I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about free Wi-Fi. You can call your phone service to get unlimited data. I really like this place, it's spacious. Actually It's enormous! Like totally huge! I love the protein boxes. I wish they carried more sandwiches and protein boxes. I also wish they had some Mexican shell bread...it's like a muffin...it would go great with Starbucks coffee. The staff is very courteous especially one gal, MaryLou (who) or MaryAnn...I'm not sure but pretty sure her name is MaryAnn. She's a nice n helpful gal. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. Ive never seen anyone with such work ethic. When she was helping me, someone behind her was looking for something, without looking she asked the guy what he was looking for, that's amazing! No wonder she's the manager. Then someone else came beside her and she told him what he should be doing. I'm impressed with her awareness. I had to sit down and watch her for like three minutes...all managers should take heed. This gal is an exemplary manager. Like seriously. This location is beautiful and spacious as well as clean. It was extremely pleasant until later when I was sitting by the bar near the drive-thru and I overheard a male employee with two tone hair taking bad about this girl named Liz. His name badge said Johnny. Normally I would ignore it but it was actually ruining my concentration... I come to Starbucks for the kind people and smiling faces and the peaceful atmosphere but to have to listen to that kind of trash talk was very unwelcomed, I cut my visit short because I couldn't understand how a place that's suppose be welcoming has people who treat their own coworkers with such disrespect. I don't know who Liz is but no one deserves to be talked about in such a rude manner. This employee needs to learn to be respectful about his coworkers. read more

I had the BEST expirience with McKenzie today at this location! She was literally the sweetest person on earth. She welcomed me with one of the most enthusiastic and warm right from the start at the speaker and from there it just got better! She helped me pick a new food item to get and once I got to the window not only did I get Starbucks I got one of the most contagious smiles anybody could ask for (I'm still smiling!). This Starbucks has some of the best customer service I received. I ordered from a super friendly barista named Justin. He noticed I had a book with me and asked if I planned to stay for a bit. I said yes and that I was looking forward to a quiet morning reading for a few hours. When getting my drink, Justin, the barista, took the effort to putting my drink in a mug and made it look so nice and professional. The store is very beautiful and clean! The service I got was very poor. A guy named JT helped me out and he didn't say a single word to me the whole time or make eye contact. They messed up my drink, I ordered a green tea lemonade and they didn't put sweetener and they had no problem remaking it for me. And the second time the didn't put the lemonade. Been ordering here from the drive thru and it was our first time to order inside the coffee shop. It is spacious and the ambiance is quite relaxing. That's 1 star. The big deal for us was when we saw flies inside their pastry display case. Like how can the Baristas couldn't see it, like there was quite a lot! Please, please make sure to check your pastry case often. It's quite disturbing, we often order pastries whenever we order from the drive thru. What more with other stuff like the coffee and their coffee machines other than just the pastries. This should be reported with the Sanitary inspectors! read more

It's spacious and nice deco, the staff are very nice. However the wifi connection was very slow.

Came to check out this new location after seeing a big 'NOW OPEN' sign and because it's so much closer and convenient to home. Anyways, at the drive-thru we took a long time to order but our barista, Matthew, totally kept patience and his cool, and made our experience at this new location ABSOLUTELY enjoyable! This place is huge and very clean. The WiFi works fine with me. I was there just to get a chicken sandwich. Then the girl, MaryAnn, asked if I wanted anything else. I told her, "what good?" Then she recommended the Chai. It was the most delicious drink I've ever had in my life!!! My life has changed since having this drink! My favorite drink used to be horchata. Now it's just this drink. I've never knew drinks can customized. It's amazing how one person can change your life. My drink was a Chai with three white mocha, caramel drizzle and cinnamon dolce powder on top. She was pretty busy. I can't thank her enough. The place was well lit, nice art decorations. I have never had any problems at this location. When placing my order through drive thru the person taking my order inputed it incorrectly. When I got to the window I asked Aaron to repeat my order and he did, he fixed my order and was so sweet about it. Unfortunately it was still incorrect. I got off and asked Marki if I could please get a refund or if they could remake my drink. She was SO rude when remaking my drink. Sucks because this location has the sweetest employees and she ruined it. Will not be coming back. Not to mention due to the pandemic she took my cup back set it in the counter and started touching the syrups, milk and machines without washing her hands. I'll literally be standing at the register for 5mins before I can get someone to take my order. There always having conversations in the back or either having conversations with outside friends before they can take my damn order, and it could get pretty annoying when it happens consistently. Only reason I go there its because of convenience but they need a better customer service team. Liz is one snappy person too, like you're working at one of the biggest coffeehouse chain with a huge customer service background, what the hell are you doing here if you're always in a bad mood and hate dealing with customers? I don't understand how someone could be so rude for no reason at all. I will be contacting the branch manager for her multiple rude encounters. I mobile ordered a drink with extra almond milk. I've been to probably hundreds of locations and I always get extra milk in my drinks. Now I almost never have a reason to complain about service. I've never had a complaint about Starbucks. But they gave me a splash of almond milk and I nicely asked for more. Liz added a very small amount and I explained to her that the order is extra almond milk. She rolled her eyes and said okay you tell me where you want the almond milk to start on the cup. I can not stand being called out like that. I then matched her attitude and put my finger about half way down and said it's extra which is usually about half coffee and half milk. Then she said okay I'm just gonna remake it because it messes with the per portions. Like I know. She should've started with remaking it properly. She then called my name out and said "I want you to try it before you leave" like no you aren't my mom. I thought the whole experience was unlike any other Starbucks experience including at this store. It was so frustrating. I'm really disappointed that kinda attitude is part of the many amazing things representing this company read more

I'm so pissed today buying the coffees at this location. We ordered the lattes in the drive thru. As we approached the window, I saw the cashier handing out the drinks we ordered to the customer ahead of us. The customer touched the drinks and handed back to the cashier, telling her that that's not what was ordered. The cashier handed the right items and the customer drove away. That all happened in like 10 seconds. As I drove up to the window, I saw the same drinks put right there. The cashier asked me 3 times before landing on the correct order. After collecting my payment, she handed these drinks to me. I asked if these were handed to the customer before me, she said she just made new ones. Clearly in 10 seconds or so, they would not have made the drinks again. I despise liars like this handling our drinks. In normal circumstances it might have been okay. But in these covid-19 times, a great deal more professionalism is mandatory. I'm not going back to that location anymore! read more

I don't really write reviews unless I have something that needs to be said. So, there is an employee that works here (Matthew) that I feel is worthy of praise. You don't really cross paths with too many people that go above and beyond the call of duty, but this young man represents the epitome of professionalism and does it with a smile on his face. You can tell when an employee goes out of their way to provide the best customer service experience possible and I see it every time I frequent this location and he is on shift. AND he remembers his customers and their drink preferences. Need I say more? You need to give this guy a raise immediately if not sooner. read more
