So-called yogurt

Place is good but way overpriced three little cups halfway up $26 we were considering Yogurtland or the Mexican candy shop that we made a great decision by going with Yogurtland but a small snack gone expansive

Boyfie & I came here after we had dinner since I was craving something sweet but not too many calories :-) Yogurtland was close by so we decided why not get from froyo??? It's been so long since I've had yogurtland -- she reminds me of when I was younger & my family would take me here all the time :-) We ordered the pistachio & coconut frozen yogurt, and added coconut flakes + mochi as toppings. What I absolutely love about Yogurtland is the self service frozen yogurt -- we can add in as much or as little as we want. We wanted a smaller portion & got exactly that! We left feeling super satisfied with our little desert.

I've been here several times and it's a functional Yogurtland. Usually when you walk in, it can be empty. Then, the employee comes out from the back. Serve yourself all the way. They weigh and you pay. There's a tip option on credit card payments because this is America but the employee does nothing. There are rotating flavors. Froyo is good. They also have 2 soft serve ice cream options. Toppings include fruit, cookies and nuts. Store is a good size with tables. It can be quiet. It works but isn't that memorable.

The yogurtland here is 65 cents an ounce. You can grab some sample cups to try any flavor and decide. We always get the plain tart. The ube was really good too! Make sure you sign up for the reward system if you're going to go multiple times! Lots of parking here!

One of the cleanest Yogurtlands I've been to!

I appreciate that the employees are cleaning when they have time, this is one if the cleanest Yogurtlands I've been to! Delicious, Thank you!

I often take my kids here for their treats. Me myself, not really a big fan of yogurt. Most often than not, the trips' experiences mostly just so-so. Sometimes we encountered staff that was helpful and friendly, and some other times we were not so lucky. During this pandemic, they gave ONE glove and one cup for each customer. I still don't understand why only one glove when normally people are using both of their hands to touch anything and everything? Three times that we came here after the pandemic occurs, it was only one staff getting customers their choice of toppings, ringing them up, and passing the glove and cup for the walk ins. There were no clear signs where to stand to wait for the glove and cup. Today when we went there, I noticed a new signs 25% for police/fire/vets/ems. Sometimes, signs like this so puzzling in my head. How about nurses? I would assume this sign is for frontline workers? Lol. Anyway, I did ask to the only staff there, he replied "we never give it to nurses." Okay... even if I won't get the appreciation, dont be snarky about it. Then he gave my kids gloves and cups. And when we supposed to get the toppings, the staff wasn't there anymore! So we were waiting for a good couple minutes, before another young staff came out. And of course, being persistent as I am, I asked again. And this nice guy gave me the 25% off after checking my ID badge! Yeay!

Around ~$5. The toppings were a tad hard and stale.

Not all franchises are made to be the same. This is what I have to say about this Yogurtland location. There's plenty of parking and the establishment is spacious enough. We got the Reese's peanut butter mixed with the original frozen yogurt. The consistency was a bit icier and softer than what I've had at other locations. The real kicker is the huge difference in the freshness and quality of the toppings. The brownie bits were very hard (not even chewy texture like regular brownies) just straight up hard and not very sweet at all. The Nutter Butter cookie also tasted like it's been out for awhile. This really took away from the fro-yo. You also have to ask the front for extra spoons (there were two of us there and instead of offering two, we had to wait until the workers were finished with their conversations to ask) and napkins. I'd rather drive out into RH or Walnut to go to a different Yogurtland.

National Yogurt Day! Went for a BOGO today the line was out the door. They had the yogurt I wanted available but a lot of the toppings were already out! Haven't had frozen yogurt in years and it was pretty good. A little bummed they didn't anticipate a big crowd they should of prepped with more toppings available. Line moved pretty slow but it was worth the wait.

Delicious!

Stopped by to get a sugar fix. Didn't disappoint. Service was cool. The place was clean. Fully stocked. No complaints here. Hope my review helps. Prices are a little too high for my liking. But whatever. I still enjoyed it. Keep up the good work.

My granddaughter and I showed up looking for some froyo to munch on, NOT ONE PERSON was at the front to greet us. After we finished up, we were waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes for someone to ring us up but nobody would show up. After a while, a young lady who was there before me called the number of this shop to get their attention and that is when the two young male workers finally came out. The shop was great and clean but the workers really need to step up

On a hot night Yogurtland sure hit the spot! Got the Mango Chile sorbet , packed some extra mango on and watermelon , no chamoy in sight but it was excellent. They even have a 10% off promo going on now when you check in on Yelp . Thats a huge Win Win for both You and Yogurtland!

Beautiful stroll at the park in West Covina! Mango, strawberry, and more! Perfect!

The best Yogurtland everywhere! The ones in LOS ANGELES are great but this one is particular has nice employees, looks super clean and love the yogurt. It's nice for a late night snack. Healthy and delicious!

I tell him to give me a dew minutes, i then proceed to request 2 new drinks... he then tells me they are out of boba. ‍‍‍ At this point i told him to just give me 2 random drinks. I am not going to sit there all night only to be told they are out of stuff or their machines are not working. One blender? I mean if this is your bread and butter, i would suggest getting a 2nd blender, even if it's a crappy one from Walmart for $35. This is like a hamburger stand telling you they don't have a grill to make a burger. Also, out of boba on a Tuesday (off night??) Stock up. Who's doing inventory? I was more angry at the fact that they let over 30 minutes go by and didn't tell me via email or phone call that the blender was down. I would canceled my order and promptly received a refund... i hope. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy. No partial refund, no refund, no extra drinks. Just your kinda outta luck. We don't have the proper tools to make you a drink. I will never return here again. I used to like this place and even used to come here when they offered 3 drinks for the price of 2. After spending $20 on 3 drinks (2 of them not even being my choice). I will forever skip this place for the humongous disappointment and terrible service. There are boba places all around this area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

They let me know all the different desserts and options. They also explained pricing and availability to me. They showed me all the different toppings that they have for not just ice cream and sundaes, but crêpes as well. Considering I walked in here, thinking that this was strictly an ice cream place, they have a very large menu. One thing that I remember very fondly about my visit here was not that there were a lot of people here, but the people that were dining in, they were mostly families with children. That may not seem like an important thing, but to me, seeing that is precious More often than not, you see children, their parents, and even their parents parents. So sometimes you get a small group of people, but really you have three generations. Quality time like that is absolutely precious and to see them so engaged in conversation with one another and laughing the entire time and sharing dessert, that was so awesome. Sharing ice cream with my dad at an ice cream parlor near our home is a very fond memory for me. So I guess that's why I paid attention to this while we died at scoop Street. When I took a moment to take a step back and look at our little family, we also were there in our lil three generational group: me, my kiddo & my Mom. The prices here are more than reasonable. The ice cream that is used for their desserts is from thrifty. The waffle cones are made in house and smell amazing. There really wasn't anything more than I could've asked of this visit to the ice cream shop. This was so special. Servers: Art & Austin

It's considered a "sister store" to Bun Street, which is located right next door. The interior features a clean, old-school shop design with cozy seating and motivational quotes. Friendly young staff but service was slow and inattentive. They primarily serve Thrifty Ice Cream, a classic Southern California brand. The shop's main draw is the funnel cake. The Churro-Chata, topped with horchata ice cream and mini churros is our favorite. Portions are big and shareable. Also, they bake cookies and brownies in-house daily using family recipes to use in their custom ice cream sandwiches and sundaes. Plenty of parking since it's located in a strip mall.

I ask about chocolate dip she said yes six dollars. That seemed like quite a jump, but we want, what we want. I paid and ordered. What a mess! The cone did not come dipped. It looked like she scooped chocolate sauce on top and it ran down the cone everywhere. Also, because the chocolate was hot. The ice cream also was melting all the way down the cone. She quickly wrapped two napkins around it and handed it to me. I am telling you, it was a disaster. I asked for more napkins and she handed me one more. It was leaking so bad, that made it almost inedible. I did my best to eat around and control the mess. The chocolate was horrible tasting and clumped everywhere. I got up and threw it in the trash. Went back to the window, but she was nowhere to be found. After I got into my car to pull away, I noticed she was in a little side room sitting at a table. This really is unfortunate.
