Service was good and friendly, for our entrees we ordered - the grilled porkchop which came with potato gratin and broccolini (my hubby), braised short rib which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli (my best friend) and I got the miso glazed salmon bowl and a side of fries. The meat was dry for both my hubby and best friend's meals, perhaps it was overcooked, and the sides were just okay. My meal on the other hand was delicious, super flavorful, the salmon was perfectly cooked and everything went together nicely. The side of fries were also delicious! Went here to celebrate my brother's graduation. The service was a little meh , but they were extremely packed that day, so that likely played a part. The restaurant was very busy and service was pretty slow at times. There were moments when we had to go look for our waiter, but he was nice and polite throughout the experience. The pasta was light yet a hearty portion, the classic Caesar well mixed and the New York cheesecake was thick and filling. I did not try any wine or cocktails. The restaurant was busy and filled with patrons on an early Friday evening but the staff was very efficient. The tables we had were round and pushed together which made it a little tight for those sitting on the bench to get in and out and the restaurant is very dimly lit. First visit to Station 4 in many years. I use to frequent here when they first opened for their happy hour, which was very nice. I decided to go to Station 4 for Sunday brunch after I saw a video on social media. Very nice spot and the food is a little different for a brunch. I wanted to go because of the music and good vibes I saw from the video. I will see it was just that too (karaoke and dancing). I ordered the Western omelet, side of home fries, and bottomless peach Bellini. The drink was warm and after the first one the rest the other 2 were weak. The omelet and home fries were good (came out lukewarm), but the fries were more roasted garlic potatoes, not fried potatoes w/ onions. I love potatoes so they were tasty, but letting you know so you will not go looking for potatoes and onions. The service (UGH) ... they charge 20% gratitude, however, they service was only worth 5%. My girlfriends ordered they drinks only 2 came out and the other one took 20mins to get after reminding our waitress twice. We had bottomless drinks, but trying to get the waitress attention was a task. Was not happy with the service at all. Now, I'm going to preface this by saying I was with a group of about 10 people and we went during Sunday brunch hours. But the service was overall a bit slow and our server some overwhelmed a bit. It did gradually get better but if you're going with a group here, maybe be sure to pack your patience because there may be a bit of a wait on both your drinks and food. The ambiance is typical American food, eatery, brunch style and establishment. Nothing overly impressive about it but it was clean and welcoming. Our group was in an outside part under an awning that was heated which was nice, seeing as it was winter time. Now for the eats, I had the recommended burger cooked medium rare. It was very good! Extremely favorable, well made, and filling. Would highly recommend. My friend had the chicken and waffles. It's a pretty common brunch item but she said she enjoyed it. Decided to visit this place for brunch on a Sunday with my mom. The menu seemed nice online. A reservation is a MUST!! We were greeted at the door with music and karaoke. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is a large with an attached sunroom. The sunroom is perfect if you aren't interested in hearing the music. Parking is limited on the street or in the public garage under Safeway. You also take the train to the waterfront exit. The restaurant is across the street from the train station. Initially the host was going to seat us away from the crowd secluded behind a wall. I immediately requested a table to see the karaoke. The hostesses accommodated us quickly with another table. The chair closest to me had an unstable leg, the hostess moved the chair beside me inside of removing the chair all together. That seemed like a bad idea tbh. Someone could get hurt if the chair collapsed. Menu: The brunch special were a two select menu options and unlimited mimosas for 90mins for $45 or an upscale menu with unlimited mimosas for $60. FYI there is a 30% gratuity on all bills. 30% is really excessive tbh Order: Breakfast burger with fries. I ordered a medium well burger and received a well done burger. 4/5 for the order being wrong Eggs Benedict - with ham and breakfast potatoes. 5/5 Mimosas were large and delicious. We had the unlimited pineapple and cranberry. Service- Our waitress wasn't absent. She only checked on us once. We had to get other waiters to refill out mimosas. Overall, I enjoyed my brunch. I chose the Caesar salad as an appetizer, the crab stuffed salmon as my entree, and chocolate molten lava cake for dessert. The salad was really good! The manager then stated he would accommodate us in a "private room" which was only some curtains SMH. My nieces and I decided to check the brunch out here on a Saturday afternoon. We were blessed with MK as our server, he was absolutely wonderful! Our reservation was for 1:15 and of course my nieces were running behind, but the hostess sat me without wait or issue and I was immediately able to choose if I wanted to participate in bottomless cocktails or just a single and if I wanted to I also could have ordered. I will say their deal for an entree and bottomless mimosas for $45 is quite affordable, well at least to begin with and you also have the option of Bellini's, bloody Marys, lemon drops and margaritas for an additional fee......remember in DC tax is 10% and gratuity is usually automatic between 18%-22%(here it was 20%). Overall it was still under $100 which is the typical brunch price in the area. Let's get into the food, I had shrimp shashuka with over medium eggs, which was delicious. My nieces had French toast and steak and eggs which they both loved. There was not a single complaint. Most brunch spots when you opt for bottomless, you're searching for your server for a refill, not here MK kept our glasses filled creating a very enjoyable experience! I will definitely be back. Now for parking, just park in the Safeway parking lot it's about $20, but that's cheaper than a ticket in DC and lower than most parking garages in that area and it's literally across the street. I placed a reservation and upon arrival I was seated with ease. The place is stunning, inside and out -- how did this one slip through my radar all these years?! The tables were adjusted based on expecting a full house, and they told us in advance about the time limit. It's a bottomless drink ordeal here, and with karaoke?? Sheesh, folks were losing their minds haha. For food, I got the blackened chicken shashuka, something I've never had before. I liked it, though it wasn't hot hot when I received it. It wasn't cool enough to be worth sending back, but indeed worth noting. My friend's order took quite a while, only to be received incorrectly. And swapping it out took an awful long time, unfortunately. Aside from that blip, I thought the place was a blast, and know that it was a full house, so this happens.
