in with a small army of kids. The kids all loved their BBQ pork sandwiches, and the adults ordered the green chile burgers and the BBQ sampler. The burger was mid at best, but the onion rings were fire. Seriously, those things were the star of the burger plate. (Up charge) French fries were mediocre. The BBQ sampler, though, was fantastic. The brisket was especially good and definitely the highlight. The beans, coleslaw, and potato salad were all really tasty. The coleslaw even had apples in it, which we had never had before. It was a pleasant surprise and a nice change from the usual. My only real complaint was the soda fountain. It's about $5 for "endless fountain drinks," but honestly you'll probably only want one because it just didn't taste very good. Overall, it's a cute, clean little Route 66 spot and a fun stop for the experience while passing through Williams.

We always pushed our schedule a day or 2, just to stay in thousand doWilliams an extra day during our NFR finals. When we went home, we would come back thru Willams 1000 for another couple days. That is what made CruiserCafe attractable. We would travel a couple hundred miles off course just for that. Last time we were there, no Beef Back Ribs. No ribs, no detour to Williams. You are just like any other restaurant.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.
