If I could leave a 0 star I would.. if you're planning to have your inside renovated, being right beside a hotel, you should figure out an alternative for people walking. After attempting to walk through the drive through they smacked the window saying " no walk ups MGMT ", we get in the car, go to order I ask if they have Dr Pepper and I'm met with an attitude, we order, pull up to the window, hand him my card, he rushes me with the drinks, it is 1030 with no one behind me, we get the food they slam the window with them staring at us, check it the food, we forgot to ask for hot sauce so I yell though the window as they slammed it in our face. Then he proceeded to slam the hot sauce in my hand making some fall. If you're doing renovations find an alternative for those who aren't in a car... it's just Taco Bell so how much will it improve none. I'm going to give yall 5 stars all around just based on tonight's experience. We walked in late after fireworks to a packed Taco Bell, drive through and dine in. We went in anyways to order. After ordering, then sitting down we are hearing the customers talk about how long it been. They've been there for about an hour or so. The staff was calling food and no one was claiming, so after a certain time they said anyone could take it. I leave a 5 star review because of how this team handled tonight. They had many upset customers that weren't so understanding of the situation and they handled it with kindness. They worked together as a team when they realized things have gotten out of hand. The manager was amazing! Cheering on her team and working with them. Some people don't understand how you can get in the weeds just like that and it's hard to get out of it. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The place is fully packed with employees that barely made it out of middle school if I had to guess. The incompetency is a level I've never experienced. They are rude, slow and when you order something...especially close to closing time, they tell you they don't have it. The supplies and condiments are always empty too. I usually go to TB when in a hurry for cheap fast food but I'll wait and pay the extra money to save myself the annoying experience. Good. Golly. By far one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. And let me tell ya, I used to eat Taco Bell at minimum 10 times a week. First off, customer service is at an all-time low. We ordered two chicken quesadillas, a Crunchwrap supreme and a chalupa supreme (pictures listed below for your dismay). It took well over 15 minutes to get our order and I would say, in a less than mildly busy atmosphere. While standing there, one of the females is expressing to her coworker that nothing was done on the previous shift using several loud explicatives for patrons to hear. We opened our food in the car while already on the highway and discovered three out of four items burnt. The quesadillas had next to zero sauce on them which would have significantly helped to mask the bbq briquette taste of the tortilla. When bitten into, it was like biting into a stale tortilla chip. The Crunchwrap was also burnt but at least had the nacho cheese and sour cream to mask the taste of ash. The chalupa supreme was cold and missing tomatoes. I've given this location more than a few opportunities to improve before this 1-Star review. Sometimes you're just short-staffed. Sometimes you're having an off day. I'm generally patient; I generally try to keep things in perspective. I get no personal gratification, no satisfaction in firing off a 1-Star review. It's a bummer. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Pains me to say that but Take my word. I don't care if your RV breaks down out front. Walk a few extra blocks to another eatery. Hell, hitchhike to the mediocre pizza joint, We Cook, in Tusayan. Their pizza isn't anything to write home about, but the service is dependable and they're always on top of it. But when you receive the same disappointing service a half dozen times, you gotta admit defeat. I'm embarrassed to say that I probably gave this Taco Bell a half dozen opportunities to surprise me, to talk me out of writing this review. Every time, even when I'm the only person in the drive thru line, even when I'm asking for a bean burrito, just some beans slapped into a tortilla, nothing fancy, they've asked me to park and wait. Again, I'm generally patient. But when 25 minutes turns into 35 mins, and I walk in with receipt in hand and ... I can't flag anyone down. No one is making eye contact, no one wants to provide me with some clarity. The "If we don't acknowledge him, maybe he will go away" customer service strategy is alive and well at this Taco Bell in Williams, Az. And again, at least a half dozen consecutive times over 2-3 months. I'm actually embarrassed to say I gave them so many chances. Please trust this and the other negative reviews and avoid this taco bell at all costs. I just received the worst service I have ever gotten at any taco bell from this location. I stopped in and ordered a #7 which was clearly labeled CHICKEN quesadilla. When I got my food I realized it was a cheese quesadilla with no chicken. The manager said I have to specify that I wanted that even though the board clearly stated chicken on it, not chicken OR cheese. I didn't like this so I asked for a refund which she at first refused to provide. And said they only do remakes not refunds. I said no, I didn't ask for a remake I want a refund. She then RUDELY SNATCHED THE BAG out of my hand disappeared back into the kitchen and came back saying she remade it and I again asked for a refund. The manager continued to not listen to me and argue with me about it and I had to repeat my request for a refund 5 or more times before she finally gave me a partial refund for the quesadilla portion of the #7 meal or claimed to. Never before had a restaurant refuse to refund like that when they mess up and easy order, which I hadn't even eaten any of. While on a road trip we stopped to grab a couple burritos and a quesadilla to share. We went to the counter inside and were promptly and courteously helped. We had our food inside of 2 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. We went there for dinner after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Only to have to wait 1 hour before having to leave because our food still wasn't out. I would rate this a zero. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Actually this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. We arrived at 7:15PM. There was only one car in the drive through and the parking lot was desolate. We ordered our food and then sat in the drive through line for 12 minutes while the car in front of us was at the window. When we pulled up the guy told us that they "had to thaw the beef" and that it was gonna take a while. Had no time estimate just told us to pull forward. We asked if we could have the rest of the food while we wait (we got two beefy burritos, one bean and cheese burrito, and 4 cheesy roll ups). The guy said that there were 4 mobile orders ahead of us and so he couldn't. That was frustrating since at that point it had been 12 minutes since we ordered. We stopped to grab a bite to eat on our way to Grand Canyon. It was one of the few options along the highway, so we exited the fwy and came across this fast food joint. Ordered the following: Chicken burrito - I ate this; pretty good, size was reasonable for only $1.69 Soft taco - only $0.99 cents! 5 chicken hot wings - deep fried and lots of batter. Supreme gordita - my husband had this; didn't think it was worth the $1.99 (my chicken burrito tasted better in my opinion) it was just a larger version of the soft taco with a thicker tortilla! This was the WORST Taco Bell experience I have ever had. My husband and I were visiting family in Williams and we wanted a snack. We went to Taco Bells drive thru and when we got our food, my husband handed me the bag. I instantly felt something wet and slimy on the bottom of the bag. It was a LOOGIE. I got it on my hand and instantly wanted to puke. We reversed to show the lady at the window. When we showed her the bag and told her about the loogie, she didn't even seem to care. LIKE IT DIDN'T EVEN PHASE HER. She just said "Oh... do you want another bag?" We got another bag and drove off. I couldn't even finish my food. I only ate half a burrito and threw the rest of our meal away. All I could think about, while eating, was the loogie and how gross their kitchen may be. I was so grossed out. Later, I heard that this specific Taco Bell has failed their health inspection twice. I'm not sure if it's true, but it wouldn't surprise me. I have never written a bad review for anything before. I've never felt the need to. I'm not a difficult person. But this time I felt like I had to write a review. My husband and I LOVED Taco Bell. It had been our favorite place to go together for 9 years. When we got married, we even went there after our wedding and took pictures out front. That is how much we love Taco Bell. I've had a lot of bad customer service, but this was absolutely ridiculous. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 soft tacos (no lettuce, extra cheese) with no apology from the staff and when I brought to their attention that we were still waiting they acted like we were an inconvenience. When the food was finally ready, the order was wrong. Please just do your job and get the right food out to the customer, in a few timely manner. The behavior of the female order taker including walking around behind the counter slowly and rolling her eyes. WORST Taco Bell drive-thru I have EVER been to... Was told to "please wait" when pulling up to the speaker to place my order... Then, after placing my order, waited behind ONE car for 15min!! Finally got to the window, thinking that the worst of the waiting was over, but instead, was left waiting at the window for another 15min!! By the time we got to the window, I seriously contemplated just driving away in disgust. The only positive thing about the experience was that the drive-thru worker maintained a pleasant, professional attitude --even apologizing for the wait, the order was right and the food was tasty.
