Decent place for a slice in Williams AZ. We were craving some pizza so we decided to give 66 Italian Bistro a shot. Service was good, our server was friendly and attentive, although the place was pretty empty. We ordered a margarita pizza and an order of the cheese sticks. They both came out at the same time. The cheese "sticks" are actually a whole cheese pizza with a side of marinara. It was pretty good and cheesy and the marinara that came with it was also good. The pizza on the other hand was just ok. Seemed like it could have used more time in the oven as the center was a bit soggy and caused all the toppings to flop off. The cheese could have been melted a bit more and the sauce on the pizza was not the same as the cheese sticks. It was a bit bland. We would probably try it again if in the area and wanting pizza as your choices here are a bit limited. Would probably ask them to make it well done though. read more

The service was quick and efficient. Our food arrived quickly without any issues. The restaurant has a pleasant, friendly ambience. My issues are with the food. My pizza was overly burnt and inedible in some parts of the crust and too undercooked in others. The veggies on my pizza were soggy. I couldn't finish my meal. My son's lasagna was basic and an extremely small serving for the price. I was disappointed. For $100 for 4 people, I expected better quality food. Came on a Monday evening. First off this is literally the best side salad I've ever had, hahaha. $6 and very good. Got the kids pizza and a couple beers to go with. After our horrible dine out experience at a different restaurant last night, we decided to carry out and eat in our hotel room. The food exceeded our expectations. I wanted Italian food. They didn't have a huge selection of pasta dishes but we ordered anyway. My boyfriend got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and I had the lasagna. Both were flavorful and delicious. The longer I am in Williams the more I feel like everything is real eclectic. I had added this restaurant to my yelp bookmark based on reviews and recommendations from our rental owner. The best part: Friendly service, food was warm, interior seating available. This is a bar first food bonus establishment. Like if you are coming for a drink-bonus some good food. We came as a family just for food so, a little different expectation Favorite foods ordered: Side salad (crisp and fresh)-but came with 1 small clump of goat cheese . Super fresh tomatoes Kids buttered noodles Cheese pizza Downside: No water refills (it is a counter order establishment then find your own seat) Kid portions at $9 were small for our kids. We did second dinner at home. Other food tried there: Italian soup (quirky, but good flavor a wee salty for personal taste-didn't get more than 3 spoons in) And Lasagna-thick sauce and very soft pasta layers In the end I like eating out and trying new places. I would order the cheese pizza again and the salad We came expecting it to be an Italian bistro, but it is a large bar with counter order food. The wait was about 15 minutes to order and food cane out timely after that. This is not a foodie's destination town. Beer was good, salad was very good and the pizza was good, but could have been great if our crust had not been burnt. It was black! Chad, the bartender, sat down with us as we tasted a sample of beers and to our surprise went for the Alternative Facts IPA -- being dark-beer lovers, we never would've been so delighted without such attentiveness from Chad. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and this carries through with the food and whole feel of the place. Some locals sat at the bar and chatting with staff, which is also a good sign. The side salad was fresh, lightly dressed, croutons clearly fresh -- it's the little details that matter. We then had the Romeo and Juliet pizza (olives, pepperoni, red pepper) and we ate the whole thing. (Sorry, no picture! It was that good.) The menu looked good so we ordered an assortment. Unfortunately, everything was a fail. One kiddo ordered the buttered noodles and the other a pizza. I ordered a supreme pizza and my husband ordered the pesto chicken. Both pasta dishes were absolutely flavorless. A foundational rule for cooking pasta is properly salting the cooking water. This is because pasta just can't recover from that lack of seasoning. The pastas were so bad that they were put aside and we made due with the pizzas. They were undercooked and soggy though. There was no browning on the cheese or crispy pepperoni edges. Basically, we ate the crust and picked off certain toppings. After tip, this was a $72 meal - keeping in mind that you order at the bar and service your own drinks. We will not return. read more

You had me at "grated" parmesan and Salt River Lager! What a delightful place to stop in for wood fired pizza and a micro brew. The vibe is cool and collected. Oldies playing as you enjoy your beverage of choice, not too loud so that you can enjoy your conversation without shouting. Pasta is also on the menu and portions are big enough to share. Also on the menu is wine to pair with your pasta, but pizza definitely calls for a pint of their craft brew. Friendly staff and fast service. Stop in even if you see a line out front. I've been to Williams a lot and have never stopped here but was impressed and upset that I didn't stop here sooner. The pasta and pizza is amazing especially since it's all made in a wood oven. Yes everything is cooked in a wood oven. Other than the food the drink list is amazing and if you're not sure what to order, they have a flight for wine and beer. 6 glasses of wine to try or 8 glasses of beer to try!! What an epic flip of a coin decision. First of. Wow the pizza was pretty epic. But the entire experience started when we walked in. The place was packed but Ryan came over and took our name. This restaurant is conveniently located near the Grand Canyon railway. You need to order all at the bar and then find a seat where food will be brought to you via a number. There can be quite a line of people waiting to order. You pay right when you order so need to tip then if using a card, before you even taste anything. The menu is somewhat limited. Only 5 pizza types on the menu and you cannot customize any. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and tried to get mushrooms on half of it because husband and I like different pizzas. They would not do that. Despite that hiccup, the pizza was tasty and had a good crust such that even the ends were good. Pizzas ranged $20 plus. We also ordered some cheesy bread with marinara at $12. We did not try the pasta but there were only 3 selections. Sodas are serve yourself. Not sure if would return because of various limitations. read more

We were at Williams for a stay while we were going to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. It was surprisingly yummy for such a small town. We sat at the bar because it was very busy on a Monday night when we arrived during Spring Break. The service was slow because she was busy making many drinks. There is only one bartender. The Penne Bolognese was kind of sweet. The feticinne was good but there was no broccoli available. The kids liked their pizza, it is good quality ingredients. The place sells cute tshirts. If you go during the day, it is super close to the zipline, which is a fun thing to do. The trains for grand canyon are also very close. read more

We stopped here after a long, exhausting vacation with 2 kids under 4 years old. It was our last night here and I am SO happy we stopped to check this place out! Matthew provided extremely great service. The food was So good!! (Especially after eating at that railroad inn "resort" that food was terrible!) also the drinks were tasty as well. After a pretty terrible experience at Historic Brewery, walked over to The Station 66 and had the total opposite experience. The bartenders were absolutely AMAZING!!! Good good, great drinks and even better conversation with the staff! Bartender with the braces (sorry, never got his name) was absolutely humble, knowledgeable and quick with his service. Super cute vibey restaurant in the middle of the downtown area. My husband and I are just passing through and are very happy we came to this place. I got the Mac and cheese and he the Classico 21! The Mac n cheese was made with their homemade sauce popped into their wood fire oven for a nice crispy top. The pizza was made with amazing crust, feta, prosciutto, and topped with arugula and the perfect drizzle of olive oil.
