Visiting the GC, we were in the mood for margaritas, so while walking by we noticed they were busy so we decided to give this place a try. Just OK Mexican food. Came across this place just walking down town while hungry and so glad I did! Everything was flavorful and fresh and the service was warm place was cozy and we were seated and served quickly! I got the enchilada trio special ($13 I believe) and oh my goodness they were so good and the rice and beans were also flavorful and tasted fresh. My husband had the taquito combo- another good option! My daughter's quesadilla kids meal was a good portion which is always nice! We were greeted by extremely friendly staff as soon as we entered the doorway and was invited to a table. I ordered the enchilada special and my wife ordered steak fajitas. There was considerable confusion with the orders. Several of us found that what we ordered wasn't as described in the menu. I asked if they had pork green chili she said yes but brought chicken. There were little fruit flies in one the drinks, the bar tender apologized and remade this time with.... we'll with two tiny fruit flies. The tea had black flakes in it. Possibly mold? The birra tacos seemed to have been made with velvet or a canned cheese. Food wis it was pretty bad. The staff was friendly, no complaints there. The bills come unitemized. It's impossible to know if you got the right bill. The unfortunate truth is this establishment needs a visit from the health inspector as soon as possible. read more

My family and I stopped at Fiesta Mexican Food in Williams after spending the day at the lake. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and the service experience became much more concerning afterward. We accidentally left our credit card at the restaurant and called shortly after realizing it was missing. We were told that no one had found or turned in the card. Later that evening, however, our credit card was charged more than $200 at the restaurant without our authorization. We have reported the charge to our credit card company, and a fraud investigation is currently underway. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am extremely disappointed by how this situation unfolded. Customers should be able to trust that if a card is left behind, it will be handled honestly and securely. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope management takes this issue seriously and reviews what happened. read more

Found a small local place to eat in Williams. Always trying to support the "little guy". Got a simple chicken taco and beef enchilada with beans and rice. The taco was fine but the beef enchilada had really good flavor, should have had 2 of them. The salsa could have been a little spicier but I also know a lot of people can't handle spicy. My first day in Williams for a family vacation landed me at Fiesta Mexican Grill. Part of our family had just dined in and we came late to the party. After driving 10 hours and 15 minutes, I just wanted to sit down and eat ! The woman working was so accommodating and so nice. She sat us a place to sit at the table immediately and made sure we had fresh chips and salsa. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo with squash, and my boyfriend ordered chicken enchiladas. The food was really really really good. My only complaint was that, in my opinion, the portion wasn't big enough and there wasn't enough food. I could have eaten a lot more of that thinly sliced squash and I could've eaten even more chicken and rice! After that drive I was starving. Honestly, my favorite part of the whole meal was the squash! It was buttery and delicious!! Next time I'd try to get a double portion of it. They also had a giant wall of beer selections and that was really cool to see, even though I didn't really have time to look at everything they offered. Truth be told, we really wanted to eat at Nanny's Tacos. The reviews for Nanny's are better than Fiesta, the pictures look delicious, and the food looks authentic. However, after taking a look at the menu prices for Nanny's, we said 'oh heck no'. Nanny is straight up ripping these tourists off. Take it from a Floridian, who is married to a Hispanic woman, I know what Mexican food should cost. So with that said, this brought us to Fiesta Mexican Grill. They have a special, buy one dinner and 2 drinks, and get a dinner free! Yes, you heard me correctly, a free dinner. And that special is good for dine-in or carry out, and it is good 7 days a week. I was sold. As for the food? I would say it was solid, if unspectacular. My wife was very happy with her enchiladas and rice and beans. My quesadilla was pretty good, and appreciated the old school glass bottles. There is something satisfying about holding an old fashioned style glass bottle coke while on Route 66. Also, the family that runs the place seemed like good people. After a week of tourist traps, it was nice to have a place not price gouge us. We recommend Fiesta Mexican Grill, and we would happily return if ever in the area. read more

For being as busy as it was, I didn't think Fiesta Mexican Grill was great. For starters, the chips and salsa weren't great. The chips were a little too stale. My brother and I shared Chicken & Shrimp fajitas, and I will admit, they were seasoned right. If I went back, I would only go back for the fajitas. My sister ordered a taco/enchilada combo plate, which she thought was ok. I tried her enchilada and the sauce was a little bland. My mom ordered beef taquitos, those were ok. I didn't try them and she didn't finish her meal. They had good customer service but were under staffed. It's a cute little restaurant and If you pay with cash you get 5% off! read more

Family owned and ran place with traditional mexican menu. Had the enchilada and relleno plate and it was very good! Wife had the 3 enchilada special one of each red beef, green chicken and red cheese. The rice and beans were very flavorful. This is definitely one of the hole-n-the-wall mom and pop places you don't want to skip. The service was quick and friendly everything was served hot and tasty. This was a positive dining experience. We are still in Williams Arizona on Route 66. An hour from the Grand Canyon, or an hour to the Meteor Crater. On our way in a couple came out and recommended the Renellos , so I had that. My wife had a combo. All delish... I have a med. that restricts no alcohol so I asked for that. Horrible service & disgusting food. It was a big party of 9 people. We started off with a rude waitress. She took our drink order and came back to take our food order. We all ordered big plates. 3 flautas plates. 2 fajitas plates and kids food. We got our order and it was WRONG. 2 plates where's missing the rice and beans. The chicken flautas were disappointing.
