I love the Diamondbacks so much but they really need to up the food choices in the stadium. There's really not any specialty restaurants. There's Chick filet and a few Mexican restaurants. Finding gluten free items is impossible. There's no coffee places now. Our tickets are on the 1st level so I'm guessing we should have the best restaurants. The stadium is also still pretty warm. I wish they would upgrade the system.

Came for a graduation it was marvelous great location downtown near eateries Parking was quick & easy with plenty available in the garage & street parking lots. Lots of options for food & snacks just be prepared to spend like with most stadiums pricing tends to be higher ,

Another great time at the field. I love that you can bring snacks and water in. Staff are always friendly and there is plenty of free parking if you're willing to walk.

Just a quick note on Chase Field as time goes on this baseball stadium will get better and better. We were here to watch a game and to be honest I have never attended a game here from the second level. It amazes me how the prospective of a game changes for one. Take time to come and enjoy an evening of baseball you will have a nice night out whether with your or friends.

Fantastic time watching the Dodgers play the AZ Diamondbacks! We parked at the ACE Hotel parking structure for $20ish - easy half mile walk to the stadium. Despite it being over 100 degrees outside today, the retractable roof was closed and it was air conditioned inside at a very comfortable level! This stadium is enormous! The audio is amazing & the facilities are gorgeous! Great place to hold a company party or event. We did order chicken tacos that were a bit flavorful yet kinda soggy. The hot dogs were actually really good! We didn't realize food could be ordered and delivered from our seats - see photos! We had a great time and look forward to returning again someday.

We spontaneously decided to go to a baseball and it did not disappoint. Parking was very easy but you do have to pay about $25-35 depending on which lot/ garage you choose. Purchasing tickets the day of was really easy as well. Just make sure you read their bag guideline. They are very strict on following those. They do have lockers to rent if you bring the wrong one. Being inside the stadium was so much fun, the energy was great! Things are loud and vibrant but not over the top. Everyone that helped us has such a positive attitude and seemed to really want to talk and get to know you. Our daughter had an unfortunate accident while trying to get a ball thrown to her and I rushed her to first aid. They took such great care of her and got her right back out there. We loved all the food and snack options. We purchased cotton candy, hot dogs, popcorn buckets and a beer. There are so many vendors and people that walk up and down the stadium selling items, that you don't have to miss the game if you don't want to. Life felt so nice and everyone seemed to be truly happy to enjoy the night together. We all can't wait to go again....Take Me Out To The Ball Game! Way to go Diamond Backs congratulations on your win.

This is a nice stadium to watch baseball in our heat because there is a roof that opens and closes. It is air conditioned but it can still get warm. They have a fun kids area. There are a lot of of hot dog stands, ice cream, popcorn, and beer places. My Rockies lost but they are. It like they use to be that's for sure. We took the light rail and that was a fun experience. It cost the 5 of us 14.00 instead of 50.00 . Fun but an expensive day with good, drinks and a hat. We will be back.

Check out the 50/50 and I'm not talking about the raffle. Half meatball half parm and a generous side of chips can feed a whole family!

I went to the second game of the 2025 season against the Cubs. It was a Friday night game with probably 85-90 percent capacity. Chase Field was my 27th current MLB Stadium. It was a memorable visit. There are multiple places to grab some food or a drink within a five minute walk. Even with the large crowd, security moved everyone quickly to get in. All staff I encountered were very friendly. There were multiple food options. My seats (section 217 of the club level) were nice. I used the Costco ticket voucher which saved me ticket fees. Sight lines were good. Having the roof open definitely made a difference. There was a nice breeze. We were staying in Scottsdale and waited about 15-20 minutes after the game for our Lyft to arrive (a few blocks from the stadium). Overall I've ranked Chase Field in the top half of ballparks I've visited. It's large but definitely a great place to see a game. I'd return in a second.

I was in town for work and decided to hit a baseball game solo, chase field is really nice! It exceeded my expectations and honestly it's better than globe life field in Arlington lol. The stadium was packed and full of energy I had really good seats and enjoyed the game from beginning to end. It is located in downtown Phoenix I have never been to AZ before so this was a nice surprise. They also had affordable food options, which most stadiums don't. There was a firework show after the game which was really cute. I can't wait to take my baby back here!

Pretty amazing stadium. Good food choices and things to do before the game. Got free customized bobble heads the day we went. Everyone seems to be enjoying the event and a free concert after for faith and family. Saw lots of families and groups. Easy to uber to and get picked up and dropped off from. Lots to do in downtown and relatively easy to get to for those in the area. Would highly recommend for those who live in Phoenix or are visiting from out of town.

This place is definitely a lot of fun and has an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. It was thrilling from start to finish, and I especially appreciated that they were able to close the rooftop and provide some air conditioning -- the temperature was just right, not too hot or too cold. That said, the prices are absolutely outrageous. A small bottled water was over $7, and a bucket of popcorn set us back $25. Admission for two hours of entertainment cost $75, which felt steep given the overall experience. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable, which took away from the enjoyment a bit. It's a fun spot for a one-time visit, but be prepared for serious sticker shock.

Great indoor baseball field. I had a blast watching the Padres / Diamondbacks game. Clean location, friendly staff and an overall fun time.

Took awhile to get thru once we passed the security check-in and were filtering down a few levels to get to the floor. Of course there were a ton of people and we were packed like sardines but the flow was smooth and people were patient. Once we got to our seats, we got situated and Leon Thomas was already midway as the opening act. There was a slight mixup as one chair, the "30th" seat was missing on our row and we ended up moving down one seat to our left as the group with the seating issue kept trying to figure it out. Some numbers were missing on our seats but mine was visible and we could verify where we were seated. Luckily, our seat neighbors were nice people and accommodating since there seemed to be an extra seat that was empty. When we first arrived, there were some people who sat near our seats that weren't supposed to be there but you know there's always one of those so they moved. It was fun and festive. The woman in front of us with her daughter was recording the whole time as well as the lone guy next to my cousin who was doing the same and singing to EVERY SONG, LOL!! Thankfully we never had to use the bathroom as we went during dinner right before the concert. There were Porta-Pottys on the floor level inside as your bathroom. Also, you couldn't take an actual canned drink inside. Attendants had you put them in a cup unless they weren't paying attention and you had your drink in your see-thru backpack like the guy in front of me walking in. Speaking of, you need to look at bag dimensions and restrictions prior to going to the events. I looked ahead of time and brought a clear, plastic purse within the allowed guidelines/dimensions. Acoustics were great, there was never a glitch, 2 large screens on the left and right of the stage were great for folks seated far away and were a great visual for close ups even for us. Security was effective and checkpoints at the entrances went smoothly. It was a bit crazy getting out of the stadium but we got out. Getting out of the parking lot was another story. It was a long, log-jam and some vehicles were impatient and nearly hitting other vehicles just to get in the line to get out! I think the parking guides and traffic monitors could've done better in an orderly and streamlined fashion. In any case, we had fun and luckily people inside were nice and courteous. This was my 2nd concert at this stadium and am well-pleased with the ambiance. It was just the parking lot situation that needs to be more efficient. Hopefully they worked it out the next evening since Bruno played 2 nights here.

A relative is a Season-Ticket holder so I was invited to watch what would be my 2nd NBA game ever watched, LOL! Since I'm a Warriors fan, it was a dream come true. Plus a friend flew in from Hawaii just to see the match so we were both in Heaven!! I was so giddy when we arrived and in anticipation of the game. We had Valet parking and went thru a door and downstairs to the upscale & bougie Annexus Social Club. Big screens all over, free drinks and a nice buffet ranging from Sushi, Oysters, Prawns, Lobster, Crab Claws, Pastas, Charcuterie Boards, Desserts, Fruit/Salads, Popcorn & Snack area w/Canned drinks to bring to the arena. I was too excited to eat but did order some Rum & Cokes that I was able to bring to the floor. I was told to leave at the 2-minute mark before the half and before the game was over so we could hit the bathroom, bar, for more food and to get a table if not at the bar. At gametime, I found my seats and was on the 2nd row on the Warriors side(YAY!!!) below the basket! Dream come true and found myself just amazed, watching the team just feet away, saw myself on the Jumbotron and later on my friends and relatives said they saw me on TV during a closeup with the ref & Suns' player, LOL!! Seats were ample and we got free Suns t-shirts which were laid out on our seat-backs. Ambiance, food, experience even the bathrooms were well-kept. There's about 8 active games including a batting game, tennis game, QB throw, field goal kick, boxing, skiing, soccer and more. Most of the games have a scoreboard that will display your score and have the top scores of the all time, weekly and daily. It's fun to see your name up on the scoreboard even when your score may be pretty brutal compared to the all-time greats. The staff was very helpful in checking us in and letting us know how each game works. There's a few games that are pretty simple and others that require some setting up (like getting boots and strapped in for the skiing. I enjoyed the QB throw the most but it looked like the bouncy basketball court was the most popular while we were there. We went on the Friday night and it wasn't very crowded...only have to wait maybe 5 minutes for any activity to open up. The place was pretty clean except I did notice they didn't spray down to clean the batting helmets after each person...that was kind of gross to put on the helmet and feel some sogginess. This may be a fun place for holding a birthday party for kids as they have ice cream, cereal and party rooms overlooking the area. For me it's probably a one and done visit, but we need more places like this where kids and families and have some good indoor activities besides bounce parks.
