We ordered a cookies and cream ice cream cake from here and overall, the cake itself was good--flavor was solid and everyone enjoyed it. However, the writing on the cake was pretty disappointing. It looked rushed and not very neat, which kind of took away from the presentation for a special occasion. Also, something to be aware of--the food coloring they used was really strong. It actually took days to fully wash off, which was a bit surprising and not ideal. read more

Please do not order a cake from here. It only comes with problems. Baskin Robbin doesnt do anything to help fix the problem. All this store knows how to do is run away and play phone tag and say they don't have a manager on site to avoid the issue I ordered a cake three days before my daughter birthday The day I went to pick up the cake.the cake was ruined with a black mark. They didn't call to inform me before hand and when I picked up the cake they did nothing to fix the problem . If they had told me beforehand I could have ordered my cake somewhere else I called customer service to make a complaint and the customer service team is now ghosting me And the store is avoiding my called read more

Stopped by after work on Wednesday for the $6 banana split deal. Happy cause there was no line & I was the only one in there. Omgness I have not had a banana split in years, & oh boy have I been missing out! The worker let me know I can pick any 3 flavors of ice cream for my split so I chose cookies n cream, rocky road, & winter chocolate with almonds, hot fudge, whipped cream & cherries! I am giving this location five stars because of Ricky, who is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. Walking in, you feel welcomed right away, and he goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want. We usaully like to get Baskin-Robbins ice-cream cakes for birthdays but we were craving for ice cream few days ago. This Baskin-Robbins is located on Nogales at the CVS plaza in West Covina. (I always forget that there's a BR there). I picked cotton candy flavor this time, my hubby chose pineapple coconut, and my daughters both picked rainbow sherbet flavor. I admit that I got attracted by the cotton candy color but it also tasted pretty good. Hubby liked their pineapple coconut and nutty coconut flavors. I usually like their pistachio almond but cotton candy flavor is a great choice too. I'm not a fan of rainbow sherbet but my daughters like it. read more

I came in on Wednesday night at around 9:45. The two ladies working were friendly and took good care of me even though it was almost closing time. I got a shake and it was delicious. I appreciate the service and would definitely recommend this 31 flavors location. read more

Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. The service is great here and it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Could be because of the heat, but I think it's also that this Baskin Robbins is a good one and the neighborhood knows it. :) read more

If I could give a 0 star I would I bought a Oreo cake for a birthday party and as we ate it prefer wax paper was was inside our mouths because it was in the cake! I called the same day and complained they said they couldn't do anything because "manager " wasn't there . I called the next day and I hadn't heard back until I called once again. The owner said he can give me half of what I paid for the cake . Ridiculous! They embarrassed me in front of my guest and only want to give me half of what I paid for the cake. I believe I deserve the whole full amount! This is horrible customer service. If that's how they take care of their customers I definitely do not recommend anyone buying from this location. read more

Store is clean. Service was fine. The portion size is extremely small and pricing is alarmingly high for mediocre ice cream. I would not return to this location due to that alone. It was $9.32 for 2 VERY small scoops in a cup. The 2 scoops didn't even fill the cup. Oddly the 2 scoop sundae somehow comes out cheaper despite having more toppings? The location on Asuza is less expensive. Also, after going back into the store to get a mistake on my order corrected (I didn't realize they put the wrong ice cream scoop into my cup until I got to the car), instead of correcting it and letting me also have the cup that I left and came back to the store with, they took it "back to the walk in". Baskin-Robbins is conveniently located on Nogales, in the CVS plaza, near the Pizza Hut, facing Nogales. Every time we come here, the service is efficient and great. The ice cream flavors we crave are always in stock and the store is clean. The ice cream does not taste stale, or taste like it's "not fresh" or has been there forever. The ice cream is so smooth and the quality of each are to be expected with Baskin-Robbins. They offer scoops, pints, drinks, smoothies, cakes & pies, DIY kits, sundaes, baked goods, and etc. Parking can be a bit of a pain with the one way lanes and there are only a few spots right next to the store. read more

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and did not realize that a very large cake was ordered. After paying for it, I called to see if I could change the order. I spoke to Kizma, the manager and she said I could change the order the day I picked it up but noted the change on the order. i came to pick it up and they needed a few more minutes for it. The young man and woman making the cqke were so nice. the customer service was exceptional. the young man helped me carry the cake to my car and was so accommodating . This is my new favorite Baskin-Robbins! The 2 ladies that were working there tonight (10/14/2020) were truly awesome! I missed my cake scheduled time tonight, but was luckily able to make it right before they closed at 10pm. I really like the courtesy call reminder and was able to pick up my cake. The cake came out really great. I was able to get there in and out in a few mins. Thank you again for the fast service and making my night wonderful especially for my little brother :) Parking was easy to find due to the big lot they share with other stores. read more

I love getting shakes from Baskin-Robbins. I get half chocolate and half vanilla on my shakes and it tastes awesome just like from my childhood. However, the one thing I realized from this particular location is that the cups they use for the shakes are smaller than the cups from the City of Industry Baskin-Robbins. So they quality is good on both but you get more for your money in City of Industry location because they have larger shake cups. I realized this when I got medium on both locations. read more

Needs better customer service. The girl at the counter gave me a bad attitude when I asked if what she gave me was a full scoop when I notice she didn't even try rolling the scoper in the ice-cream and it was noticeable empty. She offered to weight the ice-cream but she looked really upset during the process, so i decided not to take the ice-cream anymore. The owner needs to make sure they hired friendy people to take care or their business. read more

This is one of the closest locations to my place, good costumer service. I can never decide on what flavor I want. Yeah i'm one of those annoying guests who ponder for a few minutes because i mean, hellooooo - the flavors are pretty much all good. I do have to say the fudge brownie might have to be one of my favorites. Along with strawberry cheesecake and rocky road. Service is always great here - its in a plaza with plenty of parking as well. I was more angry at the fact that they let over 30 minutes go by and didn't tell me via email or phone call that the blender was down. I would canceled my order and promptly received a refund... i hope. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy. No partial refund, no refund, no extra drinks. Just your kinda outta luck. We don't have the proper tools to make you a drink. I will never return here again. I used to like this place and even used to come here when they offered 3 drinks for the price of 2. After spending $20 on 3 drinks (2 of them not even being my choice). I will forever skip this place for the humongous disappointment and terrible service. There are boba places all around this area. Years ago when they first opened, I used to work in one of the nearby shops and people that were so kind and reall I used to genuinely care about and support this business, but the customer service has steadily declined. Today, I walked in with my service animal. As soon as we entered, he lay down because it was extremely hot outside. Like most dogs, he was curious about the smells around him, but he remained calm and under control. The employees at the front asked whether he was a service animal, and I told them that he was. While I was trying to place my order on the tablet, no one offered to help me. My dog walked a few steps away from me while still attached to his leash. There were no other customers in the shop. One of the employees told me that if my dog continued to pull against the leash, she would have to ask me to leave. After noticing my reaction, she quietly added that I could leave him outside. I simply replied, "No, thank you," and walked out. I understand the importance of maintaining health and safety standards and following company policies, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. My dog was not bothering anyone, and there wasn't a single customer in the store. Businesses should also understand that service animals are protected under the law and generally cannot be excluded simply because they are present. A service animal must be under the handler's control, but asking someone to leave under these circumstances was disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
