My group ordered 4 of Tito's hot sandwiches: milanesa de res, lomo de res, and two ribeye. All large/full sizes. My group also ordered one of each of their empanades (beef, chicken and cheese) and a side order of fries. I had the lomo de res and was able to sneak a bite of each of the sandwiches. Although the sandwiches looked fairly identical, all the meats were noticeably unique. The lomo de res (filet mignon) was very tender, but I have to admit that the ribeye was my favorite from the 3. Fries breaded and a great addition to the meal. Empanadas were also very tasty. The meat was ground meat and are the doughy (rather than flakey) kind. Expect a cheese pull moment with their cheese empanada! The only quip that I have with the empanada was that they left a pretty gnarly oil stain in the bags they were packed it. I felt pretty guilty at the sight. Water is available if you ask for cups, but they also have a variety of imported drinks. As the name mentions, they have a small grocery store as well that takes up a third of their shop. Tito's market had plenty of seating when we came in. It seemed packed, but people did their due diligence, cleaned up and left after having their meal. Parking was fine although the spaces are on the smaller side (if you have a SUV or bigger.) There seemed to be plenty of parking when I visited, but there was curbside parking as well.

Sadly, the food didn't please me. I was warned that due to their location next to a Starbucks, they contractually in their lease cannot foam their milk, so the lattes are not lattes and they have no cappuccino. The brown sugar "latte" I got was okay, though, even if it was just sweetened coffee. The food, however, wasn't my cup of tea. On Yelp, the waffles look like two mini waffles with berries and powdered sugar. That might've been how it was once made, but not anymore. Now it is drenched in cookie butter (which is just like a caramel syrup) and then topped with the berries. It is just too sweet for my tastes. It also doesn't help that they only have plastic disposable cutlery which can barely saw through the waffle, making for an awkward dining experience. The biggest problems were the sides. The potatoes were an extremely skimpy portion and didn't taste all that great. The bacon smelled terrible when they made it in a pan in a broiler. It smelled rancid. It didn't taste much better, and I ended up getting sick and feeling queasy most of the rest of the day. I wish I had liked it more. I know Yelp recently did an Elite event here, and I wish I had been chosen for that so I could've saved my own money.
