RV show
Lisa S.

Always a great place to go. Went for the RV show, so many choices. From 6000 to 5th wheels.

Came here to watch Bruno Mars last month and the show was phenomenal. If you don't have the height, though, do NOT get the floor seats because you will spend a lot of time looking at the screen. It would have been helpful if there were traffic attendants at the light because this was what took us the longest. Make sure you arrive 1 hr early so you can get food and find your seats.

There's something about walking into State Farm Stadium that feels bigger than the reason you came. Doesn't matter if it's football, a concert, or a full-blown spectacle with 70,000 people packed in like a living, breathing organism you feel it the second you step inside. The hum. The anticipation. The kind of energy that doesn't ask permission. This place is a machine. Opened in 2006, built like some kind of desert cathedral to noise and chaos, it holds over 63,000 people and stretches past 70,000 when things really get out of hand. And somehow... it works. You've got this retractable roof smooth, deliberate, almost theatrical and beneath it, a field that literally rolls outside like it's clocking out for the day. Not metaphorically. Actually rolls out on steel tracks, soaking up the Arizona sun before sliding back in for showtime. It's not just engineering. It's show business. But what sticks with you isn't the mechanics it's the feeling. I've been there when the roof's open, and that desert air sneaks in. Not the brutal, punishing heat Arizona's known for but that warm, forgiving breeze. The kind that reminds you you're alive without trying to kill you. It's perfect in those in-between months, when the weather finally loosens its grip and lets you breathe. And then there's the crowd. That many people in one place cheering, yelling, singing, half-losing their minds it shouldn't feel comfortable. It should feel dangerous. And maybe it is, just a little. But there's camaraderie in it. Strangers high-fiving like old friends. Everyone chasing the same moment, whether it's a touchdown or a guitar solo. The food? Better than it needs to be. The drinks? Cold enough to keep you grounded. Just barely. Because once you're in it in the noise, the lights, the movement you realize this isn't just a stadium. It's a controlled kind of chaos. A place built to hold human emotion at full volume without letting it spill over the edges. And somehow... it doesn't feel overwhelming. It feels right. You come for the event. You stay for the experience. And somewhere in the middle of it all, you realize you're part of the show now.

Enjoying our seats!

Great preseason game with the cowboys and the cardinals - even though we lost! But it was nice to see the staff enthusiastic about starting season. The food was good, game Was hyped up, and everyone was having a good time!

Don't really love this stadium. During football games they don't make the space for concessions wide enough and there are just so many people. Also I am (mostly) a vegetarian and there is absolutely nothing for a vegetarian except pretzels and sweets -- so that makes me cranky. I went to a pre-season game for the cardinals and don't take 91st to get to the parking lot -- it was an absolute cluster -- I should have arrived early but because of the traffic we arrived almost 40 minutes late. Also after walking all the way from the parking lot with my little crossbody bag (about a 10 minute walk from the yellow lot) they wouldn't let me in as my bag was too big!! It was actually so small so I was so annoyed -- they told me there was a locker to check your bags just outside the stadium -- I go over there and it is a sketchy 18 wheeler and it costs $20 -- I started to walk back to my car but got lost and didn't want to be any later so I ended up checking my bag there -- it was fine but I was so sketched out by the setup!! Even people that had clear bags couldn't bring them in because they were too big!! So make sure you don't do that! Overall I wasn't too impressed with the stadium. I will be back in a few weeks for a regular season game and sitting in the nose bleeds so I will report back on that experience!

I live in Las Vegas but I traveled to Glendale to watch my guys in teal and gold (aka Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars) take on the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium on 11/23/25. Out of all 30 football stadiums in America, this is the second one I've visited so far, the first being Allegiant Stadium back up in Vegas. I decided to take my friend and former coworker with me to the game; she and her son moved to Glendale last summer and they have State Farm Stadium literally in their backyard. Since this is a review for State Farm Stadium, I'm not going to talk too much about the Jaguars, as I do not want to push the buttons of Cardinals fans. And yes, I did watch the Jaguars play in Vegas three weeks ago. I had a groupie phase that dissolved a long, long time ago, but I followed them to Glendale so I could watch them, specifically Trevor, play one more time this season. We arrived at the stadium about an hour before doors opened, so we spent that time walking around, figuring out our recommended gate entrance, and watching other football games that were on. I found some really good seats just above the visiting team sideline at a reasonable price. Maybe it's just me or I'm used to the seats at Allegiant Stadium being crazy expensive. We sat in section 125, row 31 in seats 21 and 22 with an awesome view of the field. Their retractable roof was closed during this game because of the rain they had over the weekend. State Farm Stadium is a tad smaller than Allegiant Stadium, but still a good size. One mind blowing thing that they did before the game began is that they bought back every former Arizona Cardinals cheerleader dating back to 1984. Just seeing them come out endlessly was wild and I thought that it wasn't going to stop. I stayed at a hotel right across the street from the stadium, which saved me money by not parking onsite or parking at my hotel because I didn't have a car. I can't remember how much it was to park at the stadium, but it was $30 to park at my hotel. We sat next to a Cardinals season ticket holder, who recommended to us a really good food stand that was behind our section, called Pork on a Fork. He said that they have an excellent nacho brisket dish, and he was correct! My friend and I shared this and although the cheese was something (a little on the spicy side), it was delicious. I also had two Sunday Margarita drinks and I wish I had more. I didn't have to worry about driving, but I did had a flight to catch back home the next day. Our seats were behind Hyundai Gate 2, making entering and exiting very easy and simple. We stayed the entire game, which was sent into overtime and it ended up being a very close one. After this game, I went back to my hotel and traveled home the next day happy with a Jaguars win.

BRUNO MARS CONCERT 4/14/26!!
Renée M.

Went to see the Bruno Mars Romantic Tour concert with my cousins and it was a fantastic experience!! We sat on the floor in the 20th row and the vibe was just great!! Took awhile to get thru once we passed the security check-in and were filtering down a few levels to get to the floor. Of course there were a ton of people and we were packed like sardines but the flow was smooth and people were patient. Once we got to our seats, we got situated and Leon Thomas was already midway as the opening act. There was a slight mixup as one chair, the "30th" seat was missing on our row and we ended up moving down one seat to our left as the group with the seating issue kept trying to figure it out. Some numbers were missing on our seats but mine was visible and we could verify where we were seated. Luckily, our seat neighbors were nice people and accommodating since there seemed to be an extra seat that was empty. When we first arrived, there were some people who sat near our seats that weren't supposed to be there but you know there's always one of those so they moved. It was fun and festive. The woman in front of us with her daughter was recording the whole time as well as the lone guy next to my cousin who was doing the same and singing to EVERY SONG, LOL!! Thankfully we never had to use the bathroom as we went during dinner right before the concert. There were Porta-Pottys on the floor level inside as your bathroom. Also, you couldn't take an actual canned drink inside. Attendants had you put them in a cup unless they weren't paying attention and you had your drink in your see-thru backpack like the guy in front of me walking in. Speaking of, you need to look at bag dimensions and restrictions prior to going to the events. I looked ahead of time and brought a clear, plastic purse within the allowed guidelines/dimensions. Acoustics were great, there was never a glitch, 2 large screens on the left and right of the stage were great for folks seated far away and were a great visual for close ups even for us. Security was effective and checkpoints at the entrances went smoothly. It was a bit crazy getting out of the stadium but we got out. Getting out of the parking lot was another story. It was a long, log-jam and some vehicles were impatient and nearly hitting other vehicles just to get in the line to get out! I think the parking guides and traffic monitors could've done better in an orderly and streamlined fashion. In any case, we had fun and luckily people inside were nice and courteous. This was my 2nd concert at this stadium and am well-pleased with the ambiance. It was just the parking lot situation that needs to be more efficient. Hopefully they worked it out the next evening since Bruno played 2 nights here.

State Farm Stadium Fact: This stadium is considered an architectural icon for the region and was named by Business Week as one of the ten "most impressive" sports facilities on the globe due to the combination of its retractable roof and roll-in natural grass field. Did you know that the oldest known stadium is the Stadium at Olympia in Greece, built around 776 BC? Now you know. I love this stadium. This stadium is nineteen years-old and hosts a multitude of events from concerts, the Cardinal games, three Super Bowls, Wrestlemania, and even hard seltzer festivals. They boast 14,000 on-site parking spaces, 88 executive suites, has the capacity for 63,400 (expandable to 72,200; standing room to 78,600) people. It's a marvel whenever I catch a concert or watch a Cardinals game here. I love it! I simply adore Glendale's State Farm Stadium.

I saw Morgan Wallen here last year for the Friday show and I just have to say that 1, the show was AMAZING... but 2, I cannot believe how much of a shit show it was to park here! I came in through one of the streets and through a little strip mall area, just to then be forced right over a bridge for me to make an illegal U-turn to be able to get back into the parking lot! It made absolutely ZERO sense and that alone was probably almost an hour... Inside, getting to our seats was fine... the inside walls and stadium seem basic AF, but was able to grab a little turkey wrap for a decent price. The show was incredible, no issues! Leaving the stadium was pretty quick since the freeway access is basically right there. Long story short, be prepared for a weird parking situation... honestly, might just be better to park elsewhere and walk here

My family attended the Fiesta Bowl this past Thursday 01/08/2025 . We really liked how exclusive the club section was regarding bathrooms and food lines . No matter if it was halftime or middle of a quarter getting drinks or going to the restroom had no lines. Large cans of Dos Equis was $17.50 and the club nachos with pork were $22 which fed all three of us . It's in a pizza box so you can easily it eat at your seats or the many tables available in the club dining areas . Bar area is quick and they make a nice stiff double crown and coke . We had a blast and the seats we had offered great views !

The echo is horrible in this stadium! If you're going to a concert here you should get tickets near the floor and the front, other wise it's really difficult to hear. I wouldn't recommend this venue for a concert unless you can buy nice tickets. Other than that the service, and restrooms were clean and I enjoyed it otherwise.

Kelly S.

Extremely poorly managed. As a small framed woman, I found the seating to be extremely packed and I am not large... think airplane seating tightness. Packed in like sardines. Parking and off/on-ramps do not move. Avoid. Way too big of a venue to be so poorly operated. Came here last night for Kendrick Lamar / Sza.

AZ Cardinals giving LA Rams their home - thank you!!!
Vernee D.

I have been to SFS enough times to remember the traffic, but not enough to remember... how bad the traffic is. I married to a St Louis Rams family who then became the LA Rams, and maaaan, the games are way more fun now. And the wins almost feel like they're guaranteed! We booked tickets that due to the current fires in California, the Cardinals allowed the Rams to take home tonight. We were assigned parking, but getting in was confusing since the city closed MANY streets down which of in return caused a lot of traffic. Once we were in though, it was pretty easy to get into parking and get checked in. The facility was clean, the restrooms were very well maintained, and the event staff was awesome!!

Going to a concert at the stadium in March, is it easy to Uber/lyft in and out?

For sure.... you probably just have to walk a little bit to west towards Cabellas.

Going to Taylor Swift concert tonight - anyone know how strict the purse size guideline is?

From what I've seen at prior events, very. I wouldn't risk it.

My sister is going to Taylor Swift concert in May. If she adds small, battery powered string lights to her shirt, will she be able to get through security? I've called and they don't have an answer. Has anyone had experience with this?

That will not be a problem it's not a security thing there my daughter did it before they didn't give her a problem

What is temp inside stadium? Need warm jacket? Sweater?

It is chilly. It's just as cold inside the stadium as it is outside. I'd suggest bringing something to keep you warm.

Anyone sat in row 1 directly behind bench? Any issues with seeing over the players?? Thanks!

I sit in Row 2 in Oakland in the Blackhole.... I will sit anywhere for a Lions game.... U sit in those type of seats for the experience. If u are lucky enough to be that close to a player man that's pretty sweet. If u are worried about about the…

Going to the Arizona Cardinals vs Dallas Cowboys game in September. Are there restaurants, bars or clubs near the stadium or in the area of Glendale?

Right next to stadium there are loads. From high end to dive bars.

Driving to the game in a 32 ft RV is there RV parking at the stadium?

From their site: Each over-sized vehicle must have a valid “Over-sized” hang-tag or parking pass for access. Maximum length of vehicle, including tow(s) not to exceed 50 feet

I marched the parade then ran down to work at the stadium and catch the game. Everyone was wonderful from the Fiesta Bowl committee members, the game was amazing, good vibes. I was tired afterwards but definitely memorable times. It is a large event and this year it was oversold due to the championship game and popular teams. They actually added more seats. They also opened the doors early so it takes a lot to put it on. Can it be better? I suppose. I heard they had some ADA shuttle issues but I am sure they will fix that for next year. In the meantime, if you go, bring your patience and enjoy all the local, weeklong events. Remember when you go to a stadium with 70K people you might have to leave your entitlement at home.
