I've been working with Bobby for almost two years, and he's helped me grow exponentially as a baseball player. His ability to teach and correct the baseball swing as well as fielding and pitching is absolutely incredible, and he has success with older kids like me as well as the young bucks. When I started with him, my swing was long, loopy and slow, and if you watched me then and me now you'd think I was two different players. He crafts a pro level swing for a lot of guys and softball gals, too. But it isn't all just serious work, he is relatable and funny too which makes it a lot easier to go to a lesson compared to some of the other coaches out there. But where Bob's true strength lies is in the mental game and as a life coach. I don't think I could remember a time where he didn't have a positive outlook on a situation, bad or worse. He always pushes his mantra, "so what," and even thoigh it is simple, it is an necessary thought to have as a baseball player and as a person in general in today's success driven society. He uses his own experiences to teach that sometimes you fail, but it's how you respond to and grow from a failure that can in the end make it a success. Bobby has been my son's hitting and fielding coach for two years now.
