The restaurant is cozy, clean, and well appointed. I loved the fresh tablecloths for each new guest. I also loved the starched red napkins. I had a blackberry old fashioned and my wife had a pomegranate martini. Both were balanced and fair pours. The Old Fashioned could have been mixed with ice before hitting the glass, but I am picky that way. We both had ribeye steaks and the kitchen nailed the temps. The cuts were average and the seasoning was a bit light. Our sides were hot. We ended the meal with the Chocolate Trilogy dessert and it was scrumptious. The cocktails are superb and the food is very good. I felt that the pricing was pretty low compared to a major metro area steakhouse. The people were the best.

So now for the important stuff. Pizza took 38 min to come out on top of the 30+ minutes to order. The pizza was tasty, I will say. Beers were average. Had the IPA and a oktoberfest Marzen. I would not recommend this place during the Polar Express season. Maybe on a slower night it would be tolerable.

I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.

If we're in the area again, we would definitely go back.

Parking is the standard small town curbside parallel parking. There is a small gift shop with some interesting signs (see photo). I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.
