We sat in AYCE for the first time in a while and it's declined in value considering the price of the ticket. It used to be hot dogs, two flavors of chips, peanuts, popcorn, and a soda bar and water bottlers. Now, the hot dogs are significantly cheap and smaller, there is only plain lays, the the soda fountain is fine but they have these cheap reusable Pepsi cups that maybe hold 8oz, and the peanuts are self serve in a big bowl next to very stale popcorn. They are still great seats and it's cheaper to do this if you plan on eating in the ballpark, but the value of food is not what it used to be.
Still the same dreary park, but the new food item in 2026 saved fhs day in the win vs. San Diego. It was the $20 chicken parmesan that had pesto on it which was a really sandwich. Both sauces were tasty and ths chicken crispy. Chocolate chip coookies are new too
If I could give this experience at Chase field 10 stars, I would! We were in the suite next to the visitors dugout, and it was the coolest experience. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We were able to order all the food and drinks we wanted, and even took boxes of candy to go. The Hawaiian flatbread was hands down the BEST flatbread pizza I have ever had. It was an absolute flavor explosion and the pineapple was so fresh it took it to another level. I need to figure out where in the park o can get this flatbread again because I will make friends go to games for this reason alone! Also the view was great from our suite, for multiple reasons lol! Highly recommend!
Went to Chase Field on Mother's Day to see the D Backs play the Mets. We were in town on business and decided to do some stuff for us before our conference started. We got diamond level seats at Chase Field and got our complimentary Mother's Day Diamondbacks Jersey upon entry. Being on the diamond level, you have to have your tickets rechecked every time you enter that level. It was really nice to have designated restrooms, restaurant, gelato cart & bar. We were able to go down the elevator directly to the cookie counter for ice cream and cookies. We had a great view of the game, and the best part was it was enclosed and air conditioned! a whopping 109 outside and a cool 78 inside the stadium. We enjoyed our time at the ballpark and seeing a new stadium on our travels.
This used to be one of my favorite ballparks to visit, but my recent experience was disappointing. Attendance was very light in my section, and I intentionally paid extra for better seats so I could enjoy the game with an unobstructed view. After the second inning, however, the section began filling up with people who appeared to be moving into upgraded seats without anyone checking tickets. I continued to check the app throughout the game, and all of those seats still showed as available for purchase. People were constantly moving in and out of seats between innings, making it obvious there was little to no enforcement. If this is how seating is managed, there's really no reason to spend extra money on premium tickets. You may be better off buying the cheapest seat available and simply moving to a better section after the game starts. Unfortunately, it also seemed like many staff members were more focused on socializing and eating in the stands than monitoring seating areas or addressing the issue. Overall, the experience left me feeling like paying extra for better seats was a waste of money.
I love the Diamondbacks so much but they really need to up the food choices in the stadium. There's really not any specialty restaurants. There's Chick filet and a few Mexican restaurants. Finding gluten free items is impossible. There's no coffee places now. Our tickets are on the 1st level so I'm guessing we should have the best restaurants. The stadium is also still pretty warm. I wish they would upgrade the system.

Since moving to Arizona a little over a year ago, I finally got around to checking out my first Diamondbacks Game with a group on a Tuesday evening at Chase Field. One of the downsides of this venue is that it's downtown. Which means parking isn't going to be easy. I pre-purchased parking for a decent price. If you're looking for parking when you arrive close to the stadium, you're going to get gouged by parking lots and garages with their event rates. If you're lucky, and you're willing to walk a little bit, you might be able to find some free street parking. That's what I'm going to try next time around. Now, let's get to the good stuff. Getting into the stadium was a breeze. There wasn't a line and you walk through metal detectors where you don't have to take anything out of your pockets. Always a plus. Once I got in, I was excited to check out another baseball stadium. Even though Chase Field was built a while back, the stadium is well maintained and looks newer than it is. We sat in the Banner Health area which is center field. Fantastic seats with great views of the game. The weather was perfect so they had the retractable roof open. When it's too hot (those Phoenix summers hit), they close the roof. Like most venues, you're going to be paying for overpriced food and drinks. That's no different here. I walked around the entire stadium to check out all of the food options. It's mostly your standard fare, and an assortment of mediocre chain restaurants. I wish the food options were a bit better (Minute Maid Stadium in Houston has better food options hands down). I ended up going with some honey chicken fries (loaded fries with hot honey chicken, bacon, and chives) from Four Point Brewing. While the fries had been pre-made and were lukewarm, they were quite good for stadium food. Good portion size too. Probably one of the star food options at Chase Field. Swing batter batter, swing!
Great seat layout makes every one able to see the action at home plate. Nice scoreboard that replicates digitally what an old time park scoreboard would look like. Of course the prices are astronomical for the food and beverages.
A great venue to attend baseball games and concerts. I love the variety of food and ease of getting in and out of the park even on the busiest of game nights.
Came for a graduation it was marvelous great location downtown near eateries Parking was quick & easy with plenty available in the garage & street parking lots. Lots of options for food & snacks just be prepared to spend like with most stadiums pricing tends to be higher ,
Pretty clean facilities. The place is a bit toasty and needs a lot more air circulation. The security seems too lax on things for my liking!! Kind of scary! Not sure I would visit again. On occasion I have seen patrons let random people come in through side doors. No checking of tickets or bags. The place was pretty dead for a Friday night baseball game. Luckily we had plenty of space to sprawl out.
Great time! Lots of fun! They definitely needed to be more organized catering to 1,700+ of us as we were from the ISEF convention. The lines to wait for food was 1hr or more. Once you made it out of that, the experience was great! I would definitely eat ahead of time.
We had a great time, even though the D Backs were blown away by the Minnesota Twins. This review is for the bar S suite. This was our second time visiting the bar, S suite and we really enjoyed ourselves. They have an all you can eat buffet. The buffet features delicious hotdog, individual size bags of Lays Potato Chips, peanuts, freshly popped popcorn and all you can drink Pepsi products. I'm not a big hotdog fan, but their hotdogs at the suite are actually pretty good. They offer ketchup, mustard, and relish condiments. We had a great view of the field and great seats. They also offer handicap seating in the suite I wanted to give special recognition to the young lady that was outside the suite scanning our tickets and marking our hands for re-entry. Her name was Gaby. She was absolutely fantastic. Super kind and very friendly. One time I had to step out into the hall. She gave me directions to other food locations on the floor as well as great conversation. Thank you for providing my family with a fantastic sporting event experience.

It is the ballpark of Major League Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks. It opened in 1998, the year the Diamondbacks debuted as an expansion team. Chase Field was the first stadium built in the United States with a retractable roof over a natural grass playing surface, although it has used artificial turf since 2019. This stadium and comfortably seat 43,300 fans. That's a lot of beer, peanuts, and hot dogs! Did you know Chase Field has a swimming pool located in right-center field, which is rented to patrons as a suite holding 35 guests for $3,500 per game during the 2011 season? Mark Grace was the first player to hit a home run into the pool. Most recently came to Chase Field's official and did the all-you-can-eat tickets located in the Bar-S All-You-Can-Eat Seats (Sections 221-223) on the Diamond Level in the left-field corner. What is included: Unlimited hot dogs, chips, popcorn, peanuts, Pepsi products, and Aquafina. Service begins when the stadium gates open and runs through the end of the 7th inning. Alcoholic beverages and additional premium food items are available for purchase at the concourse All in all, I like Chase Field. 7/5/26 This afternoon I was treated to great seats by good friends Jim & Brenda which were located on the Feild by the Brewers dugout. Beautiful view of the Field, Plate and Outfield. To make the experience perfect required a visit to the bratwurst grill the "Hungry Hill sandwich" which is located in "section 112" (Also at 134 & 315) and desert at Coldstone Ice cream! Bratwurst, a German sausage delightfully seasoned meat in a proper casing. Hungry Hill grills theirs perfectly making the casings well browned providing a nice crisp bite. The sausage used is fantastic and the topping options allow you to make it yours. I choose their "spicy" peppers and white sauerkraut, nothing else. They make them like I do on the grill, Perfekt gemacht! Coldstone Creamery, what's not to like about ice cream in the summer at the ballpark. I ordered the cup; Chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate cookie dough and chocolate syrup. Chocolate anyone? I had fun being in the opposing team's territory and enjoyed the game banter with the Brewers fans. Game three of the Diamondbacks vs Brewers. It was a great game until it wasn't. Diamondbacks 2 Brewers 3 closes the series with Dbacks 1 Brewers 2. Diamondbacks take to the road to face the San Diego Padres and much cooler weather. BAT FLIP BURGER (section 115) Vegan Beyond Burger was made without the pickles & vegan sauce that is listed online and on their menu. Worker accused me of stealing the burger as well without apologizing when she was proved wrong. Terrible customer service and awful vegan options. Worker is clearly racist. read more

We had an unforgettable night at Chase Field watching the Arizona Diamondbacks take on the Detroit Tigers during Bark at the Park with our pup Stella last night. The dog parade was the highlight--walking on the actual field with so many dogs was such a unique experience! The stadium was very dog-friendly with water bowls and potty areas, though keeping pups in their seats was a bit tricky with all the excitement. Food was good--I enjoyed a Chick-fil-A sandwich, and my family loved their burgers and parmesan fries (the fries were so good!) from Back Flip Burgers. Also appreciated the $1 refundable portable chargers by Cox Communications--super convenient. Best of all, the game was thrilling--the D-backs came back from 5-2 to win 7-5! Such a fun family night. Highly recommend! read more
Just a quick note on Chase Field as time goes on this baseball stadium will get better and better. We were here to watch a game and to be honest I have never attended a game here from the second level. It amazes me how the prospective of a game changes for one. Take time to come and enjoy an evening of baseball you will have a nice night out whether with your or friends. read more

Fantastic time watching the Dodgers play the AZ Diamondbacks! We parked at the ACE Hotel parking structure for $20ish - easy half mile walk to the stadium. Despite it being over 100 degrees outside today, the retractable roof was closed and it was air conditioned inside at a very comfortable level! This stadium is enormous! The audio is amazing & the facilities are gorgeous! Great place to hold a company party or event. We did order chicken tacos that were a bit flavorful yet kinda soggy. The hot dogs were actually really good! We didn't realize food could be ordered and delivered from our seats - see photos! We had a great time and look forward to returning again someday. read more

We spontaneously decided to go to a baseball and it did not disappoint. Parking was very easy but you do have to pay about $25-35 depending on which lot/ garage you choose. Purchasing tickets the day of was really easy as well. Just make sure you read their bag guideline. They are very strict on following those. They do have lockers to rent if you bring the wrong one. Being inside the stadium was so much fun, the energy was great! Things are loud and vibrant but not over the top. Everyone that helped us has such a positive attitude and seemed to really want to talk and get to know you. Our daughter had an unfortunate accident while trying to get a ball thrown to her and I rushed her to first aid. They took such great care of her and got her right back out there. We loved all the food and snack options. We purchased cotton candy, hot dogs, popcorn buckets and a beer. There are so many vendors and people that walk up and down the stadium selling items, that you don't have to miss the game if you don't want to. Life felt so nice and everyone seemed to be truly happy to enjoy the night together. We all can't wait to go again....Take Me Out To The Ball Game! Way to go Diamond Backs congratulations on your win. read more

This is a nice stadium to watch baseball in our heat because there is a roof that opens and closes. It is air conditioned but it can still get warm. They have a fun kids area. There are a lot of of hot dog stands, ice cream, popcorn, and beer places. My Rockies lost but they are. It like they use to be that's for sure. We took the light rail and that was a fun experience. It cost the 5 of us 14.00 instead of 50.00 . Fun but an expensive day with good, drinks and a hat. We will be back. read more

I went to the second game of the 2025 season against the Cubs. It was a Friday night game with probably 85-90 percent capacity. Chase Field was my 27th current MLB Stadium. It was a memorable visit. There are multiple places to grab some food or a drink within a five minute walk. Even with the large crowd, security moved everyone quickly to get in. All staff I encountered were very friendly. There were multiple food options. My seats (section 217 of the club level) were nice. I used the Costco ticket voucher which saved me ticket fees. Sight lines were good. Having the roof open definitely made a difference. There was a nice breeze. We were staying in Scottsdale and waited about 15-20 minutes after the game for our Lyft to arrive (a few blocks from the stadium). Overall I've ranked Chase Field in the top half of ballparks I've visited. It's large but definitely a great place to see a game. I'd return in a second. read more
I was in town for work and decided to hit a baseball game solo, chase field is really nice! It exceeded my expectations and honestly it's better than globe life field in Arlington lol. The stadium was packed and full of energy I had really good seats and enjoyed the game from beginning to end. It is located in downtown Phoenix I have never been to AZ before so this was a nice surprise. They also had affordable food options, which most stadiums don't. There was a firework show after the game which was really cute. I can't wait to take my baby back here! read more
Pretty amazing stadium. Good food choices and things to do before the game. Got free customized bobble heads the day we went. Everyone seems to be enjoying the event and a free concert after for faith and family. Saw lots of families and groups. Easy to uber to and get picked up and dropped off from. Lots to do in downtown and relatively easy to get to for those in the area. Would highly recommend for those who live in Phoenix or are visiting from out of town. read more
This place is definitely a lot of fun and has an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. It was thrilling from start to finish, and I especially appreciated that they were able to close the rooftop and provide some air conditioning -- the temperature was just right, not too hot or too cold. That said, the prices are absolutely outrageous. A small bottled water was over $7, and a bucket of popcorn set us back $25. Admission for two hours of entertainment cost $75, which felt steep given the overall experience. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable, which took away from the enjoyment a bit. It's a fun spot for a one-time visit, but be prepared for serious sticker shock. read more
Management can't build a fan base here and it's on them. The in between inning entertainment is the WORST in baseball. Maybe take a field trip to another stadium and make an adjustment?? The hot dogs are terrible but at least there are a few local joints starting to pop up as food options. The airport did this years ago. Overall a great ballpark to escape the summer heat. So much potential but management here clearly are a bunch of dinosaurs who aren't with the times. read more
Attended dbacks vs pirates May 26 on memorial day. What a positive fun place for families and everyone was having a great time! Everyone in our section was friendly. Had a blast! If you're coming here for the first time, just get a see-through bag so you can bring in your own waters food and snacks, food at any park gets pretty spendy. Clean environment. If you haven't been here before check out the Hall of Fame it's free walk around. Have fun.! And the dbacks won! read more

Security and the entrance lines moved quickly. The bathrooms were clean. Not bad acoustics for the size of the venue hosting the Def Leppard, Journey, Steve Miller Band tour 2024. It was hot inside even on the first level. The air conditioning was having a challenging time. A good evening though..... read more
Caught the Mets playing the Dbacks when we happened to be in Arizona. The stadium is enclosed since temps can easily soar well into the 100s during the summer. The chilled water system is old and can't seem to get the place cool enough. It was warm but not unbearable (this is a known problem they are planning to address). The stadium is large, but sadly is never near crowd capacity unless there's a visiting team draw which is typically the California visitors (Dodgers, Giants, Angels). The upper deck was a relative ghost town with most concessions closed. They do have a number of "bargain" concessions stands entitled "Double Header" where you can get hot dogs and some other items for $2.99 and $5 cans of beer which is nice considering the insane stadium prices these days. They have a swimming pool right in the outfield that can be rented out for private events. It's funny to see people jumping in the water and wearing bathing suits at a ball game! The Mets did win, and we (Mets fans) were responsible for most of the cheers and chants throughout the game. In fact, the majority of the crowd was comprised of Mets fans. You can't help but empathize with the Dbacks fans, especially when they really do have a decent team in the wildcard race. For some reason they just can't seem to attract enough locals to the games. read more

Nice stadium to watch the Arizona Diamondbacks! Really cool design, they can close the roof and turn on the AC on those hot days in Arizona. Decent selection of foods and drink, they have a pool in the outfield if you can get those tickets! read more
A beautiful stadium! We went to see my Dodgers play against the DBacks during Mother's Day weekend. The stadium is quite beautiful, loved the open ceiling and large panels that open to allow air to flow through the stadium. The variety of food options, drinks, and bar choices was awesome. The service was friendly. We had nice seats close to 1st base. For being closer to the field the seat should be a tad bigger to allow for some comfort, this is my only negative comment. Overall, I would most definitely return to this stadium. read more

just wear a mask when you enter and go to concessions... other than that, you don't need you mask when in your seat

Depends on domestic, import, or craft but, I know tallboy can can run u $11-13 for 20/22oz - usually is the best deal. Im not sure on drafts, probably about the same but, they do sell a small as well..
