Went to bar sunday march 29 , 2026 afternoon, bartender totally ignored us. We finally left. I live in Williams and would always recommend the saloon to tourist. I will no longer recommend this bar or go there anymore till I find out bartender is no longer there. I would recommend the Canyon Club. read more

It was really lovely. We came for Christmas and they had volunteers serving buffet and we picked that instead of things off of the menu. The food was delicious! Bartender "Lisa" has a bad attitude. As a first time visitor to Williams AZ we were shocked to see how she treated us. Went to the bar for Sunday Night Football, but "Lisa" told she doesn't watch TV and can't find it. Food was excellent but we left after eating because we felt unwelcome. The margaritas are hand made and delicious. Let's just get that right out there. I was dubious when I found that the bartender waits tables, but our service was excellent. My husband had the tempura shrimp and really enjoyed it. I was super hungry and had the sirloin which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and was the perfect temperature. The baked potato was large and also cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed dinner here and highly recommend. read more

Our server was brand new and wasn't able to help much with my beer choice. Part of our order came out and then we got more of it 10 minutes later. We had to ask for missing items which came after that. The manager kindly gave us 10% off. After that, the food was not great. The highlight was the crispy seasoned fries. We stopped in here a couple of times. The bartender was always very friendly. She is very involved in the local activities and gave us lots of good tips for what to do in the area. The resident cat, Tuffy, also hangs out on one of the dining table chairs and stopped at the bar for some cream while we were there. We only got drinks the first time we were in but ordered the bar snacks sampler the second time. My husband loves fried bar food and wanted to try the tamale bites which he really liked. The jalapeno bottle caps were also very good, and you get the more of those than the other items. The cheese ravioli was a bit flavorless and the sriracha chicken was a bit dry. The jalapeno poppers were ok. They share a kitchen with the other restaurants that are part of the Wild West Junction area. The Grand Canyon was stop one on a recent family road trip along with a stay in Williams. Wifey and I decided to do some laundry at a local laundromat. Family road trips produce a lot of dirty laundry. After putting a few loads into the washer, we had some time to kill. What better way to kill some time than to search out some alcoholic beverages. So, we stumbled upon this joint which was right around the corner from the laundromat. First impression - fills all the boxes for a cool, local dive. Dollar bills pinned to the walls, locals hanging out, bartender that know everyone. As an added bonus, there is a local cat that will sit on a barstool and lap up cream from the counter. We quaffed a couple of drinks, switched over our laundry and came back for another round. Even scribbled on a dollar and stapled it to the wall...it's in the corner at the end of the bar by the clock if you stop by. Check it out. read more

We were in Williams this past weekend for the Historic Route 66 Car Show. Staff was rude, service was lousy, food was cold when delivered and overpriced. No ambiance or air conditioning. Will not eat there again much better places in town. read more

So where do I begin with the Longhorn Saloon? This is a bit of a run-down saloon that is better suited to serving beer and other drinks than it is for serving food. If you are going there for a drink, it will do just fine with its rustic decor and tributes to various icons of the past. However, if you are also looking for a meal... well, let me just say that my experience was not the greatest. I walked in around 7pm on a weekday night... there wasn't that much business going on, but it turns out there was all of one wait staff present. This slowed things down tremendously. Looking over the menu I finally decided on a steak... which also took much longer to arrive on the table in front of me than I expected. It doesn't end there, though... taking a bite of the food, it turned out to be bland and tasteless... it is as if the cook had never heard of seasoning. Seriously... beef needs to be seasoned properly when it is cooked, or else it is just a lifeless block of protein. Service never improved during my time there in the saloon. Refills on simple glasses of water took entirely too long, and once I was done, I had to hunt down the wait staff to pay my bill, because I got tired of waiting for her to appear after fifteen minutes of sitting there with nothing in front of me. If I ever return to the area, you can bet that I will look for somewhere else to try first. read more

Visiting from California, I want to say that I highly recommend coming down to this Saloon. I loved the atmosphere. People were very friendly, you're able to sit outside and watch someone perform music. If you're an outdoors person, like a laid back small town atmosphere this is the area to go to. The bartender got mine and my husband's drink just right. It's interesting to read what every dollar has written on it. Give this place a try. read more

Food was decent. There was a sign at the entrance that said order at the bar but we ended up having a server (who checked on us regularly and seemed to be a good waitress). There was no hostess.I think a greeter is needed here or a sign that says self seating. The food it's self was a 7 out of 10 which isn't too shabby. Great place! Local watering hole atmosphere, but welcoming to strangers. Four of us all had the 6oz Tenderloin dinner. One ordered cooked well, the rest Med-rare. All cooked to perfection. Seasoned just right. Baked potato, corn on the cob & a Hawaiian style roll. Couldn't have asked for better! Service was great & timely, even though it was busy. Awesome little saloon with a lot of atmosphere and the food is great! The service was great, and there's even a barber shop at the wild west Junction! You can rent quaint rooms if you'd like to stay overnight as well, all with a western theme. read more

Needs improvement. There is no one to greet you when you walk in and no signs to help you figure out what to do. They have an unusual service method but don't really tell customers how it works so you have to ask other people. This is bad practice especially in a tourist location like Williams,AZ. Basically if you want a drink you go to the bar and order a drink. That's not so hard to figure out but if you want to dine there you go to the back of the outside patio and order at the register. There is no menu board like other restaurants that are self order and it wasn't clear how seating worked. It turned out to be self assigned seat your self. Again no signs to let you know this. Once you order they give you a number and you prepay for your food. They lady told three times it would take 45 minutes to an hour. No problem as this was a Saturday night and waiting typically can take that long. Almost seemed like she was trying to discourage us from ordering. We ordered our food which later we were told they were out of Prime Rib no problem we opted for the rib eye. Funny thing is they still have a person who delivers the food to your table not sure why they don't just use that person to also take your order. From a business standpoint they are loosing revenue. If I would have had a waitress I would of ordered more drinks. And of course if I really wanted more drinks I would have had to leave my table go to the bar order and pay for my drinks again separately. This is inconvenient so if course I never ordered another drink. Drinks are a very profitable aspect in the restaurant business so this company is really losing revenue from its current operational method. It was a new business from what I heard so perhaps they will learn their way through it. The steak was great but my mash potatoes were on the colder side meaning there is need for improvement. It's not the quality of the food but the management that needs to improve its service implementation. FYI found out the servers who bring the food out also have clear the tables and do the dishes. Started out good until a drunk man came in and started harassing us. We were sitting in a booth minding our own business and he was dancing drunk at our table harassing us. We were then being watched by a group of about 6 ppl. Comments were being made behind our back and we felt so uncomfortable and not welcome that we left. This place is NOT LGBT friendly. We were escorted out by that group and waved bye as we quietly left on our own terms. I will not post the comments that were made behind our back but it wasn't pleasant and could of went sour very fast if we hadn't have left when we did. Food was decent. read more

The inside of this bar is crazy awesome! Every surface is covered with dollars and other bills from around the world. Happy hour is literally an hour and it's worth it! The servers here are rockstars, btw, and the outdoor patio is large with plenty of shade and with cowboys hanging out in between gunfights. read more

Food is kinda okay, smoked ribs seemed to have been cooked in a crock pot. The burgers are always good as well as the chili. Depending on which server you get makes it worth going. The last time we was there. A very intoxicated butthead was talking very loud using the F word. He was way beyond his limit and should have been cut off and kicked out but the bartenders seem to cater to him. This happened twice so far and we just turn around and leave.
