This DQ is a nice one! It has more options than the typical DQ's! There's a freezer-full of ice cream cakes, twist soft serve, & cookie crumble-dipped cone, in addition to the shakes, cones, & blizzards! It's not a fancy place, but functional with friendly staff. They add extra large sized blizzard in addition to the regular sizes. Kids & hubby got large blizzards that were filled past the top rim concentrates with candies. My medium dipped cone didn't disappoint either! If you love ice cream & happen to pass Williams, it's worth stopping by here!

I've been here 6 years ago and everything as far as set-up and looks are still the same. The prices have gone up, but that's always expected. The service is okay and the food is average This is definitely the place to be if you want ice cream or shakes. This place can get pretty busy, especially during the summertime. Thank you.

Stopped by DQ in Williams AZ on Route 66. It was a cute vintage style location, I totally got barn yard feels. We ordered the double burger, chili cheese dog, grape slush, and the smores shake. Everything was delicious! They were super busy, but the girls behind the counter were so nice. We'd come here again! Happy Eats

This is a disgrace to all grilled cheese sandwiches in the universe.

What. In. Tarnation. Is going on at this place. My grilled cheese looks like a 4 year old prepared it (see photo) It's actually quite comical, because it's so disgraceful. This must be a joke.....

This is a cute small dairy queen. We enjoyed our desserts! The gals working here were very nice and helpful. Love the old timey sign out front.

Had the "chicken nuggets " since they do not have strips . They were awful. Tasted like fried in fish oil. The meat/chicken was terrible.

Children are allowed in this brewhouse, but I found it to not be the most exciting place to bring children. The bar had two arcade-like games (a shooting game and ski-ball). The shooting game was broken but charged us anyway (a manager had to refund us), and the ski-ball was entertaining, but with the amount of kids, and there only being one machine, it was a challenge. I wouldn't call this a sports bar either. There were some TVs but nothing big or to write home about. Come here for a chill time with adults to enjoy conversation and great beer. They have a fairly large merch section in the back, with tons of great shirts and items to take home.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

The setup is counter-service, and one thing that caught me off guard was being asked to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs before we'd even seen either area. I picked upstairs, but after getting up there, I probably would have preferred downstairs. The upstairs bar was closed, which made the space feel a little empty. Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.

I really liked the Ma/Pa restaurant feel, which gave it that homemade, comfort feel. Inside, they had a small souvenir shop with nicknacks, hats, shirts, cups, and more. I had a traditional type breakfast plate with a side of biscuits and gravy. It all came together with eggs, hash browns bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The food was great. The eggs were a little bland, but nothing bad. The bacon could have been a little more crispy. My fave from the whole plate was the biscuits and gravy! It had good flavor to it and the biscuits tasted fresh and soft, like they were homemade! Later that evening, we were craving chicken wings for dinner. When we checked Yelp for places with chicken wings, this place appeared with positive comments about the wings. So we ordered to-go from here for dinner. We had bbq chicken wings, French fries, and fried zucchini. The chicken wings were great very saucy, which I like! The zucchini pieces could have used a little flavor. Though they were fried perfectly and tasted fresh when ate them, they probably could have used a little more salt or something. It seemed a little bland to my taste, but overall they were delicious! Portions for both breakfast and dinner were huge! So come hungry! Overall, the service and food were great! Definitely worth a try if you're a first timer. Thank you for the great service and food!

We asked what the turnaround time was, and the gentleman said about a half an hour. As I mentioned, the entire town was busy, so we decided to stay for lunch. Everything on the menu sounded good, but We decided to split the hog pizza, With. Tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, italian sausage and salami. They use a woodfired oven, which makes for a much higher quality pie.... Our food came at almost exactly a half an hour. It was a very decent sized pizza. The crust was perfect, and it was also a good quality, tomato sauce, with just a little bit of a "tang" to it. They were generous with the cheese and the meats, and you could tell that they were using a very good quality meat. It was an excellent pizza. They had a couple of "Arizona gunslinger" hot sauces is on the table. I didn't care for the red sauce, but I loved the green sauce. It's a jalapeño based sauce, but the jalapeño didn't take over the rest of the sauce. It had a complex slightly sweet flavor, and not too much of a "kick". It said "smokin ' hot" on the bottle, but it wasn't all heat. The complex flavor played very well with the heat I liked it so much, I asked if they sold it in their gift shop, and they said no, but there was a shop a couple of doors down that carries it. I wish I would remember the name of the shop. It was your standard gift shop, but they had a huge selection of hot sauces available I got my bottle, and I'm glad I brought it home. I love this stuff. I hear that you can also buy it in grocery stores around Arizona. The price for the pizza was extremely reasonable, for all we got, and as I mentioned, this place has a gift shop, as well as a full bar. This is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Thanks.

I couldn't finish the nachos. Don't skip the lava cake -- it's rich, warm, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Our waitress was genuinely friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. But here's the eh best part: she handed us our cups with a big smile and said, "Y'all get whatever you want from the soda fountain -- Coke, lemonade, water, or whatever." The way she said it made it feel like it was included with the meal. I usually stick with water, but I went for a Sprite instead... and yep, it turned out to be extra. I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.
